Had tire blow out 2 weeks ago on freeway.towed in by wrecker owned by Park tire.Purchased NEW fusion tire.Tire slowly leaked each day.Finally went flat in 8 hours. I left this van at my daughters house so she would have transportation to work and to come home when her car was repaired. She took the van to Walmart in Lafeyette and they said it had to be a used tire. I dont know.Assumed they had put new tire on van.Paid over $200 for tow and tire.Disappointed.We don,t have much money and wife has cancer.Hope Walmart can fix it so my daughter can get home to see her mom. Suggest others to check throughly what is installed on your vehicle before leaving.

This rating is for my initial contact. I was given exactly what i requested and a ride to work after i drop off my vehicle. They als offered to pick me up at a convenient time for me. I was given a total price including disposal and taxes, given the name of the person on the phone ( Chad) and no attempt to up sell. This was my 3 rd call to a tire shop in the area and the only one that answered the phone. When my service is complete i will review again

Driving from Grand Rapids, Mi to Cincinnati, we discovered we had a wobbly tire on our truck, as we were passing thru Greenfield. We were nervous to be driving it and had 2 hrs to go. We stopped at Rileys and were flatly told they would look at it in 2.5 -3 hrs. We found Neals Automotive a few miles away. They were wonderful! They brought the truck in, diagnosed the problem and had us on our way in 45 minutes!! Way to go Neals!!

Horrible Service! The worst I've ever gotten as a woman. The bad part is, not only did they try to take advantage of me as a woman, but they are incompetent! They have NO CLUE what they are doing! 1st experience, my car starts shaking horribly, I go in they tell me of course I need 2 new wheel barrings up front. WRONG, all I needed was a tire. An 80 dollar tire and here I am $600 later. Then I go back 5 mo. later to get an arm bar and an abs break cable fixed. They call and ask if I remembered which abs cable needed fixed, and which arm bar. ??? ISN'T IT IN THEIR RECORDS??? I tell them I'm not sure of the arm bar, but abs cable I'm pretty sure is left front. They fix Right front abs cable. Light is still on, and they hooked it up to the reader of the dashboard. LEFT FRONT ABS CABLE. At this point I'm like Are you kidding me. I ask Jamie why the left front was not looked at/fixed. He said it needed fixed anyway. Funny how last time it was fine. NOTHING was DONE about the money I WASTED here! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER RETURN! I should have learned my lesson. They have no idea how to run a business or how to evaluate/fix cars AT ALL!

Today I got my 1996 gmc sierra back from riley park tire, when I had initially dropped the truck off to them it was in a disasters state and was in desperate need of love. Well riley park tire did just that. They replaced most of my front suspension with the best "moog" suspension parts. The truck did end up getting to spend an extra day up there with the guys after they came back and fixed some drive line links for me which I very much appreciate guys! Point blank they did a terrific job and come highly recommend by me if your looking for a good honest and reliable auto service that cares about not only your car/truck but also you! The guys up there treated me like family got me taken care of and got me and truck back on the road. Well to my knowledge it's one of only a couple possibly in Greenfield where you can get tire work done. I have visited them on a few occasion's. This latest visit will keep me going back. I had a riding lawn tractor and the tire came off the rim. I took it in there expecting them to put the tire back on the rim for me at a fair cost however the guy took the tire back into their garage and came back out about 2 minutes later and did not charge me. There was no flat it just was off the rim. It was good customer service and because of that I will continue to go back.

Riley Park Tire has always done an excellent job with any Tire problem I've ever had. The Toyota Camry has had a slow leak for almost 2 years now neither Toyota dealership could find the problem. It took Riley Tower less than an hour to find the nail in the tire and plug it. It cost me $20 but it was well worth it considering it was 10 degrees today and it took me almost that long to get the tire up to take it up there . I hit an enormous pothole on the Interstate, and limped the car into the nearest rest area. Riley's came up on my search for "tire shop nearest to me" and they not only called the local tow truck for me, but also checked to make sure they had a replacement tire in stock. I was back on the road, from first hitting the pothole, to getting towed, to getting a new tire and leaving, within three hours. They maneuvered me in to their busy schedule, which was much appreciated. There was a comfortable waiting room with wifi. Everyone was very nice, and gave me confidence that I could get to my destination by nightfall. I really thank them for coming to the rescue. My car's SOS service was useless, by the way. They wanted to take me back to a dealership in Indy, and had no tire in stock. Go Riley!

I drive a lot of miles on multiple cars and used to shop around a lot for tires, including various Internet outlets. After finding my best deal at Riley several times I finally learned to start with them. I usually check prices on line, just to keep them honest, but almost always go Riley. They know tires as well as anyone I've dealt with, can get virtually any tire for you at a descent price, and usually have something that meets my needs at a very attractive price. Service can be a little slow, but only because they are always busy. Obviously they have earned the trust of a lot of people.

I have purchased tires here over the years for mostly sports cars, the low profile, high speed rated, extra wide types of tires, and they usually always have them in stock, whereas some other places need to order them. They have been in business in this location for at least 50 years, and many local farmers use them to change out tires on their farm tractors. They also handle semi tires, and all types of other tires. They even have a couple racks of used tires you can buy for a low cost of maybe $15 to 25 on average in case you have a flat and are low of funds to fix it with a new tire. Their prices are about the same or maybe slightly higher than some of the large chain stores in Indy. They are a Goodyear tire dealer and have a great selection of tires to fit anyone's budget. They are located at the east end of Greenfield on Hwy 40.

Tried to set up an appointment to have my work van servixed, they said I didn't need one if I dropped it off first thing in the morning, they'd get it done by the end of the day. I took the entire day off (can't work without it) and dropped it off at 9am, called at 3:40 to see when it would be done and they haven't even started it. They told me it would be done late tomorrow morning. I own my own business, I can't be without my work van for 2 days. Last time they service a vehicle for me, they called me to pick it up and only half the things I asked them to do had been done. I tried to give them a second chance and I got screwed, I won't go back again!

I have had several experiences with Riley Park Tire. My first experience was right after I moved to Greenfield. I had gone to another shop here in town, was charged almost a $1,000 to fix my car, and my car was still acting up. When I took it to Riley Park Tire, I was informed that half the things, including the oil change and new filter, that I had paid for had not been done. Riley Park Tire did the right thing and told me to take my car back to the other shop and demand that they take care of it since I had already paid them and they did not want to take my money for something I had paid elsewhere to have fixed. The guy, Terry or Terrance or something like that (my kids say he looks like Shrek), told me that if the other shop had any questions they could call him and he would take care of it. I couldn't believe it. A shop that didn't want to just take my money even though they could have. Anyway, the other shop took care of the oil change but nothing else so I ended up back at Riley Park Tire. They fixed my car but only charged me for the parts and part of the labor. I was so touched I broke down in tears. Over the past few years my relic of a car has had several issues. Riley Park Tire has always taken care of it. They have come to my house to jump start my car or look at it and there was no additional charge. They have been there several times and helped me when I was in a bad situation. They have always fixed my car and stood behind their work if I believed there was an issue. Their prices have always been fair and they have always dealt honestly with me. As a single mother, their honesty and treatment of me has been invaluable. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone I know. I demand a personal touch from every entity I do business with and Riley Park Tire delivers it.

So far, I've gotten an alignment done and have bought two sets of tires here. I've had great experiences each time where they had my vehicle in and out within a reasonable amount of time and it appears that they do good work. Staff seems pretty honest and straightforward. They have a pretty standard waiting area set up with free wifi and a tv going so no complaints there. They also offer a free shuttle service which is nice buy I've never used it. They don't do anything by appointment so the trick is to come early right before they open if you need to get something done quickly. This is what I've done each time and it's worked out well.

From there tight team, that is accredited that completes the work, to the bright salesmen that analyse your needs an fits those needs too the very best type of tire to exceed those needs an your expectations. They don't stop there, they also make the hardest process of the deal for me quite pleasing. An that is paying for there excellent services an products, they work very hard ensuring you receive product discounts and/or warranties offered by the manufacturers they use. We have done business with Riley Park Tire for nearly 30 years. They are honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. On one occasion my car broke down on the interstate. After calling AAA I called Riley Park and talked to the service manager. He told me from my description what was wrong and advised.me to have it towed to the dealership as he thought there was a recall for the problem. He was right.

While driving from Indianapolis to Greenfield in the rain my car was very floaty on the highway. Initially after arriving I went to the first tire place I could find Monro Tire. On my way into the shop an employee moving a car almost hit me! Once I was inside I described the problem and asked if they could check my tire pressure. The man was borderline rude and definitely condescending telling me I had a monitor in my car. He said it with a smirk like I was some stupid female. I explained that that light had been on since December after having a flat repaired. He said I would have to wait an hour and a half! I was shocked!!! The guy had just been sitting there when I came in. It would have taken 10 minutes!!! I left frustrated and googled for another shop. I ended up at Riley Park Tires. The place was extremely busy, but the service manager Jamie took my car right away. My tires were low so they filled them and attempted to reset my TPMS. Unfortunately there was a problem with my sensor and it couldn't reset it, but he offered to find the problem immediately. Unfortunately I had an appointment, but Jamie gave me his card and said please come back when I have more time and they would help me. He gave me his card, and they charged me nothing!!! I was able to conduct my business in town, and drove back to Indianapolis in the pouring rain safely. No more floating!!! I wish there was a place like this in Indy!!! The customer service was fantastic! Next time I am in Greenfield I will definitely factor in some time to take my car back. I was truly impressed!!!!

I just have to say that my experience at Riley Park Tire today, has been an emotional roller-coaster for me.. but in a GOOD WAY! I have had at least 5 different people and places look at my Jeep, and nobody could give me an answer on where my power steering leak was coming from! First, I had an appointment for when they opened at 7:30am, and I was running behind, as I have a 3 year old disabled child at home. So, I didn't arrive until almost 9am! The reason for my appointment being so early, was so that it could all be done in one day, and not have to go without my vehicle for any amount of time other than today. They signed me in, took my keys, the guys at the front desk were ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL! They did my alignment as I just got 4 brand new tires put on at Walmart.. When my mechanic, Jim, came out to show me the paperwork, and what exactly my Jeep was going to need in order to fix my power steering leak, he was also nothing but KIND, RESPECTFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He had written down the 2 hoses that I needed along with quotes for both of them, and quotes for the 2 hours of labor that it would take to do it, and the fluid that they would need to fill it back up. Along with the alignment being $79.95, my total would've been right around $520 before taxes! I told Jim that I had just had one of the hoses priced at O'Reilly's in New Castle, yesterday, for $55.99, compared to the $155 and some change that it would've been if I had went with Riley's AC/Delco brand.. So, I came inside and asked one of the guys at the front, that if I could get the hoses for a cheaper price from AutoZone here in town, could they just put them on.. And that was no problem! I called AutoZone from Riley, and they priced the hoses, $55.99 for one, and $23.99 for the other. They didn't have the hoses there at the store, but they told me that they could have them there between 12pm and 12:30pm! So, working all of this out with the guys at Riley, they ended up letting my roommate(who had the debit card, that was paying for everything), pay in advance before I left Riley the first time. It ended up being $79.95 for the alignment, and $95 for labor until I could get the right parts back up here! Altogether, he paid $290 and some change, plus the $80 for the hoses at AutoZone, instead of the $520 something that it WOULD HAVE BEEN! And Jim, even called AutoZone, to make sure that they were ordering me the right hoses, as Riley's policy is to charge that $95 for labor until the RIGHT PARTS GET HERE! SO IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE ANYWHERE, AND I SOMEHOW GOT AHOLD OF THE WRONG HOSES, I WOULD'VE HAD TO OWE MORE MONEY, AND LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT UNTIL MY ROOMMATE COULD COME TO PAY THE BALANCE! As I said before, and I told the gentleman who helped me at the front desk, I have a disabled child at home, and I just simply CANNOT BE without my car.. they went ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO IN ORDER TO HELP ME! So, now I just got back up here with the hoses about 45 minutes ago, and when I went in, the guy at the front desk was joking with me about how I accidentally ran off with his pen! It's SO AMAZING to get this kind of customer service! I went in and found my mechanic, and I tried to give him a $20 tip, which yes, I know in the grand scheme of things, ISN'T MUCH.. but I wanted to give him the $20 tip, and also a $20 tip to the gentleman at the front desk, FOR GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY, AND THEY DON'T TAKE TIPS! While I don't understand why certain businesses won't accept tips when their employees do their jobs correctly, and go above and beyond for their customers.. I am so HAPPY that I can at least write this review, so that maybe the management at Riley Park Tire can see it, and somehow, give these gentleman some recognition for the JOB DONE INCREDIBLY WELL TODAY! I will be recommending this business for the rest of my life! I just can't thank these guys enough for putting my mind at ease, KNOWING that I'm putting my child in a car that is RELIABLE! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)
