Seemed like a very nice place until we went to pay for our services. We were told one price, and then charged totally different. Once we asked about it they get a bad attitude both ladies that work there, the mother and the daughter. Both are very disrespectful especially the daughter. Other than that the services were fine. Will be using capital tire from now on.

I normally do not leave reviews unless they are good. However, this place is entrusted to provide auto services and disappointed us greatly. We brought them our brand new Ram 1500 Sport to install a leveling kit. We dropped it off to have it done, and when we picked it up we immediately noticed dirt in the drivers side floorboard and some grease smears on the outside of the truck. This wasn’t a huge deal, but we would have appreciated them cleaning up their mess in our new truck. We decided to wash it when we got home and then noticed a small dent on the front fender. Mind you, this is a new vehicle and was inspected in great detail beforehand. The worst thing is that we noticed hard pulling to the left after getting the leveling kit done. We took it to a local garage and turns out the truck is out of alignment...

This place is awesome. Definitely a five star. I’d give more but it won’t let me. I have bought several sets of tires and wheels grime them and their friendly service was great. They treat you like family. And in today’s world that means a lot. I highly recommend them for all your tires and lift kit needs.

Rented a camper from Wildcat Tire/Wildcat Adventures. Camper was in excellent condition when we picked it up. Had questions about the camper while we were on our trip, the staff didn’t hesitate to walk us through the operating procedures, they were/are very knowledgeable. On top of the great service, the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again.

I was very interested in having my 02 sierra denali worked on but after several public reviews of how several customers were treated by the OWNERS of the company I chose to go elsewhere. The disrespect shown to a former customer is clearly shown in the statements made by the owners. Good business is fixing your mistakes and making the customer happy not slandering the customer and doing near non repairable damage to a high value vehicle... Please use discretion when using this company I hope others have better luck then the several former and remember the better business bureau is there for companys like this

From one horror story to the next. A problem here or there is one thing but after hearing so many complaints over the years, I wouldn’t recommend wild cat tire to anyone I know. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. They will not stand behind alignments or services they do.

Would not recommend this place. They broke my rear wiper assembly trying to replace a wiper blade witch the whole assembly didnt need removed anyway. They would not replace even after I spent over 600 dollars in repairs with them there prices are extremely high. This use to be a good place to have your vehicle repaired but something has seriously changed. I tried talking with the lady and she wouldn't even listen and walked off like I was stupid never again will I go back.

stopped in on a Saturday from out of town with a check engine light on and they close at noon. Before I agree too pay 60 dollars to put on computer I ask if you do will you have time to fix the underline issue was 10:30a.m. at this point he replies yeah should not be a big deal. 5 mins. later gentleman comes back in saying you have a mis fire on 5&6 cylinder and I don't have time too fix it today well thanks this helps me none being from out of state and everyone in eastern Kentucky closes at noon, money not very well spent and felt scammed but just so everyone knows I made my 6 hr drive back home with my check engine light on and out 60 bucks
