Worst ever. Brought my Yukon in four years ago for an alignment. They informed me that my wheel-bearing was shot on the front and had a bad tie rod also and it was going to cost me $900.00 for the repairs. I told them to take it off the rack and I would repair it myself. 15 minutes later they informed me that they made a mistake and it would only cost $600.00 to repair it. Right away this sounded like a scam. I reminded them that they were suppose to lower it off the rack and bring me my keys, they were hesitant on that. I went home and checked my Vehicle out and front end had nothing wrong. Still driving it four years later on same parts they said were bad and all is tight on front end. (SCAM)!!!!! Also they had sign out front that said oil change only $28.00 so a lady friend of mine was there and was upset because they did not have a so called special tool to drain her oil so they charged her for having to go and buy the tool and they kept that tool as theirs. Turned into a $50.00 oil change. (BEWARE LADIES)!!!!! They will take advantage of you. Just a couple of days ago they changed oil in my buddies mini van and charged him $62.00 when sign said $28.00. Whats up with this place ?
