My experience at Peterman's Tire Center was rather enjoyable just walking in you immediately feel a great welcoming sometimes even hug by no other than the owner himself Mr. Randall Peterman. The employees work extremely well together and fast pace without wasting time. For the pricing of the tires i feel like is a great deal for what i got. As you also enter the lobby area you can see for yourself that this place has been passed down from generation to generation based on the photographs mounted along the walls. overall this establishment is very well maintained. This place has been opened for 40 plus years and let me tell you something, Mr. Randy Peterman knows a lot about his tires, he will be honest with you. When you leave this place you will definitely leave with great services and outstanding customer services. I refuse to go anywhere else than Peterman Tire!!!!

They had me up and driving again in 15 mins after hitting one of those nasty indiana potholes. They put a used tire on but it was like new, better than what was already on the vehicle. The price was unbelieveably reasonable. If you’re ever in a pinch and need a new tire on your car ASAP for the best price, this is your place

My son popped a tire and bent and cracked a rim on potholes. Owner was a nice guy. Changed the tv to cartoons for my daughter and I in the waiting room. He gave my son a good deal on the tire. His co-worker was a bit of a jerk, rushing us out because "they were closing soon and this other guy needs to pull his vehicle into the garage."

These jerks get pushy with their customers and have the audacity to belittle and talk over you for asking a simple question pertaining to how they rotated my tires! DO NOT GO HERE!! These guys couldn't be any more unprofessional I don't care if you have been open over a hundred years. That is not how you treat customers no matter how bad of a day you're having.

Well, I am sure he thought himself funny, but a simple "Sorry Mam, I don't have that tire for you would have been sufficient. But, since I'm a woman let's just make a joke about going down to Church's Chicken, pick him up a two piece white dinner, then round the corner and then I'll see a junk yard to my left. That's where I can find my tire. - Well buddy, I have a 78 Ford F-250, a 72 Ford, a 77 Ford Highboy, a Camry, a VW Bug, a Dodge Ram pick-up, a big box truck, 5 grown kids who all have 2 vehicles each, and I can't tell you how many family and friends who will NOT be using Peterman Tire. Oh yeah...get your own damn chicken you condescending ass. I may not know tires, my husband usually deals with this stuff, but he's home with broken ribs so I had to deal with it and you were not helpful at all.

We got 4 tires from here. A few days after we left one of the tires was completely flat! When we called they said that we must have ran over something, which I know didn't happen. The service while we were there was pleasant, and the other 3 tires seem to be doing okay and it has been a week and a half since we went. You may have better luck than we did, but you never know.

The guy that owns the place is a douche. Sales tires with a "no separation" warranty and when you have one separate less that 2 months later he makes you buy another POS tire. Had another one of his great deals go flat this morning. Your better off driving on the rims than wasting your time or money with this scam artist.
