October 6,2018 I caught a blow out on my Honda. I called ahead spoke with Brett Williams,about prices for two sets of tires. Being it’s approaching winter and the one tire blow out.i figure I’ll purchase in sets. I inquired about how much and when can I come in.Brett told me I could come in anytime before 12. I arrive at 11. Only to be told by Brett that the truck made its delivery for today and he could have my tires in first thing in the morning. I arrive at 11. The tires was in but I didn’t get a call informing me. The receipt say I was out at 1:14pm and I was checked in at 1:13 pm ... how? In a minute?..it only showed how long I waited tbh,But moving forward NOV. 7 my tire goes flat. I change my tire with a spare. I drove up to National Discount Tires & Brake,inc. Spoke with Brent Williams who told me to pull my car around to lane one. I took my rim out. We inspect the tire together. He said he would repair it with a patch. I stress the point of winter. I don’t want to run into issues. If anyone know how being to work on time holds a high price tag so you want things corrected. Brett then informs me I would have to wait and he’ll have it patch.Come back in 2 hours. I said ok, I go to Walmart. Then I return two hours later. Brett tells me to pull around. He then tells me it was a nail. I ask where is the nail ? Oh there isn’t one. So I’m prized. There was no hole in my tire but now it’s a different story.I ask why is there a plug in my new tires. He tells me that’s the best way to fix it. I ask so how long will it take to put my tire on? Brett tells me he can’t put it on but he can tighten up my lug nuts in the morning. After 234 dollars later two days of work missed out not to mention the endless hours wasted waiting. Brett tells me when I called to ask him why my business with you guys seems unimportant.At any point show me basic customer service. Brett said he didn’t charge me 27 dollars for the defect. I informed Brett I didn’t ask for free. I asked for a peace of mind knowing I’m given good service so I don’t run in to issues this winter. I ask Brett why still didn’t I get a receipt even if it said 00.00 charges. He said I didn’t know you wanted one. Brett then tells me how other ppl that was infront of me spends thousands of dollars more then me. At this point I was just taken back and over the whole experience. I informed Brett I understand his way of thinking but if he would have told me my 234 dollars spent with his establishment held no weight I could have gladly take my business else where. I just couldn’t understand why? ... I’m sorry I spent my time money and business there!
