I bought a four wheeler from there and when we got it home and let my daughter ride it. She didn't even make one lap down our road and the whole front tire came off. I call them and let know what happen and the response I get "uh. Ok I guess u can bring it back and we can look at it" I bring it back up there and then they look at it comes to find out when THEY as in KINGPIN put it together they didn't put the pin in the ring that held the bolt together to keep the tire in. After they figured it all out the little blonde girl Savannah had the nerve to say "yep. This is covered under the manufacturer's warranty" they should of been lucky nothing happened to my child because of their mistake instead of being arrogant jerks. I will NEVER spend another penny there and if anyone if says anything about this place. I will take 5 mins of my time to tell them my story. What JERKS!

Needed a tire replaced on my Porsche and everywhere I went they didn't have the size I needed and was trying to sell me tires that wouldn't fit without rubbing. I went to kingpin auto sports and was assisted by Savanah, who sold me the EXACT size tire that I needed and did so with a VERY pleasant attitude. The price at kingpin was less than the place that " has the works " and it was the right size tire. I'm glad I stopped at kingpin and I'm happy with the service that I received.

Brought my car up here to have 2 tires put on and a rotation done . I brought my car up here at 2 and they were still not done by 5:30 !! My friend got here at 3 and have 4 new tires put on and was done within and hour and 30 mins. I understand that things happen and can cause a backup but it should not take 3+ hours for 2 new tires and a rotation!! Very disappointed with the service today. I hope they will do something to correct this wrong!

Horrible experience! Not sure they hire qualified tech to install tires/accessories. Purchased 6 new tires for my dually from king pin. One tire blows out with under 3000 miles. I have tire replaced at another dealer. The other dealer can clearly see while king pin was mounting the tire they damaged the sealing surface causing a blowout. I bring the tire back to king pin and the poor guy agrees it's not my fault the tire blew out but denied the obvious damage they caused and would not reemburse me for the tire! The employee said he would send the tire off to see about a manufactured warrenty. (He thought I trusted him to do that!) I chose to send the tire back and get the liability results my self!

I brought my truck here for a balance and rotation job. I chose Kingpin because I thought they could perform the work without damaging my wheels, considering they are a custom shop. I was sadly disappointed! They broke one of my wheels locks and weren't able to get the last wheel of. They apparently used an impact on my wheel locks, which they said were known for breaking. Go figure! So, I had to take a day off work to bring my truck back so they could fix it. When I picked up my truck I noticed significant damage to the wheel finish. I can only assume they relearned the sensor. When I arrived to pickup the truck the guy at the counter just slid my keys to me and said "here ya go". There was no mention of the damage. So, after being charged $80 for a rotation, taking a shift off from work, then buying touch up paint to try and hide the damage; this tire rotation cost me over $600! I will never give them another dollar!
