Needed an oil change and rotation and they had me in and out of there in no time. My sister also needed a new battery and that was no problem. They do just about anything but rebuild your entire engine. Highly recommend!

Called before to verify closing time & I was sending a truck. Get my driver there and he's told they can't get to it, I "should have called before." Great job douchebag, Apparently the employees don't talk to each other because nobody was aware of it. Steer clear of this joint unless you like wasting your time

I had heard good things about this place in the past, so when my tire ripped on the road; I rolled on over. It was 7:15 AM on Good Friday. The girl at the front desk rudely informed me that they were closing at 11 & the last person they would take was the guy standing DIRECTLY in front of me. I also asked if they do tire rotations & she said: yes, if I come back on Monday. I left -had to find another place to fix my deflating tire. I know it was a holiday for them, but DAMN! I got there at 7:15.

High prices, slow service, only one person at the desk knows how to talk to people. You’ll see 2 cars go in before you who’s drivers arrived after you, and you quickly get the feeling that’s because those people are regulars. If you can’t take care of new customers then just put up a sign that says “dont waste your time if you don’t know us.” Would have saved me over an hour on an overpriced tire change.

A certified gm dealer over 20 miles down the road told me that I needed a new engine in my 2011Silverado because of a strange noise between the engine and the transmission and that my vehicle had over 230,000 miles. My response was "If my engine has over 230,000 miles, so does my transmission, drive shaft, etc., etc. Drove my truck with no problems for several thousand miles until one day I decided to take my vehicle to Danny's Tire World. After getting my transmission overhauled, I've been driving to and from New Orleans and Alexandria, pulling my 16 ft utility trailer with no problems. My daughter's job is to bring her and her mom's vehicles to Danny's Tire World for scheduled service and oil changes. I don't even have to call Mr Donavan to let them know that my daughter is coming anymore. They all know her. Secondly, my daughter's Toyota Camry broke down in Baton Rouge. I went pick up her car on a trailer and brought it back to Opelousas to Danny's Tire World for diagnosis and repairs. I have nothing but confidence in their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Thirdly, in the late 80s and early 90s, I sent all of my company vehicles to Danny's Tire World for diagnosis and repairs.

Danny's Tire World gave us the best price and best service. They are well staffed and had our tires changed and were in and out in about 45 minutes. Their oil changes are even better priced than what Walmart charged us.

Had to stop here for a tire repair from a nail I picked up on the interstate. They were extremely busy but very courteous and had me in and out in a about 20 minutes. Was very surprised how fast they were considering how many people where in there. The only gripe is that, typical of tire shops, over torqued my lug nuts. I have aluminum wheels and they needed to be torqued to 95ft/lbs but they required standing on a 4ft breaker bar to remove when I got hom. I wish tire shops used torque wrenches instead of impact wrenches!

Good people, My dad was out of town and my mom had a low tire. Dad called Danny's tire world and asked if they could check her tire to see if it was low or needed to be repaired. I brought the car in and they fixed the tire and vacuumed the car. She went from having a bad day to a good one. Thanks to the staff at Danny's tire world.

Went to Danny's with a bad tire shake problem. Bought bad tires from a tire pros in West Virginia and Danny's help me get credit on the tires I purchased, and put new tires on with no problems. Great bunch of guys, the mechanics in back were also patient with some off the questions I had about new ways of balancing and mounting. I'll be returning for new tires on camper next. I am having an issue with my electronic power steering. The dealer told me to have the tires rotated, balanced and the truck aligned before they will start troubleshooting the power steering. I brought my truck to Danny's at about noon to have the work done before having to drive it on a long trip the following day. When I left Danny's, after two hours, my steering wheel wasn't straight and the tire balance was worse than before. I brought it back and after another hour, the steering wheel was straight but the tires were still vibrating. After leaving the second time, I only got as far as the next exit before I turned around because the tires were still vibrating. Before I left the third time they assured me that the tires were balanced this time. I again left and only went as far as the next exit but by the time I got back for the fourth time, they had locked the doors. I returned first thing the next morning and started getting excuses that the tires had 36000 miles and week sidewalls (the tire balance wasn't bad when they started and I don't think GM puts 36000 mile tires on at the factory). They balanced the tires again with some other machine and finally the vibration was mostly gone. Less than two weeks later the tires started vibrating again. So now, $627 and a full work day later, the dealer still won't troubleshoot my power steering because the tires aren't balanced and the tires feel like riding on tractor tires. In the last eight months I have purchased two sets of tires from Danny's, one for my wife's car and one for my daughter's car but that's the last time they will do any work for me.

Sorry, this place is an absolute joke. Don't get anything but tires from here, oil, change, alignment -take your business elsewhere. The only saving grace after I received back talk, a car full of gnats (they leave your window open with keys still in the ignition), screws missing, hubcaps are NEVER placed on and were included was the general manager trying to apologize. Also, children answer the phone and no one is on board with anything, no one could tell me who looked at my car, no one knew anything! The other mangers avoided me at the first sight of an issue and spoke to everyone else around me. Because it's just tires any other issues I had was "out of their control". Go to a full service auto-shop, please. NO ONE WALKED ME THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED TO MY VEHICLE! I left able to drive out the lot but car is taking up space on my lawn now. Thanks again for the manager that at least apologized but still.

I wish i could give a 0 but 1 is the lowest. Customer service does not exist here. We arrived yesterday at approximately 11am we asked how long would be the wait for an alignment the owner told us about an hour. So we decided to wait right, well i noticed a bunch of customers (white) coming in and getting serviced while we’re still waiting. So about 12:45 we asked what was taking so long they said they’re getting to it now...we said okay...it never happened it’s now almost 2pm and i asked to speak with the manager well the owner comes out and speaks with me reluctantly and says they made a mistake with the tickets and they are going to start on our vehicle now, i asked if he would discount the alignment since the wait and mistake was their fault. He said “ Ummm yeah i guess i can do that”. They took the truck to the back and not long afterwards a different guy comes with a paper saying they can’t do the alignment because the ball joints are bad and altogether the repairs would be $715 but they would do the alignment for free, mind you we just left a shop in lawtell,la who just checked our front end and said everything looks tight and good we just needed an alignment but they couldn’t do it because our truck is too heavy for their rack. I realized from that point on what he was trying to do, he found a problem so he can have a reason to not do the alignment at a discount price. We basically spent 4 hours waiting for nothing. They didn’t even have the decency to apologize. I guess it’s because we were black. Smh it saddens me that after all these years people like that still exsist. Don’t go here! Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Really went the extra mile for me. I was six hours from home and needed a new radiator in a very hot diesel truck. I called into Danny's at 3:00 and told them my problem. I got there at 3:15 and they had a new radiator waiting for me. Several mechanics worked together to install it. They had it done by 4:30 and I was back on the road by 5:00. I drove all the way back to Florida with no problems. The folks at Danny's were friendly and helpful. I was thankful that they helped me even though I was not a local guy. The price was fair and reasonable for the work done. Thank you!!!

Danny's is usually where I bring my truck if I ever need to do anything to it. They get the job done in no time! They can even bring you back to work while your car is being worked on. Highly recommend!

Ruined my lights after they told me they could install my new head lights. After bringing my truck back home, I found my headlights were wobbly and were zip tied.My old headlights before were all screwed in before I dropped it off. I paid them 275 with the cost of "parts" so zip ties cost a lot.

Brought in zero turn tire to be fixed and then everything went to hell. Put a tube in tire and it lasted about 20 minutes. Brought it back to them and was told that they didn’t have anymore tubes and would have to order one. They ordered a new tube and fixed tire. Picked tire up and put on my zero turn. Cut grass for about 10 minutes and tire was flat again. Took tire to a nearby station to see what might be the problem. It didn’t take long to figure out what went wrong. They put a 20x10”x8 tube in a 20x12x10 tire!!!!!! That just tells me they don’t know what they are doing or don’t care. Won’t be going back
