Quick phone call re: Ag tractor tire repair. Whoever answered (at 07:41) told me Sumerel doesn't work on these kind of tires/rims and apologized but immediately referred me to 2 other local companies and their phone numbers. I appreciate the willingness to offer up help like this instead of just saying, "sorry". A small kindness that left a good impression.

Called to get a quote wanted a good used but not recapped tire we do Oversizeded and over weight can’t run recapped tires bc of the weight it’s on my trailer and on the front axel he never asked me where I gave him all the info acted like he did nt want to help I was told quote “ I don’t want a recapped Tire , but will take used one and don’t know where it come from !” End quote Again news flash Oversizeded and Overweight I ll just keep the one with broken belt thank you at least I know what I got . And I ll keep my money as well .
