This was always my go to shop for all major issues with my vehicles. I brought this company a lot of customers when it was in great running condition. They would get your car in one day and no sooner than a day or two be done with your vehicle. This was when Thomas and JT were running the front. Then one day the company ordered a pizza from the company I work at, (I deliver pizzas.) When I took them their 90 dollar order, you would think I would be remembered by the owner of the shop for how often I was in their shop or how much business I brought them or how loyal I was as a customer. Instead I wasn't. I would also think that considering how much business I bring them and how I put a paycheck in their hands every week for bringing my business to their shop they would be appreciative and give me a good tip on that delivery but instead they didn't. It was quiet insulting to get a dollar tip as a driver/loyal customer to their shop, so now I have taken my business elsewhere. I hear from my friends that I introduced to them that they have been spiraling down hill anyways. They are taking way to long with your vehicle in the shop, braking components like engine covers and not replacing them, and leaving customers with a confused look because their counter people do not have great customer service experience. NOT Thomas and JT. The other counter people. If you want to talk cars with someone you have to talk to a mechanic. They also make constant suggestions for you to make replacements on parts that does not have any impact on the way the vehicle is currently running. I am disappointed to see this shop go down like this, but I will always remember the good times.
