I was really impressed with the management. I had taken a car there that I was thinking about buying and they looked at it to make sure the wheel alignment on the rear axle was okay for me free of charge. They told me that it was the axle that was bent. The dealership trying to sell the car was telling me that it was just a wheel well bad was repaired incorrectly after a rear end collision. Having Bosley look at it saved me thousands of dollars from buying a faulty car. Thank you!

I went to look at the free tire day, and to be honest, the free tires would be better off thrown it in the trash. None of them really looked good enough to put on a car, and you really couldn't find any in full sets. Otherwise, the people there are very friendly.

So impressed with this place. I first felt at home to walk up to the door and see "Reason for the season is Jesus Christ". Immedialty I knew I was where I should be. They had the lower price on the tires I wanted after shopping around by phone. Didn't wait long. And had Tv's and Christian books and magazines to read. But also had nice conversation with other patrons that also seemed happy to be there doing business, most I talked to were repeat customers.

Purchased 4 cooper tires. two developed "bubbles" on the side wall after less than 12,000 miles so I had to purchase 2 new tires. Bosley & Cooper refused to honor the warranty. I will NEVER purchase another tire from them. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. If I could rate less than one star I would.

When their worker was pulling our RV out of the bay, he hit the yellow guard post and continued on for almost the entire length of vehicle plus the awning hit the side of the bay doorway. They told us they would take care of everything. Since then, they treat us like we are trying to rip them off and are an inconvenience. We bought the RV to live in while we house hunt out of state and our first trip was from the dealer to Bosley's. We passed other tire shops because Bosley's is purportedly a Christian based business. I am hurt and betrayed by their lack of integrity. They are a "Christian" company that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk

I was there last month for 4 tires with mounting and balancing. I had questions about the invoice. The next day I went in to discuss the issue. The guy (I think it was Les) talked right past me to my husband. When I asked about how I misunderstood the invoice, he told me that they invoice millions of dollars and can't accommodate one person. I will not be going back and spend anywhere from 1000 to 1500 dollars a year.

I wanted a different set of rims for my truck. Don said he had a set in his other location. He was going to call me to let me know if he did not. I returned after an hour and he had not looked at them and they we not even close to what he said he had for me. I called back 2 days later and he did not even check on getting the right ones. So,,, he was going to make some calls and call me back 2 days later. It has been another 2 weeks and still no call. I guess if you are a Bosley and cannot deliver or do what you say you will do,,, you just ignore the customer. No problem, his brother will be okay with this, his actions and lack of customer service.

I went to the town west location and they were fast and friendly. Beat Sam’s Club by $70 on the set of 4 tires. I called them after a trip to Denver, roughly 5 weeks after purchasing the tires to mention a vibration I was feeling and they brought my vehicle right in and determined one of the tires had an issue and replaced it right then. No hassle, no issues.

When you say your gonna do an alignment and keep somebody's truck overnight and NOT do the alignment, that's a problem......especially when an hour after letting them know the alignment wasn't done you call back and say you can't do it because your all booked up......not cool

Messed up my tire pressure monitors and refused to help solve the problem at all. Tried to blame everyone but themselves. Randy had terrible customer service from the very first second I came in contact with him. Called the cops on me because I wanted them to fix what they did. Spent a lot of money on rims and tires. Got the tires that they recommended and after having them after three months i had a blowout on one of the tires on the side wall. When i talked to them on the phone they said they would warranty it and give me a new tire. When i get down there two days later (bc of Thanksgiving) they said there was nothing they could do for me and i would have to pay full price. Luckily there was a guy in there with the exact same problem with the exact same tire so they offered to take half off. The other customer was going to see family by the tire factory and wanted to take his tire with him to talk to them ab it it and bosley said if he did that they wouldnt give him half off which tells me bosley is going to send the tires back to get their money back and still charge us. I (and the business i work for) wont be using bosleys anymore and i dont recomend going there.

On 9/28/18 I bought some new rims from the bosley east store.Today 3/11/19, I had to pay 100 more dollars for a new rim,to replace the rim with the chome peeling off,i was told the rim company had closed and thats all they coud do..Not satisfied, Not happy,at all.

NO STARS!! I will NEVER return to Bosleys again. I purchased 4 new tires and asked them to set 2 of my old tires aside for me to keep. They never called me back to let me know when they were finished with my car. So i ended up having to pick up my car the next day. As a result of this, they failed to set aside my old tires. When i called to notify them of this after picking up my car, they had me come back up to the shop only to tell me they had to find them. It took them 3 business days and 3 more broken call back promises for them to find SOME tires that were not even mine. When i questioned the condition of the tires (they were trying to pass off as mine) they told me "to take them or leave them." They refused to listen to any of my concerns. The staff's and owner's methods of dealing with me went from ignoring me to telling me they were not going to do anything for me and asking me to leave. WOW WHAT A GREAT WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO JUST SPENT OVER $600 WITH YOU!!! The owners and staff have absolutely no respect or appreciation for their customers. Do you really want to risk this (or worse) happening to you?? Take my advice and find a different tire shop!!!

Checked prices of all Google listed tire stores and found the best deal at Bosley's. Called and talked to Jesse who confirmed the deal. When we arrived he remembered our call and reconfirmed the deal. We were told it would be about an hour but it only took less than 45 minutes. Nice tires and the truck drives SO MUCH BETTER. If you need the best deal on good tires call and talk to Jesse. Best deal in town.

I took my Range Rover Sport Supercharged to Ray at Bosley and he sold me a set of 4 Falcon tires and had an me do a 4 wheel alignment. After they were done my car road like a dream all for around $800 total. They where very fast and did not try to up sell me to something I did not need. PERFECT!

If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. I bought brand new tires from here and when I left my Lincoln was shaking terribly. I called them and brought it back 5 times and each time they told me it was good to go and it was not. Finally, I took it to another tire place where I had to pay to have the tires balanced for the 6th time and they told me there was a bad tire. Bosley told me it had to be a bent rim and they did not want to replace the tire. They wrote in my file that I was a trouble maker. If they had done their job right the first time, I would have never had to come back 6 times. Customer service is terrible. Never going back

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE This company is definitely not Christian oriented. They have no sense of what good customer service consists of. Please do yourself a favor and find a different tire shop. If you choose not to take my advice and encounter any issues (which more than likely you will) be prepared for the staff and owners to look down and ignore you or act like they are on the phone so they don't have to deal with you. They will also taunt and threaten you until you get fed up and leave. They will take no responsibility for their mistakes. The owners do not take on a role of a manager so if you do have a bad experience and request to escalate to management all you will get in return are laughs, no resolution. I have reported them to the BBB.

I called to get a set of tires in a hurry since one of my 10 year old tires took a nail through the sidewall. Figured I should replace them all and started researching tires for my car online. Most places had no stock in the special sizes required for my sports car. I called Bosley’s after seeing TV ads for them. Fernando immediately suggested alternative lower priced tires that were in stock. They turned out to be a highly rated tire from a company I wasn’t familiar with. My car does not have a spare tire since it is a convertible so I filled the tire with air and got to Bosley’s at Town West before it deflated. They took the car right in and we’re done in about an hour. Great prices and service! Thank You!

Awesome customer service! We have a 1939 Resto/Mod I wanted as much wheel and tire under it that I could get. Rick suggested I bring it in to measure, as we were limited on width clearance on the rear fenders. When wheels came in we again came in for a "fitting" to get the widest, meatiest tire we could get under those fenderwells. The end result was a perfect fit for the wheels and tires to compliment the uniqueness of our '39 Pontiac known as "Big N Loud". Thanks a million Rick, and all the fine employees of Bosleys Tire & Wheels!!! I would highly recommend them for the time and effort they put in to finding the perfect fit!

Went in looking for new rims. I wanted exact replacements. The salesman said he had an exact fit and I got them. I noticed a couple days later that my tires were getting marked up. I paid more attention the next day and realized my tires were hitting my fenders everytime I hit a bump. Turns out there were not the exact size rim. Offset made them stick out further. I called in and they said they would look at them. I went in and was told to just slow down over bumps and I'll be fine. That's right. I was told to slow down. I took my car into another shop to have it looked at and they told me the best thing to do was get the rims off my car. I called back again and told the salesman the damage the rims were causing to my car and he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me in a day or two. A week goes by and I have to call him back but the salesman was off that day so I told my story to another salesman and he gave me the same bs story about talking to his manager. At this point the damage is done. I have scarred tires and my fenders are damaged all around. What a joke of a business. You guys got me this time but it will never happen again. I have already convinced one person to take their business elsewhere and will continue to do so as long as I'm alive. I will update with how much it costs to fix my car once I have enough money. I've already been quoted over a grand but that's an initial quote. Dont give this place your business. I get it they are cheap and have a big inventory but there are other places in town at the same price level and conduct business in a much more ethical way.

This place started out with good intentions years ago, it used to be Family & Christian based, now they are all greedy dimwits who put the almighty dollar over Customer Service, Humanity & Quality. I called to price tires, I was given a price. I called around & they were about the same as most, figured I'd go there even though my last experience left lots to be desired. The kid on the phone tells me a price, I'm like wow, that's more than I was quoted previously, he said he could knock off $5 per tire to match the price I was told before, I was like great, just out of curiosity I have a Military Discount card, he said yes you can use that but if you use that then we have to charge you $65 MORE per tire..... I was like? So having military discount costs MORE? cuz even with the discount it's well above the quoted price? He said they had to do it that way, I'm like okay so I guess I'll take the regular Joe price, I can handle that. Then he says he was giving me the wholesale price initially that's why it was such a good deal, but to me why are you offering me a wholesale price but with military discount becomes invalid & in fact would cost me more? It all sounds way to sketchy & shady, I'll NEVER use this place again. Between the last visit & this, they have lost all credibility with me. Maybe all those rumblings are true about that Bosley family & how they've turned is true, but hey........ atleast they are happy.

I went there like normal and i bought my second full set of tires for my RT and within 2 months the backs was completely bald. They sold me faulty tires. My third trip there "MISTAKE" I took my truck to an actual shop and my truck tire needed a new valve stem. I stood by the bay door and asked if i could watch them fix my tire and he pulled the overhead door down in my face and walked off. When i went to pay, it was a ridiculous amount and i questioned it. They tried charging me for a plug in multiple places, valve stem and refused to show me the NAILS in my tire. Once i called them on their bs, i walked out paying a couple of dollars. I will never use this CHRISTIAN BASED COMPANY again. I will NEVER recommend them. We are local business owners and whould never be shady like this place. Word of mouth is everything, so after back to back incidents, we as a multi- business owners in this community, we can't handle being scammed.

So had to buy those and when I finally left, $1500 later, I drove 10 minutes away and my new tire, on a new rim went flat. I called them for help and they could of cared less. Hi everyone I Bought rims, tires ($1,300.00) I was told I was getting a stud (missing) installed for free in my deal and a free alignment inspection check (free) and they forgot both. I had to follow up the next day to see if I could get them done and they said sure come up and we'll do it. I made it clear the day of the installation that I was driving from Hutch. I'm very disappointed in the way they talked to me after the sale, didn't follow through with the promises and the fact that I had to return for them to make the wrong right. I never went back I had Walmart do it for $10.00. Bosley's promise was disappointing but I Love my Rims and Tires. If they promise something Make sure it gets done first then pay or sign for your financing.

They were very quick to get us in and get us to pay, but as far as giving us what we paid for? NOPE. We decided to have the alignment checked there because they said it was free with 4 tire purchase, but when it came time to do the check/ alignment they sent this really rude guy in to yell at us and give us our keys and he said all angry like "im not messing with it I'm not doing the alignment" which in my opinion was not only rude but unacceptable. They raced my car all crazy around the parking lot. The "new" tires they put on? didnt look new at all. They didnt have nipples, they had just put them on my car and had rocks and things stuck in the tread, and the tires themselves were dusty/ dirty with multi-colored skid marks and just looked used and gross. like I said their "buy 4 tires get a free alignment inspection" is bogus. The service sucked. Go for a smaller company. Even walmart does a better job. Boselys, you disrepected my grandfather and completely disappointed me.

Purchased new tires (over $1,100 worth) to be mounted on brand new matte black wheels... I was worried about finding a legit shop to mount tires because I was afraid to have my wheels scratched. Well I was told time and time again that they can mount them no problem and not to worry. After numerous times expressing my concern I agreed to let them do the work. Well my fault, I just took a quick glance while there before loading. I loaded them personally into my vehicle (i wanted to do it myself to make sure they didn't get slung in there). Once I was home I got to looking on the lip and could see plain as day scuff marks on 2 wheels. I called up there and never got a return call, I figured it was to late anyways since I had left the shop and was already 1 hour away back in Ark City. Well the more research I did in them, the more cases I found about poor quality service so I wasn't the only one. I will not go back to bosleys nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Do good research on reviews etc before "just going somewhere."

Over at I was satisfied with the service at valley. It was somewhat busy when I went in for a full alignment and camber modification on my car. There was a little bit of a wait but with a large waiting area that had a television and vending machines as well as magazines to read the wait was definitely tolerable. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and services, answered all of my questions, have me a price quote and began servicing my vehicle in. Very timely manner. The cost of a 4 wheel alignment was only a little above the other shops in town and took only roughly 40 minutes to complete. I only have two complaints about the entire experience. The first is the price I paid for a " camber Mod ". As I'm sure most layman would, I assumed that a camber modification would be a fair amount of work to complete but came to find out that it required only the insertion of a couple of different sized bolts and was charged $65 dollars. If I had known it was that simple a task, I would have done that part myself and saved myself a chunk of change. Secondly, a couple of days after having the repairs done at bosley I was reading over my receipt for the work when I noticed at the bottom in fine print that it said " alignment not warrantied due to customer installed parts. " I was not told at the time of the repairs that customer installed parts would cause them not to warranty a service but I do understand why it would void such warranty where safety is concerned. I do however take issue with the fact that I was not told ahead of time and the fact that I there were in fact no customer installed parts on my vehicle. I had told the salesman that both front hub assemblies had beebeen replaced but I did not tell him that I personally had done the work and think that'it sucks that the salesman would make such an assumption and not ask specifically if I had done the work given the fact that it would void any warranties that bosley would otherwise given me. It has only been a month or so since having my car alaligned and the car is now pulling quite a bit to the right and making all kinds of loud noises between 35 and 65 mph and I will now have to pay for a front end alignment for the vehicle when I should be able to just take it back to ballet but due to the assumptions of a salesman I cannot. Needless to say, unfortunately I will not be back to bosley.

I called up there and asked if they would be able to mount my brand new rims to the new tires I bought WITHOUT messing up the finish. I told them I bought the rims directly from the manufacturer and that they came powder coated or painted, but I wasn't sure which. I was assured that their machine would not damage the finish, whatever it was. When I went up there, I once again asked if they were sure their machine wouldn't damage the finish and was assured it wouldn't. I personally loaded them into my car and the finish was chipped and scuffed up around the center on all 4 wheels. Won't be going back there again.

Very fast service for how busy they were. Make sure to get your total price before you have your vehicle worked on. I agreed to a price of about $540 with tax for four new tires. I ended up paying a little over $100 more then the said price when they were done.

I went in for the Michelin tire special and the store was busy. The salesman was real with me and told me it would likely take two hours. It was nice to know it would take a while so I could find another ride while the work was getting done. They also had wifi so I was able to play on my phone while I was waiting for someone to come pick me up.

Decent pricing but I am quite upset with my experience. I went in today to get tires. I am only getting tires. Ok, rims would be nice to have on the car too... I've never bought rims before. Yeah, guy, I like those rims. This is the conversation that took about an hour or more. That's fine, I expected to spend some time as it is my first time buying rims and I need to know all of my options price wise. We settled on a particular rim after all of that deliberation. I was told the work would be done in an hour and a half. I advised the shop that I was leaving and they assured me that that would call. Over 2 hours later, no call. I go up to the shop and learn that they do not have the rims in stock we just spent so much time selecting. Noone called and let me know, anything. I am very dissatisfied. I was offered the exact type of rim I said I didn't want, but now at the lower price that my selected rim was. Thanks for offering me something u know I don't like. The kid helping me was nice enough and was eager to please, that's why the firat star is awarded. I am supposed to receive a follow up call next week when they get more of those rims in. I spent around 5 hours now on this experience and did not even get anything accomplished. It was a waste of my time which is quite valuable to me. It is extremely unlikely that I do business here again, I guess that will depend on how they plan to compensate me for my time spent, the unnecessary inconvenience to the person that picked me up and dropped me back off, and the overall frustration.
