Great service when I purchased the tires Kim was my sales person she was great had a blowout a week later husband went back to get a new tire the tire was there Kim ordered it he got there before they opened and service was terrible had to wait 2 hours before someone helped him they were all standing around and if he didn't get mad they still wouldn't have helped him then they had put other people in front of him already the need to go to a customer service class because the service is terrible, when you call on the phone it's a 30 min wait every time I really hate calling or going there!

Started off pretty rocky but towards the end of my payment they change my tires so I didn't have anymore trouble with my tire pressure light. However, throughout the payment process, don't be afraid to ask for a PRINTOUT OF YOUR BUYOUT AMOUNT for you tires & rims because I strongly believe they jacked me out of $138 & probably would have been more if I didn't keep up with my buyout amount, so just be careful & pay attention to your money. Once they correct my issue I'll be happy to change my review. Also each time you make a payment RNR charges almost a EXTRA $20 that they don't fully explain to you, so if you do the math regardless if you pay before your buyout date you end up paying way more than what your suppose too.

I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with R&R Tire Express in Paducah. My wife and children experienced an emergency tire issue on a four horse trailer late in the day this past week while traveling from NC back to our home in the Midwest. I called four other places trying to find help for them but was turned away. I called R&R and described my wife’s issue and they immediately agreed to take a look at it. I won’t get into all the details but once she arrived they were kind, courteous, and went way above and beyond to help her out. She was back rolling in no time. The folks at R&R Paducah are fantastic and showed genuine concern. If I lived within 100 miles of their shop I would make the drive just to give them my business. Thank you TONS, R&R Tire!

Tim Scoggin tolerated my craziness for four days with kindness, a great attitude and personality, dedication and lots of patience while helping me decide what tires worked best for my truck and what I needed as well as liked and what I wanted..and he found them, ordered them, few days later I had them put on my truck. I was late for my appointment so I called and it wasn't a problem as I was driving from an hour away. Dustin handled my account with ease and speed. He had tons of knowledge and knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't miss a beat. They were installed and I was ready to roll in less than 45 minutes tops. They all were very professional yet had that good ole country boy charm. I have and will continue to spread the word about a tire center such as this in this area! It took an hour to plug my tire when it was literally me and one of guy in the building waiting. That was annoying but I can forgive a wait time if not for the last section of the review. The price and customer service was adequate. The building was clean and spacious but it is brand new. Here's the problem. I started receiving emails from them and I didn't opt in for emails . One a day...every day. There's no place to opt out or unsubscribe, its no help to call the facility for assistance with it, and the corporate office is even less help.
