WAS LOOKING FOR A HELMET FOR A 4000 MILE TRIP. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE LIKE MOST PLACES. NORMALLY THEY SAY WHAT WE HAVE IS IT. NOT AT ROOSTER'S. THEY ORDERED IN A FEW DIFFERENT SIZES FOR ME TO TRY AND FIND THE RIGHT ONE. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
Going to Sturgis in 2006 had a problem with my transmission. Stopped in and they got it fixed in less time than it was supposed to take. the service manager even got it processed on my extended warranty so it only cost me a $50 deductible instead of the original $350 plus on the estimate.
They had what I needed, and even loaned me a tool to install it.

The absolute best purchasing experience we have had! Cars included! Cory took great care of us while purchasing our new 17 Street Glide, he was there with us every step of the way. We came back and bought new mufflers, parts guys were awesome. Have had the first service done already and that was great too! All around great dealership!

Went in to buy legal DOT helmet and the sales girl wanted me to buy a brand new leather jacket (very nice) to replace the one I was wearing which by the way I had explained to her that MY jacket was already brook in since I've had it for 27 years. You can't buy or replace jackets 100% HAND CRAFTED IN AMERICA BY AMERICANS. Thanks but no sale on new jacket but still bought a new helmet. What can I say, she was hot!!

RipOff Roosters Harley .It’s a long review but it explains the one star. Went there to buy a set of plug wires for my sportster and was told they would have to special order the shorter one for the front jug. It’s an older bike and my first Harley so I didn’t think nothing of it. Went back a week later when ( I called them back )and found out it’s been there for three days. The parts guy handed me an identical plug wire, same part number and everything, matching the rear wire. ... the rear wire is 12” ish long the front is supposed to be 5”ish . That’s the big deal. Any way I told the guy I didn’t want it and he told me no refund it was special order. We argued about the matching part numbers. Him insisting there different me showing him there the same. Literally holding up the one he had on hand the week before... After leaving with my wire that was way to long still I called another Harley store . Dillion Brothers in Fremont. They new exactly what two DIFFERENT wires I needed for my bike. Had several different options. I went screaming eagle of course. mailed them two me and even bought the special order one roosters claimed couldn’t be returned from me. Since then I’ve taken my bike to Dillion brothers in Fremont Nebraska . Spent 3600.00on a brand new set of 1200 jugs with new cams and one hell of a carb. I just drove all the way to Omaha today just to shop there big store and spent another 680.00. They had my entire bike overhauled and back to me in the time it took rooster to forget to get me a plug wire then lie to my face about it being special order and steal my money and forever loose my business. Over a $12.00 set of plug wires. I m just glad I found out why their called RipOff Roosters with the 12.00 purchase not the 3600.00 overhaul.

Great customer service at Roosters
On 08/11/2019 ( Sunday) returning from Sturgis, SD to our home in Vermont, we broke on I -90 around Murdo, SD. The shift linkage broke and the 2 closest dealers were closed or about to be by the time we would have been able to arrive. We managed to do a temporary fix, on the side of the interstate and again 2 more times so we could make it to our hotel in South Sioux City, NE over 4 hours away, since had discovered that Rooster's was a mere 3 miles away from our booked hotel and this dealer unlike many other dealers actually had Monday hours. We were not anticipating getting an appointment to have the bike fixed and were prepared for a disappointment. However, when calling Rooster's promptly at 8:30 A.M. when there service department opened, we were pleasantly surprised! The told us they had the part in stock, told us to come right in and said if we could not make there they offered to come and get us. When we arrived, they took us as soon as we drove up and they had the part out and ready to install. In a matter of less than 30 minutes from arrival we were ready to roll. We can't say enough about all of the crew at Rooster's! Genuine care, hospitality and professionalism. We will never forget them and wish the were in Vermont !!!

Went to roosters to trade in my 1950 Pan Head for a 2001 Electra Glide. Traveled 3 and a half hour's to get there. Told the salesmen I had $ 12,000 invested in the Pan Head motor had a complete rebuild. They were asking $ 6,995 for the Electra Glide. Took the Pan Head out of truck fired it up . Then they had the nerve to tell me they wanted to make a deal. Wasn't a deal it was an insult my Pan Head and $ 2,500 for the Electra Glide what a joke. Just want to say to you guy's from Roosters I hope you treat other people better.

I think Rooster’s is awesome for their service! Katlin is great to work with, and is extremely honest. He looks for the best deal and will also consult you about the quantity and quality of what would work best on your bike if you ask him. I found out it is kind of an “open door” policy in the service department, and they have always been there to meet my needs, at least for me that is. They also do it up right!
I was treated poorly the first time I was there and it's worth going to the other dealerships for a good price on a bike. I was mistreated very badly by my male and female staff.

I have never been to this place. My dealings with them were strictly over the phone. With that said, they were extremely helpful with assisting me with my purchase. They estimate the shipping cost and said that even if it was more, they would stick to the price quoted to me. Ride free.

I went to look at helmets and I brought my 2 sons with me. My son was holding a helmet as I was looking at some while I waited for an associate to assist me with with a purchase. One of the associates (middle aged guy) come by and ask I was going to ask him about helmets, he begins to get after me in regards to my son holding a helmet, telling me that I would have to buy that helmet if there was as little as a scratch on it. I was very much put off by this guy's attitude in regards to this. A female associate came by and assisted me for a bit after this, but at that point I had no intention of buying from this business. I'll take the info I learned and buy from a place that is more family friendly.

Took my bike in to get fixed after I had gotten rear ended on it and it came back better than what I expected and everything I wanted to do to it they made sure it worked.
Was on a trip and had a problem with the exhaust on my ultra classic. Looked up this dealer on the Web and it was the closest one to me. The website said they close at 4:00 and we show up at 2:58, walk in, and are immediately told 'we are closed, we close at 3:00'. I asked if I could please get some help, we are a long way from home, about 500 miles. I'm told 'NO, I have no one that can help everyone has left'. I told him the Web site said they are open till 4:00, he tells me Google is messed up! Anyway, while I'm looking to see how to get back on hwy 29, I see 5 more employees walk out of the store! I would have bought a whole new exhaust at this point, which is 400+, but did not get the time of day with them. I will never step foot back in that dealership! And if that is how Harley Davidson wants their customers treated I will go with another brand on my next purchase! Between me and my buddy we had over 50,000 in Harley Davidson bikes and parts sitting in their parking lot. And couldn't even get 5min of their time to see what my problem was or if they could help!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Had my rear bearing go out on hwy12, Sat night of Labor Day. Towed it there that night, unfortunately no key drop box, but I hid the key, they were closed Sun. and Monday of Day. They called me first thing Tuesday morning, told me they'd get it in and call me. They called me Wed morning and said they had it fixed, and my Extended Service Package paid for it! I didn't even know I had a ESP that was still good. I'm from Omaha and would definitely recommend them.
