I'm disappointed in sales. I called to have 4tires installed on my daughters car, t hey said $57 over phone when she got there they told her $100 because the tire were new. She waited an hour and sent her home on a donut spare. Thanks jealous manager, that was pour judgement. Don't go there very greedy

I was stranded on I95 with a 35 ft. tow behind camper and got my 2nd blowout tire with no spare. Good Sam's roadside service got Hogan tire to come and change my tire on the rim with a new tire. Matt was the driver and he couldn't do enough to help us. He notice the other tires look bad and I asked him if I could come to the shop and replace all the tires. He said they were short-handed that day but bring it by and he would do it for me. When I got to the shop the manager Mike was so helpful and kept apologizing because it took a little longer than normal to get it done. They stayed late after hours to get our trailer fixed so we could get back on the road. I felt the price was more than reasonable and the service was impeccable. Professional Service with a smile and fair prices (even if your not a regular customer) that's what you'll get at Hogan's

I have been here twice and both times have left VERY unhappy. First visit 4 tires mounted and balanced it took over 2 hours and they warped a $350 wheel. Second visit I wanted to go ANYWHERE but here however I had no other choice due to the terrible wear on my tires. I go in to be greeted by the woman at the counter who has no business at a parts counter of any kind. I ask her if she can get me right in she looks at the book and says yes we can. I give her all my info and she takes my keys and then says it will be 30-45 minutes before they can get you in depending on lunches. Wait..what.... again I had no choice my tires were bald. So I go to another store for 30 minutes, bring my purchases back to my truck (still in parking lot) walk across the street for another 30 plus minutes, walk back over... truck is STILL in parking lot. I call my husband to see if he can beg me into the garage up the street... sadly no. I walk in and there is the woman talking with a mechanic who is doing nothing besides holding a conversation. She looks up sees that it is me and then passes him the paper with my keys. I walked in at 1230 told they could "get me right in" and then walked out at 2. An hour and a half to change TWO TIRES!

They came across the street to air up our flat tire on our truck with camper hooked up so that we would cross the street & get it repaired. Fixed our flat & husband put two containers of motor oil in the guzzler & the charge of $23.95 for all that & we are on the road again. A bit of hospitality on our trip through pretty Maine. i bought 2 studded snow tires. 9 days later while i was working delivering newspapers i ran over a nail. when i bought the tires i thought their warranty would cover flats, they charged me $15.28 for a patch. The next time i buy tires i will go back to Wal-Mart they cover everything at no charge to me when you run over nails,glass, or anything else that pops your tires. i feel like i got ripped off at Hogan Tire
