This Tires belongs to the category of Tire shop.
They were quick and honest
Took my Rim in Looking like a frog got it back looking like a Prince, obviously they take pride in their work! Great experience.
I really like the employees and the service. Always honest and priced competitively.
Since they changed ownership their business practices have suffered.
They helped me out with a flat tire, fast and friendly
Integrity is rare for high quality service. I won't take my car anywhere else.
This was the first time I've ever been to this location and for the service I had done I was very pleased! I had a bent wheel and not only could they fix it, it was repaired that same day! Lot of other places you have to wait a couple of days for your wheel to come back, not here!
Pretty honest and straight forward people from what I could tell from my tone there
I stoped by as my Jetta was overheating. Dan was very helpful and professional about dealing with my issue.
Great customer service, great prices, and great work done to my car.
I love this place! Great people, great service and they will take care of you. Been there several times and I have never been disappointed.
Good luck getting serviced. You call and they tell you walk ins only. Then you walk in and they tell you they are too busy, when there is 1 car in the garage. So if you work a real job, go somewhere else where you can actually schedule an appointment and know you will be serviced. This place sucks. Zero customer service. When I did walk in the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him. This place won't last long.
Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude
Don't bother calling these guys, apparently phone calls are an such inconvenience its okay to be condescending and dismissive to potential customers.
Dan is a straight shooter, and Josh, in the shop, would "take a bullet" for anyone! These guys have a great attitude, and "gladly" handle warranty issues fairly.
I had my battery replaced here a few years ago. Harris Tire and Auto installed an Interstate brand battery with a 5 year warranty, and I paid a lot for it. It just died, and (after a bit of hesitation) Harris Tire and Auto replaced it with a new battery free of charge.
Fixed my flat quickly for a fair price. Would do business again
Never a problem here, they get things right the first time.
great service
The first time I came to get a tire patched - I really am doubtful that they even did the work because the tire still leaks at the same rate. Definitely charged me for the work though! I feel like they took advantage of a young woman unable to verify that they did what they said they did. The second time I came I got my oil changed. My car was fine when I went in, when I left my check engine light was on. I returned immediately to the shop and they opened the car back up. It turns out whoever changed the oil turned a gasket too tightly and it had doubled over on itself, leaking air into the engine. Remarkably terrible work.
Couldn't get what I needed done. Very costly. Otherwise great service
There cool, got a couple of tires cost me a buck and a half. I'm good.. Part 2, I went back and gave them the receipt for two more tires, they give me the wrong tires plus they charge me a "State Tire Disposal Tax"!? I'm not desposing tires!!? That cost more then my Military Discount! No more Harris!
This has been my 'go to' auto shop for the last three years. I've always been happy with my experience there! Highly recommend
They were courteous and reasonably priced. I had two bent rims they were able to fix both. I got the before the store opened and had no issues getting my rims fixed the same day. I was able to pick them up a few hours later. They put them on my car, put my spare back in the trunk where it goes and aired up my tires as requested. I'll definitely be going to them in the future.
Went to get a used tire, so they sold me a bad one that went flat an hour after. Don't think that's a coincidence. Plus it was Saturday noon and they close at 1pm on Saturdays and close on Sundays. So I had to look for other place and to repair it and extra money. At least check your tires before you sell them.
Great service and honest turn around time estimates. Very pleased by AutoZone's(in front of Harris) recommendation of this place. Highly recommended if you need your tires repaired. Prices are fair.
Update: I visited Harris Tire this morning after getting a flat on the tire I was worried about since it was so old. They got me in and out with a new set of tires in less than an hour and a half. Price was competitive, and the service was great. I would recommend to anyone. I haven't been yet, but just called for a price quote and they had the best quote by far. Especially compared to Midas or Firestone. The big corporate places will always screw you.
Nobody wants to spend almost $800 to get their fixed but I was really thankful for the work that got done it was still a fair price. Thank you guys so much for getting my car in and repaired in one day. You are awesome and I will be bringing my cars back for more repairs as needed.
Great service! I hit a pothole and and bent my wheel. One place I went to said it wasn’t fixable. I called before coming here to make sure they had my wheel in stock, since I had been told I’d need to buy a whole new one. The owner was very nice and came out to look at my wheel. He said he would be able to fix it and it would cost less than buying a new one. He quoted me a price and a few hours later I came back to pick up my newly fixed wheel. The price he quoted me was more than I actually ended up paying. He could have charged me the higher price and I never would have known a difference, but he was honest and gave me the correct price. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on for all my car needs.
My rim was obliterated by the Indy potholes. Called over and they had a matching rim, could install it that day, and cost me $300 less than other shops. Will use them again.
Always good service here.
I've been a Harris Tire and Auto customer for a couple of years now. My cars have been in for oil changes, tire replacement, and air conditioning system repairs. I have always received top-notch service at a fair price. Plus, I can feel good about supporting a local business. My only complaint is that I cannot schedule my service visits in advance.
If they give you a written quote, make sure it is crystal clear. My 1st visit was fine. Purchased 4 goodyear eagle rs-a, which they had to order. Great tires, good service, all was good. And then... They told me I needed to replace my front tension struts before I get an alignment. They gave me a written quote on the struts. Quote says "Front Tension Struts" $400. Ok, that is plural, as in Sruts. More than one. I dropped my car off to them the next week to replace the struts and planned on spending around 600 for parts labor and alignment. A few hours later they call me after they have taken my car apart and ask about the amount they quoted me and told me the quote was for ONE strut, not both of them! Ok, the quote says Struts, as in two struts, not one strut. How much is the quote now, I ask? $900+!!! I told them to put my car back together and I will pick it up and they are not going to be doing any service on my car again. They said ok, but called back a few minutes later saying they need to tighten the struts and that will cost $295. At this point I know I have been screwed by them and that I was being cheated but I just wanted my car away from them and so I pay the $295 for them to put back together what they had taken apart. AND when I picked my car up I had a new door ding on the driver side door! My car now handles much worse than it did before taking it to them. My car drifts around on the road and there is play in the steering, which was not there before. Needless to say, I feel mislead, lied to, taken advantage of and cheated.
Definitely quite impolite and short on the phone call but I will go see what they are about and possibly down grade or upgrade the review... We will see.
These guys are great! They were very helpful and knowledgable. Quick service!!
Worst Service Ever! I came into the location because I work next door to this particular location. I was never greeted with a "Hello Good Morning!" I just received a ''What can I help you with?'' and no eye contact. I thought maybe it was just a bad morning for them so I shrugged it off...NOPE! Upon me arriving to the location around 3:15 PM, an older mechanic with gray hair says, "Pickup or Drop off?" I said, "Pickup." He proceeds to take my keys off the rack and when I was ready to put my hand out to get the keys he tosses them on the desk....Other places like jiffy lube, Midas etc will place them in your hand...Not Here...I then place my credit card on the desk awaiting him to tell me the balance and instead he picks up my card and swipes my card without telling me anything....I then asked was my coupon added to the total...he states I Don't Know...Who helped you?....then storms out from the front desk mad for no reason...So the original guy I talked with says, "What is the problem?"..."I simply asked was the coupon I brought in earlier added to my total?" He tried to make me feel stupid by saying that the coupon is for conventional oil only...I said how was I suppose to know that you put synthetic blend in my car?! He then says oh yeah...... I am not the type of person whom would hold grudges at all but I truly can not believe the lack of respect for a new customer. I will never allow my family of friends to go here.
Like half of everyone in town, I had pothole problems. Specifically bent a rim. This shop gave me a fair quote for a job well done and got it done in about a day and a half's time. Prompt phone call once it was done to let me know I could pick it up. They didn't have anyone available to re-mount it for almost an hour, so I had to do that myself. They're running a business and I get that, though the above and beyond service would have been to offer to mount it in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back next time I nail an unforseen pothole at 45mph though; they do quality high-value work.
Fairprice help me out in a jam
Awesome shop here. Full auto service, even fix bent rims
I had a catastrophic failure on my car last week and had it towed here on short notice. They found and repaired the problem quickly, were communicative and pleasant, and charged a reasonable price for the parts and labor. Though I chose to come here out of need, it was a great experience and I will gladly come back here if I need future services.
Reliable, fair priced auto repair. Keep my two old wrecks on the road without breaking my limited bank.
Might be the best trained mechanics in the city. All the staff is very knowledgeable and they do good work. I just had a 100k mile tune up and full size SUV is driving like brand new.
Thank you for your honest and fair price !!!
This place is so great. Dan has helped me the two times I brought my car in and he is definitely the friendly face you want to see on that bad day when when your car breaks down. He is what every mechanic should aspire to be. He speaks to you with respect, not like you're an idiot like a lot of other mechanics do. Also, he is not out to get your money. If he doesn't know what is broke, he isn't going to tell you it needs fixed. He was even willing to level with me on a price. I will forever recommend this place.
The service was great and honest
Good prices. Have load range g tires
Dan and his team do great work. They are straightforward, trustworthy and fairly priced. Only place I trust with my truck.
Outstanding, efficient service. Reasonable prices.
I bent my rim after hitting a pothole. They got my wheel looking like brand new and tire balanced within a few hours. They were so helpful and professional! I will absolutely be coming back for any tire/wheel needs. I highly recommend!!
I didn't rate them a 5 because they didn't have the tire I needed but they did assist me with putting on me spare tire for $25 that seemed a little outrageous to me
Good and prompt service that is appropriately priced.
I was really happy with the service I received. My only complaint was the initial interaction with them. I made an appointment online but when I got there they did not have record of it. I had the verification email. I wasn't going to push the issue but it was annoying having to give them all the informarion a second time. Price was great, service was great, friendly service.
Did a really good job, when I called they were polite they answered all my questions and I was able to get In and out for a bent rim and got a really nice deal on a nice used tire. Don’t know who helped but it was a older guy with glasses (sorry guys)but he was very professional. Thanks guys!
Wonderful great do a good job
