The worst service ever. Dropped my car off at 9am to get tires aligned and new tires. I come at 4:30pm to get my car. After I pay $600 for my service I notice they didn’t even put my new tires on. They basically tried to rob me. I point out that my car has the same tires and all of the workers look at each other baffled that no one put my tires on. Long story short it takes 8 hours for them to put new tires on and then they might not even do it. Horrible service I will never return.

I go to Landry’s whenever I have a auto needs. Whether it’s tires. Battery. Oil change or alignment I have chosen Landry’s for 5+ years. They are knowledgeable ,timely and efficient while being very pleasant to deal with.

Overall I really liked the place in that I felt I received honest advice concerning my vehicle's problems. The only misgiving is that I dropped the car off upon the business' opening at 7 am and had not heard anything about what may be wrong with my car by 12:30p. I had planned the appointment two weeks in advance. I called to find out what may have been wrong and was told my car may not have been looked at yet. Forty-five minutes later (1:15p), my call was returned and I was advised of the issues. I was unable to afford the repair at the time. Not their fault, parts are expensive, but I did feel that there was a lack of communication that shouldn't have been. Will I return, yes it is likely when I need car work done as they seem honest and that is what I am currently looking for in Auto repair.

The gentleman at the desks we're so unbelievably kind here! When they realized they didn't have the correct tire size for my car they took time to call multiple locations around town until they found a shop who carried it. Once they found it one of the gentleman wrote down the address and gave me directions to the shop. That shop would have taken an hour to an hour and a half just to get to my car. So, I called Service Tire Pros and they told me they would be able to get me in right away and get me out and about half an hour. I brought the new tire to them and they started working on my car immediately. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go-to auto shop.

I started doing business with this place in 2011. I tried to replace a lawnmower tire myself. It didn't go so well for me trying to get the old tire off of the rim. Finally I decided to take it here and they had the new tire on the wheel in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. They didn't want to charge me since I had tried to do it myself, but I insisted on paying. The 5 or 10 bucks, can't remember, was easily worth it. They have good prices on trailer tires and have a fast turnaround time. The parking can get a little crazy though because they only have a few spots right off of 378, right beside the elementary school. I suggest backing into your parking spot so you can get back out safely.

I was in town for meetings and noticed I had a screw in my tire. I did not want to drive the 2 hours home without having it looked at before getting on the road. The guys at service tire pros got me taken care of and got me back on the road. They were very busy, but still only had to wait for what I thought was a short time. They insisted that it was free because I had to wait too long. I have to say their customer service was great. Good people. If I ever need tires or service when I am in the area, I will definitely use them again. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone that could use their services.

I stopped by on Thursday because I had a low tire. I was told that I needed two new tires. I called back by 11:30 to tell them to order tires. I dropped vehicle off at 7:30. Friday morning. And was told that they were already behind. And that it should be ready by 12. I arrived at 1 and vehicle was not ready until 1:45. The people were nice. Vehicle should have been ready! Yes I would use them again.

They can get busy at times, which you may have to wait but it’s because it’s a good business and they do a job well done!
