A cool place but I have a problem with the fact that the guy took my sensor off and told me that it was on there and when I went to the dealership for a oil change he told me that there was not one on there, if a lie is that easy to tell, basically cause I was a female and didn't know that it wasn't on there, the employees that's there, need to realize one thing that's a place of business, and you expect exceptional service as a customer, I'll never come back.....

Lazy dont want to do nothing at all told me to come back on sunday and not even open. On Sunday. So lied right in my face why work at a rim shop if you dont want to work kept bring up stuff that happen months ago that was causing a shake in my front Rent A wheel is way better then this place

Don’t waste your money here.....They sold my hubby five rims for his car three out of five are bent on his car. It shook from day one it shook so bad you can see it in the head rest. they test drove my car after the third time of being on the lift , and they tried to tell me “ oh your car is going to drive rough now that you got custom rims” .... “””bullshit””” ... been on the lift three or four times trying to get it figured out. on the last time it was on the lift they tried telling him that his rims were bent due to potholes. Even though not even a full hour after install we were back up there & they said nothing was wrong . Then after numerous times they said they weren’t bent with visible damage to only 1 rim ... so what’s up with the other 2 that have no visible damage? They do not own up to possible manufacturers default or anything . They don’t honor their products or their words.

The price was competitive BUT THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTY had set of rims for 3 months and one started to flake . They refuse to replace or repair it Just tried to find away to blame it on me ......rock or chemicals . DONT BUY FROM RIMTYME i wont. Not a good business

Staight dog an pony show. Whent in for some 14" cream wheels. Couldn't help me. Jesus. Nothing under 18" thumbs down. Hondas need cool rhymes too.2

I love this place, the guys up there are amazing!! I actually went to rent a wheel first, and they didn't even have one wheel to fit my truck. Went to RiMTYME, and they had several. Jay and the guys, are so awesome!!!

Not the best customer communication but when I went up and sat down with Jay the main guy. He handled everything and made sure when I left I was happy and we came to an agreement so that not only was I happy with the out come but he and the company was happy... So that we both come out great. Thanks Jay

Don't buy wheels hear. We are a week late on our weekly payments. Only because we live busy lives. And these people came out to our house shoting at our neighbors. Yes shoting a gun at our neighbor. For a payment that our neighbors no nothing about. We are truck drivers and stay gone over the road 90% of our time. So we bearly know anybody who lives around us. But rimetyme will kill anybody apparently over some 1 star wheels. Lmao. I hope rimetyme reads this review. Because they will never get there wheels or money
