First time got 2 tires switched..all 4 sensors worked..picked up Tahoe. Only 2 worked and it was the 2 they didn't change. Totally blamed me..took no responsiblity. Said they weren't working when they changed the tires. Sure they didnt. Around 10 months later.. Back again to switch the other 2...this time they say there is a crack in the rim. Again my fault. Is it possible just wear and tear. Maybe. I ask some questions and it's I can take it off if you don't want it. Really. Great answer. Great customer service. I've always gone here. Not no more. Lost this customer.

Took THREE hours to have alignment checked (didn’t need to be done) rotate tires and oil change. Asked them to replace break lights that we’re out but they forgot!!! I was there 7:40 first person in and last one out. Unless they know you in there I would go to discount tire!!

They were extremely friendly and courteous and handled my flat (I had bought the tires from them) very well. However, I can't give them 5 stars because I drove there from Hamburg (they closed our location, unfortunately) on the donut early Saturday afternoon only to see they closed at noon. So I was forced to return on Monday. It never occurred to me they would be closed Saturday afternoon. To me, this is not very customer friendly, especially since it appears their competitors are open. I mean, this is one of the few times many customers or potential customers have to shop. I just don't see the reasoning, and in my case it was a hardship.

I took my Explorer to S&S for an alignment and was told I had to have a wheel bearing installed before they could align it. I knew it needed the bearing and had it scheduled at another place later in the week. However, when I tried to leave, the bearing just locked up and I could not drive anywhere, so I let them replace the bearing. The mechanic was great. I was charged $334 for just the wheel bearing and when called a parts store the next day I found I could have bought it for $123.00, and I know they can buy for less than what I can buy for. I understand that a business has to make a profit and I have no problem with that, but this is definetly over kill. I rated it a 2 star simply because of the mechanic. I was in a bad position because I could not drive my truck and feel they took advantage of that. I can not recommend this store!

This is the worst place ever to get your tires balanced or rotated. I got new set of tires for my Camry here 6 months ago and they were very efficient. I came back here to get the same tires balanced and rotated and they kept my car for 2.5 hrs and did nothing. For almost 45 mins the car sat inside without even being touched and while other people who came an hour after me were leaving in 15 mins. Now balancing tires and rotating them is not rocket science. I finally got pissed off when they said they were working on my car when I could clearly see there was no one around it. The manager just sat on his desk and ate noodles the whole time and didn't give a damn. I will never return to this place again. Wasted 2.5 hrs for nothing.

I've been going to Kent for years now and the service is always amazing. He's serviced all of my family's vehicles as well. Whether you drop your car off or wait for it in the lobby it's always done in the time range that they give you. I don't trust anyone else to service my truck for tires.

I came in late in the afternoon with a flat tire. They fixed my flat and put it back on as well stowing my spare and all the tools I had left in the back... all of under $20!
