I have been looking for a great deal on tires for my vehicle. Great deal. Great service. Looking forward to doing business again!

Dropped off a flat tire and wheel and asked to repair or replace as I have tire warranty. Goodyear Wrangler SR-A seem to be the least puncture resistant tire made. Had 6 flats in 18 months from just gravel roads. Had to call the following day twice to follow up and they kept acting like they had no idea and had forgotten about it. I gave them all my warranty info when I dropped it off. Showed up two days later and again not much customer service. Did not ask me to make an appointment to have new tire installed said to just come in. When I showed up I was told there would be a wait. So I left and returned then I had to go over all the warranty info again and wait for them to process it, which could have been done the day prior. To make matters worse they put wrong tire on and now saga continues and more waiting. I was strongly considering upgrading my brand new Goodyear tires to a bigger and better set. Will most likely do this but at a different dealer and different brand that values my time and business.
