Got there at 640 am. There were men inside, Website said opens at 730, sat there. They were open, but the guy that came out said they don't start working till 8. They did a good job just seemed lazy and unmotivated to open when they are scheduled to.

Very bad attention by the manager of that Goodyear establishment. I bought some tires for my truck and they got bumpy all over the edges of the tire. They checked my truck to find something to blame but they did not find any problem with the truck, and instead of accepting that it is a problem with the bad durability of that tire, now they say they do not know why it happened that, but that is not covered by guarantee. In short, a lack of respect towards the clients, what they get is a client less because of incompetent people in front of that place.

I dealt with Pete, best service ever. I needed to be on the road early the next morning with my Company truck, Pete didn't have the size I needed in Stock so Pete went to the warehouse early before the shop opened and got the tire size I needed, haded mounted and on my truck and me on the road as promised.
