John Let's Be Kind to One Another.

We hit two major potholes heading South on Interstate 65 and this blew our front driver's side tire. It was late and had to stay in Elizabethtown overnight. We were supposed to be in Nashville that night so were keen to get going the next morning. We looked for a tire repair shop online. This was our first time in Elizabethtown. We chose Wayne's Tire Center - which was the right choice. From our first encounter at 8:30AM (they open at 8:30AM) until the tire was obtained (we needed a low profile tire that isn't routinely in stock) and rapidly installed we knew we were in the best of care and attention. The friendliness, service, price, everything was excellent. Wayne's definitely deserves the high ratings they receive. If we ever needed a tire when in the area again, without a moment's hesitation we'd return to Wayne's.

Some really friendly, great people work here. The man who I think was the owner was chatting with all of us while we waited for our tire change. One of the workers came over and helped me pick out the right tire and was super helpful pointing out the facts about each one. We even got a free calendar.

Tire failed on our way to Florida. Made it to the exit and called several local tire shops. Due to oddball tire size no one had stock and could not get until the next day. Wayne, the retired owner, drove his personal car to their supplier and had us back on the road the same day. Saved us an overnight stay. Can’t say enough about the service and kindness shown by the entire staff. Great place to do business.
