They figured out what was wrong with my car within an hour when I spent many working on it. The price was a little higher than quoted but it fixed the problem. They communicated really well with me what was going on and we're very fast about getting it done! Would recommend!

I would definitely be wary of this place. It has it's pros and cons and I understand every situation is different. They have always worked with us on making payment arrangements and the manager is cool enough. However every single time I have taken my van here, there is always something going wrong after I pick it up that wasn't wrong before. I know my van is used and used cars are not without their potential problems but, after more than a handful of jobs, it's getting a little too suspicious... Overall not a bad place just know exactly what's going on with your vehicle before you go because my faith in their actual mechanics has run out.

After a bad experience at BIG O TIRES on 8820 Skyview Ave, So disappointed with there business ethics, I did not want them to work on my vehicle anymore as I googled around, I found Boulevard Tire Service, a friendly atmosphere. Very friendly and they got to my car quickly. My car was grinding so I needed new brake pads. I was concerned they would try to talk me into new rotors since my car was grinding a little bit. They were upfront and told me the rotors were in fine condition. I'm not trying to brag on the condition of my rotors, just pointing out the fact that they could have tried to sell me new ones and I would not have been any wiser. I also had them look at the TPMS. A previous repair shop told me the batteries were dead and it would be $80+ each to fix. Here, they said they tested them and that the sensors were fine. They also could have tried to up-sell me on the sensors but did not. Instead, they just reset the monitor at no cost. I feel like I got a fair price on both parts and labor. I'd highly recommend.

These guys just put new tires and brakes on my Prius and did a phenomenal job. The shop owner took the time to explain why he recommended the tires he did and the brake pads he recommended. I take my personal vehicle here and these guys are great. They are reasonably priced and stand behind their work. I have had my vehicle in a multiple times for various reasons from radiator to clutch to simple tire replacements. They are great at trouble shooting and fixing only what needs to be fixed and do so in a timely fashion. I found out about these guys because we have our non-warranty fleet vehicles taken here. They are usually in and out in the same day w/ the same attention to detail that they use on my personal vehicle. Go see these guys!

This place saved my day! I'm an Uber driver and depend on my car to earn a living. So it was very stressful when I dropped off one of my riders here and smoke started coming from under my hood. When I realized oil was burning I thought I would kiss my savings goodbye. But Eric, the manager, was way cool, and put the car up on the rack. He wiped away the oil and told me it was probably just a faulty oil filter. Sure enough, they replaced it and topped off my oil, right then and there - and didn't charge me a dime. He just said to keep them in mind when I need tires or another service they provide. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this business. This kind of honesty and service seems hard to come by in our world sometimes, but if you want to find a mechanic you can trust, I can't recommend them enough. If I could give them six stars I would.

Alright now; it has been a long time since I have been to a shop that has great customer care, is always honest, never selling you what you don’t need, and always makes sure the car is drivable before you leave out of the parking lot. Honest. !!! I will definitely make the 45 minute drive here and tell others about this place. I called today to get a part fixed on my car, I never asked them to check it I just took the word of the other shop(that was closed today !!!) . They let me know that nothing was wrong with the piece and offered to check other things when I told them what my car was doing and also before I left he let me know some other things I should keep an eye on. I really appreciate their honesty even my dad said he'll recommended people to them and grabbed a business card. The guy at the front desk was nice also. I didn't catch the mechanic name it wasn't on his shirt but THANKS! for what y'all did today, y'all have no idea.

Admittedly, I had a rather simple problem (a rear tire picked up a screw), but they fit me in on a Friday and got the job done quickly (~30 minutes from my arrival to paying the bill) and the price was very reasonable as well. The staff was also quite friendly and I had a good time chatting with them while I was waiting for the tire to be patched. While I don't hope to go back soon, if I have any car troubles outside of warranty issues I'll be back!

Good price can't complain there. The front desk employee was nice. Went in the morning and had to come back bc of how busy they were. Came back later in the day and waited 2 hours for our car to get the work done. The most negative part, the employee who did a test drive was apparently rocking out to our radio. I just left there after 43 minutes of waiting for a tire repair. I was told at 9am that it would be about 45 min. The fact that nobody had touched the car wasn't that big of a deal but when a guy walked in and said can you fix my tire on his truck they told him 25 min and they went and put a jack under the truck and started to take the tire off. That was all I needed to see. I just took my keys and left. I have taken my cars there for years. Never again.

On a hot hot hot summer afternoon I came out of work to a flat tire. Some nice gents offered to help but to my surprise my lug wrench was warped. BOULEVARD TIRES was the closest tire shop around the two gents took me my tire and warped wrench to Vince at BOULEVARD and Vince jumped into action to meet my needs even going so far to allow us to borrow a wrench that would work !!! We went back to my car ,did the change and I immediately returned to Boulevard Tires to fix my flat. Vince was right there to assist with getting my tire out and James did an amazing job patching my tire!!! They were kind, fast and super funny!!!. Today my faith in man has been restored! To my angel gents Rich and Rick your kindness will be repaid! And to my angels Vince and James at BOULEVARD TRIES your kindness and understanding will always be paid forward as well! Got my van fixed there. Also had $ 5000 worth of tools stolen out of my van while it was in their possession. They also have had a car stolen out of there lot in the past week. Do not leave your vehicle overnight.

I hit a divider at night HARD. Called them same day and they offered to look at it first. Tire wasn't safe, nor was the wheel. They explained everything without being condescending or rude because I'm a woman. I happened to come at the right time and even shared some egg rolls with the team. They searched far and wide for my proper wheel and even made sure the other rim was fine. They made me feel welcome despite it being such a stressful time. Daughter is going to school and works at KU Med. She needed a new set of tires (quickly) but her schedule was very tight. I called Josh first thing in the morning and they made arrangements with her to get her car in the shop within the hour and had it back to her by noon the same day we called. Josh recommended and quoted me tire prices over the phone, and he met my budget and safety concerns. I would highly recommend them for honest services. I am in the customer service business myself and understand great service. Boulevard Tire took it from providing good service to a great experience……it’s the experience that is what separates good service providers from great service providers.

This may be the most friendly/cheerful company in Kansas City. I enjoy using them as a vendor, because they take such great care of us! I called them late in the day yesterday for a tire replacement. One of my tires had a gouge taken out of it from the driver (not me) hitting a curb. Eric said, "Bring it in, I will take care of it." I was like, "You don't even know what tires I have!" He said, "It doesn't matter, I can get the tire you need." The next morning at 9am he had the exact matching tire in and put it on for me. 5-star service for sure!

Edit: I'm not sure what happened, but the prices here went up a bunch and the repair service expertise seems to have dropped. I have dropped this place as my go-to repair shop. This place is one of those honest repair shops you always hope for. Great prices, hard workers, non-condescending, and kind. My window was stuck rolled-down and they called shops and salvage yards to replace the part - to no avail. They still rolled it up and only charged me for about an hour of time - not bad. They've also been honest with me when I brought in the car with a flat. Turns out that it wasn't flat, the tire valve stem had come loose. They tightened it and filled the tire - didnt charge me a thing. I can continue with examples because I always bring my car here now; they never fail to meet expectations of honesty and quality.

Great service, friendly staff, and great prices! After being recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try. I live north of Liberty and it was a little drive. Now I am glad I made the trip! It was well worth the drive. I plan on bringing all my vehicles here for all my automotive needs. Update: I had a leak when I brought it in and they showed me I had a leaky valve cover. I had them fix it. A few days later I noticed the car was still leaking so I brought in back. They immediately brought it in and took a look at it. They found out, and showed me, the leak was from the radiator that I recently had another shop install (before I knew about these guys). They said it needed some Teflon and tightening and even though the leak wasn't from their mistakes, they got me fixed up on the spot. And didn't even charge me for someone else's mistake! What other shop would do that?? Thanks Boulevard Tires and Service! Go see these guys, it will be well worth your time!

Great customer service no matter how busy they are, they will get to you. I take a lot of different vans and trucks here for tire maintenance and also tire purchases. I also use their mechanic service for everything from a weird sound to an entire transmission rebuild. I take personal, family, friends, and work vehicles here and have used Blvd Tires for many years with nothing negative to say. Price always seem fair to me. They will even hook you up with some free air in your tires if that's all you need. Highly recommend going to see Blake at Boulevard Tires for all your car, truck, and van service needs.

Went there 2 Times. First time I went and got a oil change but found out after checking it that they didn't change it. 2nd time. I was told to go get brake pads and after picking them up one of the mechanics said I didn't need them, then I had to take it back. The workers also seems a bit shady and the owner never cared to return any calls. Would not recommend.

I came in, last minute style, for an oil change. Guys were very accommodating, got the rig right in and taken care of. Place was a tad messy, perhaps new construction/remodel. Waiting area was adequate, with coffee! Service price was fair. Guys were also knowledge when chatting about a potential oil pressure issue. I've not officially worked as an auto tech for 7 years now. Still remember a couple things though, and was glad they didnt BS me when I had basic questions. I'd be ok with letting them work on my car again. Thanks guys.

I was told by somewhere else that my tire couldn't be patched because the nail was too close to the sidewall. I decided to take it here and they told me that wasn't true and patched it right up. They saved me from not having to spend $ on a new tire! Very honest and will be using them in the future!

He even helped me out when he wasn't working in the shop. He is a VERY knowledgeable mechanic. He diagnosed the problem accurately. I will never take my car to anyone else to have work done. I never rate any places but this one is a must!! If I can give them 10 Stars I would. Wonderful Service!! The best auto and repair service I've ever experienced!! Very Professional Shop! The guy at the front desk is very curtious knowledgeable and professional answers all calls within the first 3 rings.. And very handsome might i add I dropped my car off at 8 :30 am. Even though they were busy all morning the cute guy at the front was very informative and attentive.. they were able to finish within 4 hours. I wasnt able to pick my car up before they closed so they stayed after 30 mins til i was able to pick up.. **Look no further, this is the best shop in town.**

I have been using this place for about 18 months and they have to be the most honest shop in town, on more than one occasion they have had a chance to run the bill up on me but have fixed only what needed fixing. Their head mechanic is outstanding and has been able to figure out what is wrong faster than any place I have been to before. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Very good pricing. Friendly and funny manager on duty. That was a big plus. Took 2.5 hours for oil change with transmission fluid change. Pretty sure that’s way too long! Very overcrowded and couldn’t find a spot in the parking lot. Sounds like that is a constant issue but not a major problem I guess.

I came to this store because of the good ratings but my case I got ripped off spent almost $400.00 for bad rotator and pads once I left the stores brakes squeaking first he told it's normal then called again they greased the brakes came so many times same thing he said that brakes have been changed but the squeaking is still until I just dont want to deal with them again I won't deny the friendless but I want a good brakes what I paid my money for I hope this will help others. Any reviews that indicate these guys aren't honest and trustworthy are patently false, and should be disregarded. I've been going to these guys for 10+ yrs, and have never had any issues whatsoever with them. Eric and all the other guys have never been anything but polite, informative, and I've never seen them try to up-sell anything not needed.

May 2 I discovered a bolt in my brand new truck tire (grrr). Found Boulevard Tire via a google search - and it's close to my office and has great reviews. I'm not typically a review guy - but the service was awesome. Went in (no appointment) at 8am on May 3rd. Said they would fix it and have me on my way in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later - I'm out the door! Great experience and I'll be back for ALL of my service.

Sob helped me out. I went there with wheels and tires to be put on. The tires were too big. Sob said to get another size. I did and they fit perfectly. This place even squeezed me in on same day to get wheels and tires put on.

Great Place to repair any kind of issue with your car, I have merc c300 2011 model. 6 month back my car check engine light came on and car AC was not blowing the cool air..as I am not car expert so went to different places and all gave me different quotes,For ac and for check engine light ( basically has thermostat error code) the quotes was very HIGH Price from all other shops. Last week unfortunately my car left tier burst so went to Boulevard Tires & Service to repair the tier so changed all four tiers( 4 wheel drive) and told him about AC & check engine light issue. The team at Boulevard Tires & Service is “Excellent” immediately the figure it out and said AC has low pressure and thermostat issue comes because of that so they fixed it in very cheap price. Now onwards my car’s new repair shop is only Boulevard Tires & Service…I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to any car repair. Eric at Front Desk is super guy, He and His team tell you the truth. No lies ! 5/5 from end.

We were visiting KC from Canada when a protruding construction barrier slashed through our tire. We had to get the tire repaired the same day. After calling a few places, Boulevard Tire was the one that fit us in. The service was prompt and courteous. Prices were reasonable. We left with a very good impression of KC based on this experience.

These guys were great! My schedule is tight and this being a holiday weekend made it worse I called alot of shops was not impressed with the tone of voice I heard in the background with a few of the places I called, boulevard told me to bring my truck right down, got it right in! Were thorough and great priced above all didn't try to sell me repairs that were not needed and found a repair that was, definitely will be back in the future!

First, I am going to start this will be a long review because I need y'all to know how amazing the people are here! With that being said, my knowledge of cars is very limited. I often refer to objects as "the thing" or by the noise it makes. My first encounter with this shop happened after I had a flat tire. I was referred to this shop under the impression that they had used tires. When I went Eric informed me that he no longer carries used tires. So I decided to just get a new tire. I was also in need of an oil change and he told me to come back and that I did not need an appointment. I was pleased! My next encounter was when I went to get my oil changed. I was just there to spend money on that nothing more nothing less. Then the mechanic came in and asked me to come look at my other tire. As stated above I know very little about cars and he took the time to explain to me why riding a tire with the thread showing is not safe at all. He recommended that I get a new tire. I was so happy he told me because the results could have been real bad. My last encounter was recently. My car was simply not starting I literally had to jump my car every time to get it to start. Apparently there was corrosion on my terminals. After I had explained the situation to Eric he patiently explained what everything meant and that I needed new terminals. He asked me to come back in the morning because I arrived maybe 20 minutes before they close and that he would take care of it. Fast forward the car was fixed by my lunch break and he did not charge me a dime. I have never had luck with shops and I hate going to them, but this place is very customer orientated and they really take care of their people. He always refers to us as a family, and I do feel like I am a part of a family with the way I am treated. I would most definitely give my highest recommendation to Boulevard Tires & Services. Reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle to another shop to get my brakes fixed. After 4 months, I still had the same issues. The staff here did a thorough job and found out the real issue. I have taken all of our vehicles here for service. I have referred friends and family here as well.
