Awesome and quick service!! Went in for a thermostat replacement for my Jeep and was expecting it to be pretty expensive, but the prices here are very reasonable and affordable!! Don’t have to worry about getting overcharged like you do with most Auto places. Will definitely go here for all vehicle related needs!!

Great work, reasonable prices and excellent service. I needed tires and they got me in the same day even with tires that they did not have readily in stock. Though I wanted all four replaced, the owner was very honest and told me only one truly needed to be replaced for safety concerns. I didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on anything. Will certainly return.

These folks were SO incredibly nice! I took my car in for an alignment, but they informed me of issues that needed to be fixed or else I was wasting my money. They took me out to the car and showed me the issues, didn't just tell me. They were extremely courteous and helpful. I took it back in for additional work a few weeks later and they did it quickly and below the estimated cost.

Yesterday I tried this place to get my tires rotated and get an alignment done. Overall I was there for about 2 and a half hours which I can deal with. Also the price was lower than I was expecting and I even asked the manager if this included rotation and balance of the tires and he said "we dont charge for that" After i left I noticed that my truck was shaking worse than when I took it in. This morning I brought it back and found out that they didn't balance my tires when I asked them and they quoted me an amount and after I provided pushback I had to pay right at $36 additional because they don't do it the first time. Was not satisfied with overall service and explanation as the front desk person said the manager was rushing them yesterday as I was waiting a long time.. Yes I did wait but I shouldn't have to bring a vehicle back to get what was asked done.

Nicholasville tire and service did a check on my car to see why check engine light was on. Upon doing that they decoded my antitheif mechanism and when I went back to let them know and see if they could put it back right, they gave me Lloyd kinds of attitudes, arguing get the point the I should be thankful the they gave me a free diagnosis. I will never go there again and strongly recommend that no one take their vehicle there

Service was good and pretty fast, but then I had a problem with my conditioning and they told me that my compressor was going out and it was going to be 720$ to fix it and then I stopped at Katie's tire and the guy said that he thought it might be the compressor but wasn't sure , that it could be a pulley making all that noise, they checked it out and sure enough it was a pulley, which only cost me 220 saving me 500$ so I'm not sure that the other place would have done that, makes me wonder if they would have just changed out the sir conditioner or been truthful and just replaced the pulley??????? Don't know for sure
