Went into firestone for an alignment only to find I need 4 new tires. Firestone wanted to charge me $700 for house brand tires! I called everywhere, & the best was Mr. Tire. The customer service was phenomenal, & I came in later that day to purchase tires. Upon arrival I was told there was an error with their shipments and they didn’t have the tires I needed. Before I even had a chance to be upset being that I am going out of town, in desperate need of tires & drove 40 minutes to get there... the gentleman in the front Brent I believe? (I could be wrong) automatically corrected the situation, apologized & even gave me a free service. I will 100% always reccomend this shop, & continue to be a loyal customer!

One of the best shops out there for new tires or tire repair. They have a no hassle approach and don't try to sell you a new tire. They don't do the tiresome sales pitch of "we cant guarantee it will last so you need to buy a new tire." They just fix it. Who wants one new tire and the rest old? I will never understand why some tire shops do this? You can't really go wrong with this shop and it's one of the best places in KC.

Had a tire that was losing air and needed somewhere to go during my lunch break. Didn't catch the guy's name working the desk/ phone but he was very nice and helpful. Mr Tires was recommended to me by a customer. I went there for an alignment and was very VERY impressed. Upon walking in I overheard a technician giving honest feedback to another customer about their car. The customer asked if they needed to purchase a certain part and he was told by the tech that he didnt advise it. That's honesty that is hard to find in the auto industry. I happen to know a lot about cars and I was so happy to be able to get the alignment I asked for without worrying about trying to be sold something I didnt need. The technician came out with the original readings to show me where it was off and what adjustments they'd have to make and which ones my car just doesnt allow (manufacturer engineering problem). They did the alignment in 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Talk about hassle free!! I WILL be back! P.S. my car drives the best it has since I purchased it a year ago. A job well done!

This place is great, you can pull up and have a new set of tires in about an hour even without an appointment. If you have a nail in your tire or need a leak checked out they can have you in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes and it is unbelievably cheep. This place can't be beat for the great friendly service and products they offer. Way better than the big national chains. Well worth the drive from anywhere in town.

I made four individual appointments to replace all four of my tires. Out of all four visits, the average time I spent there was about 20 minutes. The pricing for the tires was amazing, cheaper than a dealership or any other tire shop. They only sell new tires, not used or refurbished. Customer service was above average, everyone was friendly. I didn't appreciate the service they gave me on a wheel alignment.. my steering wheel wasn't straight when they finished and when I try to bring it back they say it was a problem with my car and all they had to do was keep the steering wheel straight when tightening up the alignment.

I am very impressed. Great professionalism. Fast, Affordable, the whole nine yards! I had a blow out yesterday, and call this morning at 11am to see if they have my tire size. They did not but they ordered it and it was there by 2:30pm this afternoon. I took my car right up there at 2:30 and someone was working on it right away! 15 minutes later (not an exaggeration) I was on my way home. When every I need tires in the future with other vehicles, I dont care where I am living in KC, I know where I am going!

My husband heard a noise from this tires, so off we go to Mr. Tire. My husband said they would be booked up, but he was going there anyway. When we arrived, because of tbe storm that morning they did have power, and they were booked until Firday. If they had a cancellation he could move up. They had a cancellation so my husband truck was fixed earlier than what we expected. And the price for four brake pads and installation was AWESOME! EXCELLENT JOB.

I'd never been to an auto shop that did some of the work outside before. When I went it was a sunny day and instead of wasting time; the mechanics got right to work in the parking lot changing tires. The bays seemed to be for big projects only, which I liked. In the hour I was there I think about a dozen cars, vans, trucks, even a lawn mower came and went and everyone seemed very happy. The staff was great and treated me like a friend. I got bad news about my car, but they were forthcoming and recommended me a nearby shop that might help. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I tried to be loyal to my local Honda dealer, as I bought my Civic there and it's only a mile from my home. But after they messed-up a simple tire rotation..."rotating" only two tires (I mark tire positions before taking it in) and forcing me to return to the dealership after I discovered the mistake....AND offering me no refund or discount for all the trouble...I said to heck with them. My family told me about their good experiences with Mr. Tires, so I price-shopped them for tires on my girlfriend's Equinox. They were exactly he same price as Costco for the tires and complete install, and they had the tires next-day. Their service was flawless. Just today, I took my Civic in for a rotate-balance and alignment. My Honda dealer always seemed to find something really out of alignment with my car...charging me $$$ for the adjustments. Mr. Tires, however, found no need to do any adjustments, proved it with a computer printout, and didn't charge me extra for the alignment check. In my opinion, THAT'S how you get and keep loyal customers. Oh...you won't be sitting in a posh dealership waiting room chair sipping complimentary fruit juice while watching TV while your car is serviced at Mr. Tires, but I'll take their two outside benches any day. While the Mr. Tires seating is less padded, I certainly didn't feel the same strange "Honda Dealership" sensation of having had something jammed up my backside when I paid and left Mr. Tires. I appreciate service and honesty like this, and I'll spread the word.

Hit a bolt or some piece of metal at 70 mph on I-35 this morning. Drove over to Mr. Tire in Grandview at 50 mph after two other closer places couldn't fit me in or just had a 2-hour wait. What a wonderful place!!! They were working on my car within minutes!! Yes, I needed a new tire, but they discounted it and matched it to the others I bought there a year ago. So, even though it was a 3-hour trip to work today instead of 15 minutes, it turned out great!! Love the guys at Mr. Tire!!! I have never been disappointed by their service, promptness or friendliness!! They deserve 10 stars!!

We took a weekend trip to Kansas City, KS and discovered serious vibration on the front end of our car. We stopped in to Mr. Tires on our way back home for an alignment to correct the problem. They took us in without an appointment, checked and aligned the front end immediately ($69-great deal!!), and balanced all four tires and rotated two of them at no extra charge! Truly excellent service and wish they were located close to our home!

Wanted new tires, got a good deal. Per tire cost was about $8 higher than what I had seen advertised at some big box stores, but the actual cost was lower when you consider the cost includes installation and balancing. $75 to install at other dealers and I've seen balancing fees of $20 added on. Quick service...in and out in about 30 minutes. Brad was very nice and so pleasant to talk to. I now have a new go-to tire shop in town!

Excellent customer service. I live in the area and have passed this shop many times, but because it was not a national known shop, I never gave it much thought until I had a leak in one of my tires. I was pleasantly surprised. They have Excellent customer service skills. Not only was I greeted when I walked in, but also thanked when leaving. Service was quick. As I waited for the tire to be repaired, I noticed everyone who walked through the door received the same great customer service. I will definitely return when the time comes for new tires. Thanks guys for a great job and outstanding customer service.
