************NEGATIVE STARS*********** One of the tires kept getting low on air so I stopped at tire barn and they told me the tire was defective that it had a bump on the inside of the tire. When I went back a month later to rimtyme to talk about my tire they said that they couldn't do anything about it but yet they say you have a three month warranty told me to call the tire manufacturing company. Not only did they sell me a defensive tire but they also put my tire pressure sencers on the opposite sides. They also said it was safe to drive the car that nothing would happen to the tire, so here I am now on the side of the road waiting for AAA because the tire popped and now I am late for work thank you rimtyme for your crappy warranty and bad service.

As a cash customer trying to get some rims they made up prices and said tomorrow they would have some sets in to fit my car that they wpuld call me they didnt call i then called back and they said they didnt have a price or time to price the rims that day went else where poor customer service when i was in the store they would rather get on the phone than help me out

My husband went in to this business yesterday & there was only one other customer waiting..he waited patiently for someone to acknowledge him & that never happened...There was a male & a female working & neither of them greeted him or asked if he needed help, it was as if he wasn't there...again let me say, they weren't busy...He waited for 15 minutes & finally left...Little do they know he was ready to make a purchase, unfortunately for them some other establishment will get his business.

They gave me a already used flat tire. My tire pressure indicator was never on prior to them putting on the new tires. I kept turning the indicator off. But it kept coming back on. Haven't had the new rims or tires for a week.

They handed me books so i can choose rims and tires, so when i found some i liked it turned out they didn't have them and couldn't order them either since it's a franchisee place. The rims they show online for their website arent even availible to them. I also felt rushed to purchase rims I didn't like so I left and ordered some online at another website that I did like. Don't waste your time!!!

Customer service is terrible at this facility ! Management has no customer service skills and are the most disrespectful people I have ever met! Had my wheels on for two weeks and a center cap fell off when I was driving called to get it replaced and they said it would be 2 months before it would be in but when my boyfriend went in they had the same rim sitting on the floor! Now 3 weeks later another center cap has fallin off called to see about replacing it and they were supposed to call back never did then I called today and some women transferred me to management who cut me off and then handed the phone back to the girl who then hung up on me ! I will be reporting this company to corporate and do not recommend this place to anyone ! This place is being ran by the wrong people !

Good service but expect to wait more than 30 mins on a busy day. Cheapest prices in tires been buying from there for 3 years since I had my 22s.

Installion was ok. Tires had sensors on them and 2 of the sensors were broke once the new rims were replaced and people at the company never put the sensors back on the tires. Also, the original rims were never put back in the vehicle and i had to ask for the rims to be given back. I addressed with management and they apologized for the sensors and refunded some money back to have the sensors replaced.

Was given a quote of $1,900 when I was filling out the application for wheels and tires on my truck. I go to pick them up and all of the sudden the price has changed to $3200 ONLY if paid within 120 days, then after that time period the price goes up drastically. I decided to buy the same wheel and tire set outright online for $1600 shipped to my door. The insurance offered with the wheels is a rip off and only covers up to $1,000 damage to the wheels. Interest was described as "dollar for dollar"...so basically 100% interest rate. This is just all around bad business, that is unless you like to get ripped off by paying double what the rims are actually worth.

Good, helpful, kinda slow, (first time) So I’m not real sure why I came back here for another set, I won’t be from now on, the whole time I tried to figure out what I wanted the helper was on the phone instead of helping and answering questions, wasn’t real sure what I got and what I order (my fault, shoulda went prepared instead needing help) when I called back in I was placed on hold for almost an hour ( stayed on to see just how long it would take) and then was told it was to late, I asked about a price and still waiting for an exact price, told me they would call me back to let me know when my order should be in on another call, and and 2days later no answer it...had no problem taken my down payment to get things started but since then, not very happy....it was the same way the first time after got my money....like i said, not sure why i came back, wish i could cancel my order

They mark up wheels 30% and act like they're doing you a favor and don't think about getting a refund on your deposit because they will lie and say the wheels have been shipped just to charge you a 30% restocking fee!
