I went to them to have a second opinion. I was told by my dealer I needed brakes and rotors and tires. Well these people checked my car out and informed me I did not need brakes but did need tires. Well I was surprised as I have been going to my dealer since I bought my car and always trusted them. These people could of just said I needed brakes and charged me but didn't. Will never do business with them again. After years of my family doing there. Went to have 4 new tires and wheels mounted that I purchased online. 160$ to mount and balance. And asked if he was joking his response was less than professional.. do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Your wallet will thank you

I don't even know where to start... New front pads, rotors, alignment resulted in a truck shake and shaking when stopping. Balance and rotate, 2nd visit. Shake worse, brake shake still. Drop off-3rd-11 mile test drive Same shake, the whole truck @ certain very common speeds 40, 50, 70... Coming to a stop, horrible shaking as slowing from 25 and up. Drop off-4th-16 mile test drive The whole truck still shaking, worse around 70-on. No more brake shake, I put new rear rotors on myself after the no more brake shake was fixed after they installed the front pd/rt I don't understand after 27 miles of driving my personal vehicle, took pictures, nothing back to normal. I paid $400 for new parts and necessary safety while driving my family, get 2 new problems and 1 never fixed. Disappointing and a shame after this locations history. Frankly I feel violated for even allowing this to have happened. thanks and good luck

This place use to be really good. After they fixed the electrical wire for my front light and said they made it so the bumper cant attatch right and has too much spacing now to pass inspection and was unwilling to fix their mistake at their cost, i decided it wasnt worth going there anymore. Went somewhere else and passed me without needing to fix the bumper.
