Life savers & animal lovers! They really came through for us when we were 800 miles from home after our second blown tire on our horse trailer. They got us in & out to spare us from 100degree heat. They were very concerned for our dogs, 3 puppies, & horse! We are so very appreciative!

It was about 5pm and we weren't even close to the door when a lady ask what we needed. We said we have a leaking tire, her respond was "go to DONS TIRES". Kind of rude. Didn't even let us really talk. We left and went to DONS TIRE and they fixed it in less than 15mins. And we're polite.! !

Fantastic shop! Friendly and knowledgeable. My mechanic told me everything I needed to know about my car's major issue and went above and beyond to explain my options. Charges seemed more than fair for the effort he put in. I'll come back any time if I need diagnosis or repair.

Never going again. they just throw parts. They dont have a clue about what thier doin exept oil changes and maybe tires. Dont go there for tires either dons tire is cheaper.

Everyone knows everyone in Abilene. Been going for years. Last two trips were a flop though. Bought a used tire, didn't make it 100 miles before it went flat and stranded me temporarily. Took my vw jetta in for an oil change after that... Provided oil and filter. Car takes 5 qts. Tech only put in 4. Apparently never bothered to check the stick. 1qt was still remaining in the 5qt jug. Nevermind the fact they were too busy to actually bother with changing my tire. Seriously disappointed.

While driving my box truck on I-70, I lost a tire and started to wear out a second. Stopped at M&M and was immediately helped to get them both replaced. Price was very fair, service was excellent, and the wait was minimal. I plan to have my other tires replaced when I come through here again. Terrific people and even more terrific service!! We were driving by Abilene and were directed here after experiencing a flat on the Interstate. The woman at the desk - Stephanie - was incredibly friendly and told us she'd try to get us back on the road quickly. Dylan, who was equally friendly, dropped what he was doing and set to work on our car. Within 40 minutes, he had fixed and tested the tire and re-installed it on the car. I think we paid $25. You hear about service this good or maybe you read about it, but you rarely get to experience it yourself. We did at M & M. Kudos to all of you for superior service with a smile!!

This is a great place. I thought these places were a thing of the past. The lady behind the counter knows everyone's names and is quite impressive. Very honest and straight forward. I have my oil changed here every time and have bought tires here also. I trust them 100%. They will continue to have my business. My oil change took 20 minutes today. In and out. I love it.

My experience with M & M Tire & Auto was terrible. I took my car in to get my tires put on new rims. This visit cost me around $140. A couple days later when I got on the highway at higher speeds there was a noticeable shimmy in the steering. I gave it a couple more days and the problem persisted. So, I took the car back to M & M Tire and told them about the issue. I should add that the customer service was not great on my return visit. The receptionist, though she did say hello, seemed more interested in her cell phone than in customers. Shortly after, I was told that the tires were pretty much balanced and only minor adjustments made. But...the problem persisted. At this point, I decided to take the car to Don's Tire, which is also in Abilene. The verdict, when I took the car to Don's, was all four tires were out of balance and one of the pressure sensors, which I had paid M & M to rebuild, was flopping around inside the tire. So, the problem was solved and I no longer have a shake in my steering. However,this visit cost me another $120 that I wouldn't have had to spend if M & M had done the job correctly. I called M & M Tire after my visit to Don's and was told (by the receptionist) that " They do this every day, and I'm the only one to complain". I will never use M & M Tire & Auto again.
