Excellent tire repairs..

This place charged me for repairing my tire but after I left I had the same problem. So I had to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed. When I called them and wanted my money back they got angry and said they weren't going to refund my money. If you decide to go there, be prepared to be ripped off like I was! Update: The owner of Kansas Tire & Auto replied to my review above of their services provided to me, and work done on my car while I was there and they have lied about a few facts about my experience there! Immediately after I left their store I took my car to Richert Cadillac and asked them to look at the One tire in question by Kansas Tire. They said my tire was NOT packed in mud & ice. Yes, it had some, but nothing to worry about. I took my car to a car wash and washed this tire and it was fine. However, the next morning it was flat again. I put air in it and took my car to Firestone and they said the rim became dislogded from the tire from the accident, same thing Kansas Tire told me they fixed. I had Firestone fix the tire and 2 months later it is still good! That is what happened and that is the truth! So, I had to pay for the tire repair two times. AND THE TIRE IS NOT BALD EITHER. THE RIM WAS THE PROBLEM, NOT THE TIRE. I JUST BOUGHT ALL 4 NEW TIRES FOR THIS CAR 1 YEAR AGO AND I DON'T DRIVE THAT MUCH AT ALL!

Did quite a bit of business with these guys until they refused to fix my Dodge charger..... took it in to them to replace starter switch or ignition wasn't sure at the time what the problem was......they argued said it wasn't the problem said it was faulty wiring and wanted to charge me $1700 to fix...... turns out had they had my best interest at heart as a valued customer instead trying to pull one over on a person.......all they had to do was make a phone call and would've soon discovered that the ignitions on alot of 2007 Dodge chargers WERE BEING RECALLED.... thank God for being my own advocate on this one cuz it saved me almost $2000 and my charger WAS FIXED FOR FREE!!!!!....but nice one Kansas Auto and tire!....will NEVER see my $$$$ again

On 7/7/17, my wife took her Toyota in because of a rattle in the front end. They put it a sway bar kit at the cost of $196.57. It made absolutely no difference in the rattle. On 7/28, I took the car back and asked why we had been charged for something that had no effect on the problem. The mechanic put it on the lift and said the "strut had broken." He claimed the strut must have broke between the time he put in the sway bar kit and yesterday. He wanted another $1,065 to fix the rattle. I took it to another mechanic (not telling him of the story above). He said the struts had considerable wear and needed replaced, but no mention of anything being broken. Moral to the story: When you take your car to these guys, they will find something to fix, but it may have nothing to do with your problem. Better yet, go somewhere else. Steve Cook

They have been servicing two of my cars for 13 years. When I ask them to check something out they are not telling me it needs it every time. In fact, most of the time it's okay. When I get my oil changed, they are not giving me a list of stuff they say it needs. When they do tell me I need something, there's no pressure from them to do it. They just explain what they see. Only one time in 13 years did I have a come-back and they took care of it no problem.

Got a good deal on 4 new tires. Staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to offer the techs some coffee or soda and see f they could be a little quicker. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Thanks guys.

Had a nail in my tire. Got me in the next day after talking with them. They could have got me the same day if I wanted which was nice. Got me right in and only took 20 minutes to finish. Pretty good deal for just $21. Will return here in the future.
