This is a great tire store. I always take my vehicles there for an oil change or if I'm having any type of mechanical difficulty. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They put new tires on my truck and the tire monitor system did not register one tire. They told me I had to go to the dealer to get it fixed. It was the computer because it registered okay. The dealer gave me the sender and it was broken. They said they must have broken it when they put the tire on. They said it did not happen here. He said he will help me out. When my fuel filters were done he was nowhere to be found and someone else checked me out. They did not know anything about it. As far as I am concerned they do not stand behind there work!!!!!!!

So I went and got an oil change at Walmart but they forgot to reset the check engine oil sign and it came up and scared me, because I thought I would have to spend another 37 dollars but luckily monteith goshen south cleared that sign for free and everyone should get there oil changed there because of quality service!

I had no idea what was happening during the process didnt tell me it could be patched. I wasnt given the choice to get patched or replaced. (I drive from ft. Wayne to milford for work 3 days a wk. 59 miles one way.) Didnt put spare back and secure it. Usually go to another company across town they let u know if it fixable, or needs replaced and sometimes have used but you are given a choice. Same thing happened to lady in front of me and she was very concerned about driving on a patched tire.

Amazing customer service!!!! My Grandmother resides in a Nursing home in Goshen. Her handicap van was towed into Montieth Tire South for repair. I live in Grand Rapids, MI so I called to pay for the services over the phone. I was struggling with how to get the van back to the nursing home when Blake (Montieth assoc.) offered to deliver the van back to the nursing home for free!! Saved me a 2 hour drive and a lot of hassle!!! Great job Blake!! Customer for life!

I went there because Walmart over tightened my cars drain plug, they knew this, they took out the cabin filter, which I told them to put back, then told me I need new back tires, and charged 17 bucks for a drain plug.. Walmart gives them to you when needed

having this very cold weather i was not sure how good my battery was so i called the store on the South Side of Goshen and they said stop out and they will check it. i did and the battery was going bad. they did not have another one in the store but said if i could wait they would get one there and have it in in 30 minutes. i was very surprised they had it in and i was out the door in 20 minutes. I am very pleased this this place and a good place to go for a Oil change or new tires or batteries. The service is very friendly and they remember their customers by name when they come back .

Went in about a minute after my appointment. For alignment tire balance. Didn't need alignment within factory specs like brand new. Just two front tires needed balance. In and out within a half hour those guys did an excellent job and didn't charge for the four wheel alignment just to set up since the alignment was perfect to begin with.
