Great crew. I recently brought a truck with dd15 engine that i bought used from werner and they spotted out that the truck did not have a water filter and they added the filter on. These guys and gals are great service men and women. They deserve 5 stars. The mechanics and the lady at the front desk were kind and got me taken care of quickly. No wait time. And mechanics were happy and in a good mood. Got me in and out in about 45min.

This is the only Speedco that I let service my truck and I've never had an issue. Very pleased with the service and also most of the employees have been there for years. So you see the same faces. Don't waste your money at the one in south Dallas, come to this one.

The reception was courteous I ask about putting on a crack case filter I bought from the dealership yes we can put on about $10 I notice when the lady started to take the crack case off she reply this not a mechanic shop but if I was to buy they brand know problem I call it BS.

Simply put... Don't waste your time stopping. speedco has let go of all the cashier's. So the same person who is changing the oil has to figure out how to charge you. And what a mess!! They guy over charged me for the APU oil change. Totally clueless.. hope Speedco brings back the cashier because I'm not waiting again for this mess

I had a leaking inside dually tire serviced on my diesel pusher motorhome. I was very pleased with the service, from the manager to the entire crew that did the service. They went out of their way and solved the issue. The price was very reasonable.

The lady handling my DOT tried every angle to find fault. She found several..... supposedly????? From the moment I met her, she seem to have an attitude, like I was inconveniencing her, I should of drove off right then. But I got called the bad guy when I call BS on the whole operation. I went down the road, two exits away and passed with flying colors. Don't waste your time like they did me. 2 hours for nothing. ( lost for them my boss just bought 20 more trucks and was looking for a good PM garage)

Stopped in last night at 1900 for an oil change, waited in line for it and after 15 minutes I was asked if I can leave without the service being done because the guy said they're closing at 2000 and it will be close to midnight before they can do it. REALLY!!!???I wish I could give it a - 3 star review, that's what I think they deserve!!!It's already the 2nd strike for this place in my case,they will never see $ 0.01 from me!

I walked in the door and no one was in the office, waited patiently for about 2 minutes and heard someone cough. I called out "is anyone here?" And was welcomed with a "yeah what you want". The guy never came out from behind the wall he was hiding behind so I decided the obviously didn't need my money today. When I walked outside back to my truck a woman jumped out her car on the phone and yelled if I needed anything. Customer service is lacking.

I have driven trks for 24 yrs, with this being my 7th Trk have deal with Speedco all over America, this by far the worst experience ever, unprofessional staff and lazyest group ever management was ther, considering change my own oil, but half grease your truck.....sorry place.

9:00 am. I was directed to pull up in to the bay after 25 minutes waiting with one bay not busy and two had trucks. One hour later - I'm in the bay waiting while technicians are working on oil change. So, first 4 letters from this place name should be drop out. There is no "speed" any more. And the do not have variety of oil filters. They offer only "Luber-Finer" filters are identical to "Farm" filters. Also ask them to build tire pressure on all 18 wheels. After one and half hour I was back on the road. Average place.

All I can say is don't bother stopping at any speedco. The got rid of all the cashier's in order to save money!! Well so now the person who changes the oil is supposed to ring you out. All I can say what a joke. They rung up the ticket and over charged me by $50 dollars. When I said that the only thing the tech could say was opps... He didn't want to fix the mistake so he had to get the manager to fix it. Mean while what should have been a quick oil change took almost 2 hours. So I won't be back...

Not a bad experience... just your average Speedco experience. CSR was wrong about some pricing, but we got it figured out. Everybody was courteous and professional and I be back next time I'm in the area and need my tractor greased.

1 star because I can't give 0. Had truck serviced. They said they knew how to handle a Paccar engine, it does not have electric primer for fuel system. THEY LIED! They could not get it to run and keep running, kept loosing prime and shutting down. When it was time for them to close, they called a wrecker and had my truck pulled outside. The manager said there would be more knowledgeable people in the next morning. My wife and I spent the night in their parking lot with no access to facilities. In morning they continued to have same problem. However, now they did not have an air hose, or extension cord, that would reach my truck. I got my air hose, hooked it to theirs and showed them how to pressurize the fuel tank to prime the system. I also provided an extension cord so they could also hookup their electric priming system. We got it running. After that I started getting intermittent fault code for "water in fuel". Apparently the fuel in there electric priming system was more water than fuel. I eventually ended up a a TA to have the fuel filters changed again. THAT GUY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. Filters changed in under 20 minutes, never lost prime or shut off. This place should be avoided!!!

My husband took his 18 wheeler truck here to be serviced and they slammed the hood down. My husband is still getting repairs done all the while having to miss paying work while his truck is being repaired. This is a very costly service job!!!!

It's no longer a speedy service they don't have enough workers, ever since loves has taken over the staff has been cut. The only reason i go here was the speedy service not anymore three workers can only do so much, driver's are on e-logs time is everything. I only go now because the workers you do have are very personal, but they need help. While i was there three trucks drove off due to time restraints, stop cutting your staff loves

TRUCKERS, AVOID THIS SPEEDCO !! Got a pm done to my truck 4 days ago and got a totally half ass job. When it came time to torque my plug in the oil pan the man on the floor told the man in the pit to torque it 31, man in pit said he already did it 41. Mine is a plastic pan and that's too much. My truck was in Freightliner before because of plug being over torqued. I noticed he drained oil from plug on the left side of pan, this plug is approximately 2" above bottom of pan so that told me all the old oil didn't get drained. My truck should be drained from plug on the right. Next day I checked oil and noticed it was over filled plus the water/fuel seperater filter was filling up and had air bubbles like it was sucking air. I took my truck to Speedco in Lake Park, Ga today,had some oil drained out, they estimated 1 to 1 1/2 gallons over filled. Got a new water /fuel separater filter installed and the man showed me a pile of trash in bottom of filter housing. Cost me $64 to get everything corrected after spending over $400. at Greenwood.It's not just the money, it's my time being wasted to get a job done twice. Never again Greenwood Speedco. You give Love's a bad image

Concerned about quality.... Wiper blade (had replaced here at Shreveport) flew off. Messed up drivers side wiper arm.....had hard time starting truck they bleed fuel line. Got started. Which is good left fuel all over dripping. Had to ask to wipe up a little.... Gave me grief about priming filter... Clicked ignition 3 times as requested.... .didn't ask if I wanted 5 th wheel greased....... maybe I'm missing something or they forgot to grease something. Again concerned about quality

If you think this place was horrible when speedco owned it definitely don’t go there now. The lady that was writing down what I needed didn’t listen I got asked the same questions from the parts changers and they said she didn’t put it down. Also they hardly don’t have no filters in stock horrible for an oil change place. Also there oil sample machine was down. They won’t ever get my business
