Driving from Saint Paul to St. Louis with my 90-year old in-laws and the car tire monitor flashed. I stopped at after the shop was closed but the man was wonderful. He checked all four tires, added a bit more to one and set us off with peace of mind - all just being kind. If we lived near I would use this shop with every confidence.

I sent an email to the company wanting to discuss one of their vehicles and they ignored me. I had cash and was ready to purchase the car. They didn't ever get back to me. Maybe you shouldn't ignore potential customers. Especially someone who is ready to buy. Very poor customer service.

We bought our 2nd new vehicle here. We shopped around and at other dealers, I felt I had to shower when we left. One had to tell us how honest they were which is a red flag. I am very analytical and have to research and put pencil to paper before buying. Here there is no high pressure sales tactics. Dan helped us both times and this time he had to find the exact vehicle we wanted and trade another dealer. I feel the deal was fair and trade in value was fair. My wife loves her new car. They make the experience very easy.
