I would give ZERO stars if I could, but I have to give at least 1. Terrible experience as they charged me more then they originally quoted me without getting my approval and after the fact said we had to use more expensive parts. Not acceptable in my opinion. Also, the job wasn't even fixed entirely and the vehicle had to be taken to another shop to be fixed. And when the other shop called Deter to have them pay for the mistake, the were unwilling and come to find out they reused some parts they shouldn't have. Extremely Disapointed!

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan that Deter's was able to locate the specific model and color we wanted, with great ease. They got the van to us quickly and very clean I might add. They took the time to show my wife all of the great features of our model, including how to work the remote start, setup our bluetooth phones with the radio, and activated our satellite radio. All in all, would I will do business with Deter's for my future purchases, because getting all the fine details right makes an average experience great!

Very quick and painless purchase when I arrived at the dealership and the salesman was easy to work with but after I got home I found out the vehicle needed a lot of work. I spent over $1500 just on ball joints and tie rod ends some of which were unsafe to drive on. Also spent $300 on fixing stupid mistakes on repairs they had done before I even got the SUV.

Service manager was very helpful in giving us a reference to a local diner for breakfast, instead of waiting at dealership. Salesperson Gearhart was wonderful welcoming us back after breakfast and visited with us regarding our vehicle and how things have been going thus far, and made us very please we did business there. Great improvement over former local dealership, even though it is 40 mins. away from home. Great labor rates and I can trust that the technicians are competent.
