We stopped for breakfast and realized our tire had a hole in it. Castleman Tire didn’t have the tire we needed but drove my husband to Bowling Green to pick up the tire we needed and came back and put it on our car. That’s what I call excellent customer service!!

Had a right rear wheel bearing let go over the holiday and was desperate to get it fixed as soon as I could so I wouldn't miss work. They had it diagnosed before I even got comfortable in those marvelous waiting room chairs and when I brought it back the next morning to be fixed, it was done before I got back from running errands! Fast, courteous, to the point and no nonsense! Couldn't be happier! #mindblown
