I've been taking my car to Simple Simon since moving to BR and am always happy with their service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and quick service every time I've gone, which has been a handful of times for a variety of reasons (including but not limited to tires). I've only been to this location on Airline so I can't speak for the other stores, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone around BR.

I recently went to Simple Simon on Airline and I had the most remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were attentive, informed and kept me updated on what was going on. The waiting area was energized and I appreciated the mission statement being posted. One gentleman even came around and offered bottled water for everyone. Had a flat and it caused my rim to crack. They brought me to the back to show me, They called a local company to pick up my rim repair the crack while I waited. My right front tire was shaking even at moderate speeds. I asked them to balance. They again brought me in the back to show me my rim was bent and would almost be impossible to balance. They told me where to go to get an after market rim to match my car, approx. $100. Got it. Taking it back to them today for mounting and balancing. Great service. Honest guys. What more can you ask for.

Needed a tire fast all I had was $35 Called city and town they had the tire I needed quoted me $40 for the tire I told him all I have is 35 he wouldn't do it so I'll call Simple Simon here they are charging me $35 for the tire i needed went there got my tire put on and ended up paying 25 for the tire because nice young man manager at the tire shop

I had the need for a fast tire repair as I had appointment to make, I was told I needed a new tire and because I had no tire and was on a schedule there was no chance to shop for pricing. WOW I paid 146.00 more than online pricing and over 100.00 more than a local competitor. I called their other location and was quoted 70.00 less than what I paid. The manager Greg Simon said that was the price for that tire and was unwilling to credit any money back. BEWARE , check your prices.

Great guys and great service. I have a C7 Corvette Z06 that had a nail in the tire that needed repaired. Took it to 4 other shops and no one would touch it because they weren’t confident enough they could removed the tire from the black wheel without damaging it. The guys at Simple Simon took care of me with no problem and absolutely no damage to my wheels. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

Slow. Took over an hour to change one trailer tire. Last time took over 2 hours. When I mentioned to the salesperson he said that they had other a head of me. Some one came in after me and left before me. The salesperson told when I got there it had been a slow morning. Adding to this review. In January 2018. I took my truck in for inspection. It did pass because of tires and a cab brake light. The tires only had 16k miles on them. They had not been rotated but they should had lasted longer. They were bought from them. . they recommended them for my truck. They told me if I remove this review and left a better review that they would help out on the price of new tires. Well I went to Firestone and got tires that Dodge recommends. Also I he found the issue with my front end. Simple Simmons has cost them company business.

Rude and careless. Upon arrival, we were puzzled to see the doors locked 75 minutes before their sign indicated normal closing times (3pm). We approached the opened side door only to be stopped by an older employee. He didn't ask if we needed anything or say, "how can I help you?" Another employee yelled across the store to us and said, "we're closing early because we were slow." Little did he know that my wife and I were ready right then to spend $1,500 on a truck bed cover. Their loss. I'll never return and I suggest no one else does either.

So i went in needing 2 new tires, an oil change, and alignment. I only came here because they had given me a price $40 cheaper than 2 other places i called (1 of them being an actual goodyear store). After 2 1/2 hours they said everythings done but i gave them the wrong tires size so its gonna be $40 more to get the right ones. I didnt even give them a tire size, i told them what kind of car and they gave me the tire size. So i said whatever and got it done. So after 3 hrs and 45 minutes it got done. But 4 weeks later im writing this because one of the tires has a slow leak and those crappy after market tires they gave me have just as much tread on them as my 2 old goodyears i left on the car. I feel like i got scammed. I almost gave them a 2 star bc they were nice about everything and called the next day thanking me for my business. Now i know why

I looked everywhere for a decent set of tires at a decent price. I finally settled on the Simple Simon (south) at 12116 Airline. Even though they were busy with lots of people sitting in the waiting area, their counter sales guy - "DC" - patiently waited on me and found me a set of tires at a fair price. He quoted me about an hour and a half wait time. Their tech had the tires mounted and balanced and me out the door in 45 minutes! Hmmm... good product, good price, great service? Awesome! But... I had a minor problem that I passed by Simple Simon to tell DC about. I did not expect ANYTHING from him or Simple Simon but he insisted on taking care of it. The problem was minor but his handling of it was impressive. I highly recommend Simple Simon (south) and their guy DC. We WILL be back!

Terrible! Will never return. I was told my wait time was 30 minutes for a simple inspection. I waited over an hour for nothing. I had two appointments back to back within the next hour elsewhere on my to do list, so it's not like I was being impatient I jus had other things to do and was told a certain time frame. I was told why I wouldn't be able to get a inspection sticker bc of some things. But it took them that long for nothing. I did not make the purchase instead I went to 5 minute oil change who had my inspection done in less than 15 minutes. And they weren't sympathetic, or willing to offer any discounts for the mishap TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-- HALF A STAR if u ask me!

Tire repair or replacement is the only thing i would recommend this business for. My car had a faulty U-joint on the front drive shaft which i knew was wrong before i dropped it off(clicking noise pop pop as the drive shaft rotates). Instead of quoting me for the u-joint the salesmen told me the drive shaft was bent. When i asked how this could be his response was "it's not rocket science things happen," HA! Replacing the drive shaft obviously costs more than just a u-joint. In the end i took my car to Daryl's Automotive. He replaced the u-joint within the day. The end.

I arrived at 12:00 to fix a slow leak, indicated by my low pressure light. After informing the salesman, I was given an hour wait approximation. Forty five minutes later, my car was finally moved to the garage. Half an hour later, I was informed that my tread was worn and would need two new tires on the front of my 2014 corolla. Two hours later I was told that they got rid of the tire pressure light, but now my VSC/TRAC light was on, indicating an error. I was told that I could drive away and come back Monday. No offer of a rental car, and no offer of a partial refund after spending five hours there with no resolution. They said they could come get the car on Monday, but upon calling, I was told they were too shorthanded and I would have to wait yet another day with this warning light on. Now it is Wednesday. A full two days later, and I just got my car back. They didn't do anything on Tuesday except tell me they needed more time. Now they're telling me they can't do anything about it. No offer to pay for my trip to the dealership, still no partial refund offer, and no other solutions offered, now I am just SOL and will have to foot the bill to get this new problem that they caused fixed. I spent $320 and a grand total of ~20 hours (5 Friday, 8 Tuesday and Wednesday) dealing with these people just for them to tell me "too bad."
