Run, don't walk somewhere else! Bought tires for two cars. Both times, it was the most difficult experience in my life. Staff is not helpful either. Don't dare ask them to do anything other than what/how they plan to do.

I recently worked with this shop to resolve an unusual issue with some previously purchased tires. The shop's manager, Aaron, did an excellent job to work out a solution for the issue. Everything was handled in the most professional and courteous manner possible; these guys are top-notch.

Unfortunately the experience was not great. Even following the online prompts, we ordered the wrong tires. The worker at the tire shop “helped” us order the right ones. When we finally got the new tires in, it turns out the worker again ordered the wrong tires. On top of that, they lost our confirmed appointment for the install and I had to wait for them to get me in. The whole thing was a frustrating mess.

I have bought two sets of tires from them and I am buying a third this week. Installation has always been good. Compared to Firestone, the process has been a bit quicker. I won't comment of specific tires since I feel it is up to me to pick the correct ones.

Great service! Bought a a set of tires for my Toyota Tacoma. Service was fast although very busy. I have bought tires in many places, cost and service was great. Edit: I definitely had a more pleasurable experience compared to some of the other reviews.

Very busy but employees work with purpose and a sense of urgency so lines move fast. Check out the large canvas printing available at this particular Costco. Very cool custom decor option.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Long waits. Each time I have called ahead to ensure my prescriptions are ready. But each time there seems to be another "issue". Despite calling ahead and being reassured everything is ready to go. I have never experienced more "sudden" or "unavoidable" problems at a pharmacy than this one. Now that being said I still understand issues can arise and and am completely aware of that. I have waited many times due to mistakes on the pharmacy's end and have not complained once. Until today. I could not believe how rude the staff was to me and how I was treated. I have been a Costco member for years with the executive membership and even have their Citi credit card. Today I walked in at approximately 5:30 PM. Keep in mind the pharmacy does close at 6:00 PM. Since I called ahead a few days back I figured the process would go fairly smooth. I couldn't have been more wrong. I stood in line for a considerable amount of time. The customer ahead of me ran into an issue that was upsetting to him. He was reassured that this type of thing "shouldn't happen". Finally it got to me. I was ready to go Costco card in hand. I was speaking with a shorter woman with glasses. I had to explain 3 times what had already been explained over the phone and she didn't seem to comprehend what was going on. This is where things started to go south fast. She basically told me to step aside so she could work with the the other customers because they were closing soon. I stated that I needed this taken care of today and that I called ahead. She refused to help me and told me to step aside and wait so she could take care of the other customers. After waiting a considerable amount of time I was redirected to another window to speak with a blonde woman. She was the only one there treating me respectfully and trying to help me figure what had gone wrong with my prescription pick up. As she was trying to explain the process to me an older gentlemen, the pharmacist came by and made a snyde remark about how they were closing in 7 minutes. The way and manner in which he did this was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I then looked over and stated that I had been here since 5:30. Then I couldn't believe what happened next. The woman initially worked with raised her voice from several windows down behind the medicine cabinets telling me I was not working with here at 5:30. I was in shock and beyond irritated at this point. I stated that I was standing in that line at 5:30. The older gentlemen and that woman continued to make comments to me across the pharmacy section from several windows down. It was absolutely ridiculous. The customers waiting in line were just staring and as in just as much shock as I was. The blond women was the only proffesional individual there and told them several times that we would get it taken care of. As I was speaking with her mid conversation the older gentlemen turned off the lights at the pharmacy. I looked at my watch and I kid you not it was not even 7 minutes past 6:00 pm. Keep in mind too that I myself had been there for nearly 40 minutes just to pick up a few prescriptions. I had arrived in plenty of time for this to be taken care of before 6:00 PM, especially since I had called ahead and confirmed that everything was ready to go. Thankfully there was one person there that was professional and helped me resolve the issue. Unfortunately after this experience today after my refills are finished I will no longer be using Costco's pharmacy. It was an embarrassing, disrespectful, and overall disappointing experience.
