We were at Oct 16 2017 Monday. Morning at 9.20 Am The manager Liddell talk to us I ask him to change my gooseneck trailer Tire. Manager said he cannot do it. And he ask me if I have jack , I remove the tire my self. Then I asked him can I see manager He answered he is the manager. He don't want to change tire he turns us back. He just want let all you know. How worst service in this place. He sending customer out. How the business can survive with these kind of lazy people .

Great selection. Customer service is ok. However I was a little too trustworthy. I didn't come in asking for the least expensive thing. I told them I drive a lot so I know I need good tires. When I got the tires, from day one I complained about the same issue ( shaking when I get to a certain speed) They would balance and rotate, I would leave and the same thing would happen immediately upon me leaving. It took me going to get a second opinion to find out what was wrong.The tires they put on weren't the speed rating for my car, (not even close to the original tires) nor were they good quality tires. When I mention this to them, they said they could put the correct ones on but I would be starting over in the payment plan. I only kept them on this long because of my busy schedule. I found an awesome place that took the time to explain and show what I would be getting if I choose certain brands of tires. This place NEVER did that. They aren't a bad place I would only recommend going if you know about wheels or bring someone who does. Don't trust them to put you in what you need.

I’ve been searching for whee spacers for a while and nowhere had them. I’m not opposed to ordering online but I literally only needed 1/2” to mount my rims and shocks without rubbing and I am saving up for the rite rims I want I figured small wheel spacers weren’t going to hurt too much. They were the only place who had both types in stock and the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. Definitely will recommend you guys again and will use y’all for new tires and rims in the future!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Every time I've called to speak to a manager it's a different person. The latest manager has a name she goes by, "Cherry" She won't give me her first name. She yelled at me over the phone when I couldn't make my payment that was 1, yes 1, day late. I told her I could mail her a money order but she said she would just file suit if I didn't pay within 24 hours. I have had these tires since Feb. and I only owe $115. If there is any other way possible to get your tires anywhere else, DO IT. These people are totally unreasonable and unwilling to work with you at all. I have also in the past requested them to NOT run my debit card because I needed to get to the bank to make a deposit and I would let them know when it was made. Nope, didn't do that either which resulted in overdraft fees.. Never again, no matter how down on my luck I am will I ever, ever deal with them again.

I was not satisfied with the guality of my tires. I brought 4 new tires almost a year ago. The treads had worn out. I brought my car in to let one of the sale person to know he look at it and said it's alright. A month later I start hearing noise like a roaring noise. Took it to Goodyear and was told I needed all four tires. I told the man I just brought them a year ago. The man said these are very cheap tires you got. But I ask rimtyme for 50,000 miles tires that wasn't driven. The price I paid was $500. Another bad thing is my husband brought his first thinking it was good tires for a good deal and he had to replace his to after almost 16mos. He paid $700.:l call to let the owner know and it's been 2 wks he have not return my call yet. next l am letting the better business know. I will not recommend this place bad business.
