Great prices but terrible service. Unexperienced. Used a torque stick on an impact gun, should have known better not to. Cross threaded a bolt that cause me to snap it when I had to swap another tire yet again because this place failed to put tire on properly. Did not balance tire either. Would not recomend. 0/10

Blew a tire while attempting to attend an event in Louisville. I am not from the area, so I didn't know who to buy tires from. I was recommended by the AAA technician. Glenn's tire was fast, quick and efficient. They were also able to straighten out my bent rim as much as possible. I'm having a bad week, but thanks to Glenn's tire, I'm up and running just a bit longer.

Great tire shop, especially if you need to get in and out real quick. They don't do alignments or any of the extra things some mainstream places do, but they do tire replacement and repair very well. They also sell used tires at a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed!

Today while driving tread was ripping off my rear right tire. I was right next to Glenn’s. I reported I didn’t how a donut and needed a tire. I arrived at 5:47. They close at 6. I was refuse service and I am still currently stranded at this location

This is what old school service is all about. The crew at Glenn's is the fastest and the bestest around. We've been going there for at least 5+ years now; including today!! Trailer tires, truck tires, car tires - Glenn's has them all; new or used. At a very fair price. Once you come, you will be back. They really are the best guys around. They do custom wheels and rims, too.

My low pressure light kept coming on for one of my tires. I went to one shop and they told me they could not fix it because of the location of the needed repair and that I needed a new tire (then tried to sell me to go ahead and get 4 new tires I didn't need). Then I went to Glenn's, and he fixed it for $20 within 20 minutes. Glad to know someone who is affordable, honest, and quick!

I had an issue once with a tire I purchased here and brought it back with the receipt they replaced it immediately and apologized. Great business. I don't live in the area anymore but I still will drive a few extra miles to come get my tires at Glenn's.

I got a flat in downtown Louisville, had to drive on it a bit before I could change it, so I really trashed the tire. The other three were slightly worn but still had life left, so I wanted to get one used tire to not throw off the set. I googled on my phone, found two places - first was closing when I got there. I called Glenn's Tire, found out they had a tire my size and would be open for a while, so I drove there. They put it on (a very nice tire for $30) quickly, and when I mentioned that another wheel was a slow leak, I thought because of a damaged rim, they insisted on taking it off and working on the wheel, saying Glenn was a master at hammering out wheels. He finally gave up on that because the damage was slight and the leak very slow, and didn't charge me for it! Great business! I found out later that the leak was now in the tire, not the wheel.So, that means that Glenn fixed the wheel, after all, no charge!
