Truly amazing customer service! I was on a very short timeline to get new tires, they do extensive research and find the right tires for your car and to suit your needs and price range. I called them in the late afternoon, they ordered the tires and they were delivered and ready to be put on in the morning! They even helped me get my car there and back so I didn’t have to wait! Leslie is wonderful! A great business that cares about their customers!

Absolutely recommend this shop. Had new tires put on out of town, TPMS sensor was broken in the process and the wheel balancing was done poorly resulting in a vibrating steering wheel above 50mph. The whole crew at the shop was extremely nice, and they saved us a good amount of cash as well when they found a brand new sensor in the glovebox that we didn’t know was there (apparently from the shop that broke it). Vibration is completely gone, and TPMS is working like it should again. Very happy with the service here.

Had a tire that went flat on my new car and the auto craft shop guy said he couldn't fix it, buy a new one. Not excepting that I contacted Hardin Co Tires and they were very friendly and told me the tire just needed a plug put in. The total cost was only $20- and they even rotated the tires. Great service, great price, great people. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

*****Update**** new company here: There used to be another repair shop. The Hardin County Tire company that is here now is my go to for tire issues. They are a class act. Prices are fair and staff is a shining example of courtesy and professionalism. They are concerned primarily with getting you the best option even if they have to send you somewhere else. This is an awesome example of how a tire shop should operate. ------------------ Review for Jax company that used to be here:** I wish I could put a negative number of stars. I took my car to these individuals because the engine on my 99 Ford made a crazy noise and stopped working. I was skeptical of this shop as i had never used them before but they were the closest to tow to. I asked them to attempt to trouble shoot it without performing any additional maintenance so that I could make sure that the diagnosis would be accurate by getting a second opinion. These guys fully removed and disassembled my engine without permission. I only found out because I called. Then on top of that told me they could not figure out what was wrong with it told me that the labor would cost 300.00 and asked me if I just wanted them to place engine and parts in the trunk. I didn't take them to court but I should have. If you use their service please make sure you have your attorneys phone number ready. We did pay the bill but these crooks don't deserve another dime. And it turned out my regular mechanic didn't have near as much of a problem diagnosing the engine but did have to be replaced.

Hardin County Tire Center is the best place to buy tires in the Fort Knox area. Great service, great products, and they work with you to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for as fast as possible. Extremely military friendly as well. I ordered my tires on Friday and they were in and ready to be put on by Monday!

Super awesome staff I had a bolt in my tire after my family drove up to see me graduate and no one could help me out, when I got here they were more than willing to help even 10 minutes after they closed. Took my 30 foot travel trailer here to have all four tires replaced. They not only ordered the tires right away but they arranged for me to drop off the camper there and changed the tires out prior to opening hours to facilitate my work schedule. Excellent customer service from each person who works there. I was in and out in 45 minutes flat. I definitely would recommend anyone to go here.

Thankyou for such great service all the way around, in the last 6 months we have replaced tires on 2 vehicles from yall, which we are not locals (we serve this country) and went to Walmart since they're everywhere and when they couldn't come through with any type of customer service and acknowledged other people instead of ones that had been waiting patiently 3 different times and wouldn't stand behind thier product and warranties we walked out and will Never go back to thier service department again. Tremendous service. I made an inquiry online and got a response very quickly. They explained to me that with my setup (aftermarket wheels) no tire would last and that it would not make financial sense to by very expensive tires. He asked what I was looking from the tires and they offered a set that check all my needs for half the price and same day service! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone

We used their roadside emergency service for a flat tire and the service was very, very disappointing. An officer was kind enough to dispatch them for us with his recommendation, because he felt like the jack my car was equipped with wasn’t safe to use... but it was kind of a mess after that. They took over 90 minutes to arrive, we called several times for an ETA and quote..but there was never an answer. When he did show up he didn’t even have his own jack. Seems very unprofessional for a tire service to not come equipped with their own tools. He did change the tire with my jack... after the service was finally completed we got our total... $150! Outrageous considering it’s 3 times the price other services had quoted us and he didn’t even have how own tools. Very disappointing.

I recommend this place to everyone needing work done on their cars. I brought my Tahoe here to have breaks replaced and tires rotated. Not only are they not charging me for rotating my tires they have very fair prices on the breaks. The lady working the front desk has gone above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. Not only did she offer to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on, she also gave me the Wi-Fi password to work on my school work and even offered to go buy me donuts while i waited. The guys working on my car did an overall inspection on my break system and gave me a quote for things that needed repaired and not once did they try to convince me to get more work than I asked for done. I never felt pressured to spend more money than my orginal quote. I will come back for sure and make sure i recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank u hardin co tire for doing such a great job!

We pulled in riding on the rim and I just knew I was going to have to overpay for new tires. However, we got 2 new ones for a good price and were back on our way in no time flat.
