Had 4 new tires put on 6 months ago. I waited 3 and half hours. They forgot about me. I was sitting there in the waiting area. I was just told they were busy. I did have an appointment. No problem with tires. I understood these things happen. So I make an appointment 6 months later for my tires to be rotated. Made an appointment again. Still waiting 40 min later. This is ridiculous. I will pay someone else next time to rotate.

Bought Michelin’s and at first all was good. Then we had the tires balanced and the front end aligned at a later date. After that the steering has a loose feel through the wheel, makes a popping noise from the front wheels occasionally and the whole car shakes like a leaf. The tires had less than 2K miles when the work was done so not likely they are causing the issues.

I was having trouble removing the wheels off my wife's 2007 VW GTI. Since they use a bolt that screws into the rotor, instead of a traditional stud/lug nut set up it can get kind of tricky. After breaking two sockets and most of my will, I headed to Paducah to get a stronger socket. On the way I called Vanzant's and they said they would be able to break the bolts for me. I went over there, and sure enough, after going trying an impact and 2 different ratchets, they were able to break the two wheels loose I needed. They did this at no charge to me. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend anyone in the area to go to them for their wheel and tire needs.
