I've been going to Alexandria Tire since I found them when my Chevy Sonic broke down. I've since taken my Ford and will be taking my cat van. They are decent priced and try to work with you. When my Ford broke down last year, they let my car set with them while I saved up the money necessary to pay for the fixes. I'm always recommending them to my friends. I moved from Alexandria to Covington so it's still a bit of a drive. Worth it though.

I have been very pleased with every time I have brought my car in for service. They are very thorough with checking everything. My last visit involved needing a filter change. Before changing the filter they showed me the old filter and how badly it needed changed. I appreciated them showing me this. They rotated my tires, too. They explained about my tires probably needing replaced next service appointment. I appreciated that, as well. I feel like Alexandria Tire Pros is a very reliable business to take my car.

This was always my go to shop for all major issues with my vehicles. I brought this company a lot of customers when it was in great running condition. They would get your car in one day and no sooner than a day or two be done with your vehicle. This was when Thomas and JT were running the front. Then one day the company ordered a pizza from the company I work at, (I deliver pizzas.) When I took them their 90 dollar order, you would think I would be remembered by the owner of the shop for how often I was in their shop or how much business I brought them or how loyal I was as a customer. Instead I wasn't. I would also think that considering how much business I bring them and how I put a paycheck in their hands every week for bringing my business to their shop they would be appreciative and give me a good tip on that delivery but instead they didn't. It was quiet insulting to get a dollar tip as a driver/loyal customer to their shop, so now I have taken my business elsewhere. I hear from my friends that I introduced to them that they have been spiraling down hill anyways. They are taking way to long with your vehicle in the shop, braking components like engine covers and not replacing them, and leaving customers with a confused look because their counter people do not have great customer service experience. NOT Thomas and JT. The other counter people. If you want to talk cars with someone you have to talk to a mechanic. They also make constant suggestions for you to make replacements on parts that does not have any impact on the way the vehicle is currently running. I am disappointed to see this shop go down like this, but I will always remember the good times.

I have been a customer of Alexandria Tire since 2000 (15 years), as they have serviced over 10 different vehicles of mine, during that span. Everything from Hummer and Hyundai to BMW and Pontiac. There's no repair/maintenance that the staff at Alexandria Tire cannot handle! I find them to be very professional, informative and personal (they take the time to get to know you and even talk Sports; I'd much rather talk football vs. filters, or baseball vs. ball-joints). I have never been surprised of unexpected charges or repairs, and their genuine upfront communication from quality individuals, is difficult to find in this ever-changing world of fewer and fewer positive customer service experiences.

I've been using them for years and have always received good customer service from the front desk, and the work is always done right and quickly. The prices are reasonable and they are honest about the work that needs done now, versus what can wait. They'll work with you on rebates and will find the best price on parts. And if they say your car will be ready by a certain time, it will be.

We were in for an oil change and the technician noticed a ticking sound in the engine. We indicated that we had a lifetime warranty on the 2012 jeep and at his urgency of the problem, we took it to Zimmer the next day. They found that the rocker arms were bad on the right cylinder head and they were replaced. Thanks to Alexandria Tire for informing us about the seriousness of the problem.

They went out of their way to help me find the correct tires for my daughter's car, order them and get them installed prior to a big snowfall this past winter, even though the local warehouse did not have that size in stock. The tires and their service lived up to and exceded my expectations.
