Unfortunately you can't give negative stars or they would get a -5 stars. Anyway this place is a bunch of thieves and liars they will do anything to get you to buy to make there little commission then once you do all customer service is out the door what little there was to begin with. So I purchased a set of tires only not wheels got behind one payment and they informed me I needed to turn them back in and to bring my other set of tires with me and they would mount and balance them for me. Needless to say once I got there they was very rude then informed me they was not going to put my other tires back on my wheels they would for another $80 then tried to say that those were there wheels and tires and I informed them other wise. Then they said I was not get my wheels back. So now we had to call lexington police to get this matter resolved two of them came and said there was nothing they could do because it was a civil matter not a criminal matter. The police also said all those so called businesses through there are shady and he would stay away from there. My suggestion to anyone that don't want to be cheated lied to or stolen for steer clear of this place. Still have not got my wheels back. CAUTION! CAUTION! Read all the reviews 95% all bad this is the reason why, I wish I had read first good luck folks....

Terrible customer service. Took 2 hours to put 1 tire on 1 rim. Wasn't even spoken to both times visited had to ask if the rim was ready.

We have specialty rims and tires on my wife's 2015 Tahoe. We had issues where the tires were constantly leaking air. We went to numerous tire shops throughout Lexington and no one could figure out the problem. After 1 trip to Rimtyme and the problem has been solved perfectly. Their service was prompt and professional. I could not be happier with the result and I won't take my car anywhere else for tire/rim service in Lexington.

If you go in as a new customer and like to be brushed off, ignored, told "one minute," & "I'll be right back," while they help old customers who come in after you , then this is the place for you! If you refuse to pay anything under $250 a month, then I guess you're not really the customer they want to help. HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY!

I’m not one to complain but there is one guy in there can’t think of name but he where’s glasses and thinks he is all that and a bag of chips at first the service was great when I got home I got behind on one payment and had some family issues and he was calling my girlfriend going off and then telling me that he “wanted his shot back and me off his credit that he has more important stuff to do” so if you get wheels and tires beware of that guy I don’t suggest them to nobody won’t ever get my service again you clown

They are quite customer oriented in that they are really there for the customers, and will work with you in terms of price. They also go the extra mile to point out things that are wrong with the wheels. One time when I went there, they showed me a problem, and offered to fix it for me.

DO NOT GO HERE. I paid $100 on a 3 day advance notice for an appointment to have new wheels and tires mounted and balanced. I showed up at my appointment time, 10am, and everything went smoothly at first. However, after they "finished" with my car, they realized they had confused me with another appointment, and had placed my old tires onto my new wheels. I told them it wasn't a big deal, as they assured me it would only take a few minutes to fix, and then I sat and waited for another two and a half hours as they accepted three walk in customers and one other appointment, before they fixed their own mistake with my vehicle. I asked an employee, not sure of the name but he was heavy set and bearded, what we were going to do about the fact that I not only was there for three hours, it was because of THEIR mistake, and he said "All I can say is I'm sorry." Basically, once they already have your money, they really don't care about delivering the product. I was told over the phone it would take less than 1 hour, but again, I waited in their lobby for 3 hours with only an apology, watching them take new clients over handling the situation that was already before them. The management is horrible, and truly have no idea how to run a business.

Bought new set of 26s, paid $2500 for them and they didn't put the tires they told me i was getting. After i finally left pissed off and feeling cheated, they rode horrible, my truck felt like it was rocking any time i went past 35mph. Took 4 times to try to balance them out and still have the same issue. They refuse to give me the tires i was promised upon purchasing. Horrible company, horrible employees and horrible quality. The general manager Ishmael Taylor will look you in the face knowing they cheated you and tell you there's nothing they can do for you. Once they have your money all customer service goes out the window. I let them know i was going to report them to BBB and the general managers only response is you're not the first one to do so. Don't trust them with your money this company is only in buisness to rob, lie and cheat you.

Never again! I needed new wheels for my Toyota Avalon, went to Rimtyme and spoke to Ricky. Ricky assured me that the off market wheels would perform just as well at the OEM. I bought new after market wheels and a set of new Michelin tires. Barely got a mile from the shop and the vibration was horrible. Took the car directly to a Toyota dealer. Was informed that Rimtyme didn't put the spacers on. Went back to Rimtyme. They ordered the spacers and again assured me that all would be okay. Allowed Rimtyme to put the spacers on, they did but broke a stud. The vibration was a little less but no where near what I was assured. Tried to return the wheels at Rimtyme. The "boss" wasn't in but the guys said he would call me. He never did. NEVER buy anything from these guys. If you do, accept that you will never get the ride you expect. Ricky - "same ride as the OEM wheels". Me - "Bullsh!t". I wasted $400 on wheels I can't use. Do Not waste your money on these guys. Rimtyme, you want to make this right? Give me my money back from your inferior product. Didn't want to give you any stars but had to in order to post.

This place is the worst, I bought a new set of tires and wheels, and they put me used tires, I told them and they said it was a mistake . And now the tire has manufacture problems and they say no warranty, and the tires are 8 months old. Be careful with this people

If I could vote for less than 1 star, I would. If you care about your vehicle, don't even pull it in their parking lot. Swore they could mount my wheels on my BMW and failed. Not even sure how rimtyme is a legitimate business. Pulled my car in their garage and it came out with the same wheels, a couple of new scratches, stinking like an ash tray and a completely destroyed tire with a 2" bubble in the sidewall. They weren't even honest enough to own up to their screw up. Pretty lazy up in the office as well. Stay clear of them and let natural selection do the rest.Drive by this place about once a week and still can't believe they are in business.

First off last year i came to this place and picked out a set of wheels and waited almost 3 hours for them to put them on... they pulled my car out and said "i was goood to go", i drove off and when i was almost home i hear a noise and i pulled over to check and seen that the center cap was not put on right(it was suppse to have 10 screws in it.... it had 5 that were half way holding it in, so i called them and told them that the screws were not put in right, i was told to come back tmrw and i would be the first one on their schedule, i came back in and showed them what i seen, the guy took my car back in to the garage and took an hour to put screws in wheels? I got my car back...its funny how he said "I'm good to go again, I check my car this time.. they put them all in... half way... maybe a little too big of a screw? And some of them were broke off in the rim, i told him what i see now but worse and he said that those were already like that and that we don't have the right screws for them (why couldn't you tell me that at first and ordered them?), i told him to take them off and that im done, this is my worst first experience with you all... the manager got me to change my mind, and got me to pick out another set for the same price and got them on quicker this time and I was happy, Now a year later, Just bought some 22's from my buddy and were smooth riding on my car but I had to change one of the tires out because it was bald and I bought at this place... i put the wheel back on my car with the new tire, and it was bumpy riding now, took the wheel off, the whole inner wall was nothing but bumps, my stupidity is to throw the recipe away and not look in the nice bag they put the wheel in and let you walk out, but do you think that they will ever get more customers from my experience, i think not

Horribly run business. They are extremely dishonest and will say anything to get your money, but everything goes out the door once they have it. The employees are extremely uneducated and do not understand anything with financing. I would not suggest buying anything from here, but if you do then definitely PAY CASH if you don't then you're in for trouble they will lie and try to get more money out of you...then when confronted about it they'll conveniently not have answers or give conflicting answers if you ask more than one person...nothing matches up. There's a reason this company isn't in a good area...more of an area you'd see a cash advance or other companies that take advantage of people as well.
