bought a truck here was happy with that experience. took the truck back 6 months later for a check engine light. they charged me 200$ to replace 1 spark plug. took it to my local repair shop and they changed the other 7 and that only cost 120$. so for my next vehicle i'll be going elsewhere

Broke my key off my key fob, obviously I needed a new one. Called Keast, they had it in, fixed with an unplanned oil change by the following day. People working explained everything to me and were just awesome! I've found my new to go car place!

My daughter has a Ford Focus. She had a problem with it and the local dealer, Keast Ford, Harlan, IA picked it up and fixed it. When they were returning the vehicle to her it was not running correctly. They took it back to their shop, kept it for three weeks because they could not figure out what was wrong with it. When it was finally repaired, they presented her with a bill for $1700.00. $350.00 in parts and 90 hours of labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the vehicle so they charged her labor every time they had to call Ford Motor Company to get advice about what they could possibly do to fix her vehicle. $1700.00 to replace a switch and a panel! PAYING for 90 hours of labor for them to make phone calls because they are too incompetent to know what is wrong with the vehicle. Now you know why I go through their lot to look at vehicles, but go someplace else to purchase, and why my six business and two personal vehicles go someplace else to get fixed. I would not recommend Keast Motors to anyone. I have also told everyone about my daughters experience. Keast service does not know what they are doing, going there will just cost you more than any other place.

Buying experience was good. However, I live a long ways away. I asked Brandon Brink the sales manager to send me photos of any dents or dings on the pickup. His reply was “No dings on the truck to speak of. It all looks pretty good.” When we got the there to purchase the truck is was in the detailing area so there wasn’t a lot of room to look at it. After buying it we got home and noticed a very large dent in the bumper. I contacted him and he was able to send me a check for that damage. Brandon has since ultimately made everything right. Thank you Keast Auto.

Rick Schaben gave me a no hassle fair deal on a used vehicle. He doesn't use the usual car salesman gimmicks and doesn't pressure you either. The deal was better than I could find in Council Bluffs.

Awful service with even worse business ethics. The only reason I'm giving it a star is because you can't review it giving it zero stars. The front desk lady's are awful people and have no customer service ability. They also won't handle any complaints. They just shrug you off. Absolutely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for any reason.

I'll start this by saying that I'm a younger guy, so I'm used to being treated poorly at car dealerships. But I have never had such terrible service at a dealership in my life. I got treated better at the BMW dealer in Omaha while wearing ratty clothes with my tattoos exposed. It took 45 minutes of waiting to even get acknowledged. And when I asked to look at a car, I was basically lead to every cheap, crappy car on the lot. I finally ended up being able to drive a 16,000 dollar Buick and ended up buying it because of the deal I was able to get on it. And when I drove off the lot it was 2000 miles overdue for an oil change and had less than an eighth of a tank of fuel. The car is the only thing I can say anything positive about. Whoever does the detailing for this dealership is amazing. The ladies at the parts counter are incredibly nice and the service department exceeds expectations to get you what you need.

you all must be the worst dealership in the us. if you dont have big money or the right name you guys dont put forth any effort to help anyone to purchase a vehicle. we have gone there two or three times have not had one ounce of effort put toward us buying a vehicle,each time have went to the city and gotten one.if i could i would give you a half a star.i wont try to ever do business with you again nor will i recommend anyone else. thanks for nothing.
