Cash only. Rolled in at about 3:30pm. Had one donut for a flat and another with a slow leak. No waiting. Dude repaired both tires and remounted them for $14. In and out in 20 minutes. Discount Tire would have been a two hour wait and $24 per tire. Don't let the looks of Eastside Tire fool you. Solid place. I will go back for all my tire needs.

I actually just got home from this place and I had to hop on here and share my experience. I desperately needed new tires. I called Tire Barn to inquire about the cheapest new tires they had. They quoted me $200 and I could be in and out. $200 was the max I could swing at the moment and I knew it would be hard to find 4 tires for this price but they assured me that they would beat anyone's prices. I went in and of course, the waiting room was packed and I wondered how long this would really take and after looking at my car they quoted me at $500 something. I told them that was way over budget and what I was quoted on the phone. Then it went down to $450, then to $350, then finally to $270. I told them I just couldn't do it and said I'll have to find some used tires somewhere. I remembered my boss telling me about this place on the Eastside and I asked him again about it. He sent over the info and I called them up. I don't think I grabbed the gentleman's name that helped me (shame on me) but he was so helpful and said he could get me in right away. I got there, he showed me a great set of used tires in my budget and got them on within only a couple pages of the book I was reading. Not only that, he educated me on what happened to my tires in the short time I had owned them. He also told me to expect I may need a balancing (which I do and that's affordable there as well). He also took the old tires away for $2 apiece which was great too! I was so happy driving home with a smooth ride and not having to worry about my tires. I'm so grateful I was told about this place and will 100% be back for any tire needs. As a female, sometimes you wonder if you are being taken advantage of with prices in this area, but I'm so happy with the quality and price of these used tires; I feel like I was not lied to in any way. Thank you so much!

Great guy and great service. This guy actually cares for his customers. I could actually have a conversation instead of being told, " Go ahead and have a seat in the lobby, I'll call you in when it's ready." Best experience I've had at an auto repair type of place. This place is great, saved me yesterday. I was in Indy on business, drove from Chicago. At end of work day when I am ready to drive back home to Chicago, discover my tire is flat. I put the space saver spare on there but not going to be able to drive 3.5 hours home on the "donut" tire. It's 4:30 pm and most tire/auto repair shops close at 6pm. After getting rejected for same day service at Midas and Firestone, I call East Side. He's got a used tire for a very low price which would just serve to get me home to Chicago where I can shop for a new tire on my own terms. Service was ultra quick and efficient and price was more than reasonable. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend Eastside Tire & Wheel !

Great place. Got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Happened to pass by it after going to midas 30 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn’t balance my tires. This place did what they did faster and closes later than any other tire place around the area.

BAD.! I RIDE A SCOOTER I HAD A BLOW OUT. I HAD A WHEEL AND TIRE BUT WANTED IT PUT ON MY RIM SO I PUSHED IT TO EASTSIDE TIRE AND WHEEL... ONLY TO BE TOLD NO WE CAN NOT TAKE THE WHEEL OFF FOR YOU WE CAN NOT WORK ON THEM...OK..SO I DECIDE TO LEAVE AS IM LEAVING THEY COME OUT.. IT IS SNOWY AND COLD.. I ASKED FOR A USE OF THEYR IMPACT, NO THE BOSS SAID.. BUT THAT THEY COULD SWAP TIRES AFTER I HAD BOTH OFF... YAY!! SO I STARTED TO TAKE MY OWN WHEEL OFF.. ONLY TO BE TOLD TO LEAVE .. I WOULD NOT TAKE ANY ONE HERE I PUSHED MY SCOOTER HOME AND SAWPED TIRES MYSELF BY HAND THANKS RUDE JERKS WHO REFUSE TO HELP A NEEDY SOUL ON A COLD DAY ..

They claim to be opened at 9 am. Was there at 9 am and no one was there. Waited 15 mins for someone to show up and open the shop and finally got tired of waiting and went some where else. Not a good way to do business. They just lost a customer.

Great service. They got me in right away, found two nails in my tire, and patched it up for only $12. Cash only, but there is an ATM in walking distance. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. I will be coming back here for any future issues with my tires.
