Had my truck towed to this shop on a Monday because I was told they could get right on it Tuesday morning. To make a long story short they did nothing but lie to me after the truck was there but thankfully I had my trucking buddies driving by taking pictures of my truck sitting in there parking lot when I was told by Best One it was in the shop. Finally on Thursday I had to bite the bullet and pay for another tow to take it somewhere else. I am an owner operator and time is money. They cost me a whole week of revenue and another tow bill. I've had my truck here before for repairs and they always got it done right away but i guess it's because I was there babysitting them making them keep to their word. The minute you have your truck towed here and your not around to babysit them they will lie to you. I will not ever bring any of my business here for them ever again!

Went into my favorite tire shop for a tire change today. Just like always a great experience. In today's world you don't know how great it is to go to a business for work and get great service and great rates. And treated like family I highly recommend them.
