These reviews have to be fabricated. The customer service is terrible. I asked for air pressure check on two different occasions and they won't even use the air pressure gauge to make sure you have the right psi. I had to tell them. Left me with loose lug nuts which caused me to loose one. One employee's people skills are horrible and it shows he really doesn't care. Management takes employee side I guess because it's cheap help. I will never spend my hard earned money in that place again. And after reading their feedback it's proof to me that they will say anything to make this place sound good. Absolutely disregarding everything I said. Maybe now there will be some corrective measures to change the employee bad servicing habits.

I'm sitting here needing tires and they have helped and put tires on at least 3 other cars who pulled up way after me...this place is ghetto and this is why I have a super hard time supporting black folks and black businesses...I have to work and everything not considerate oe me as a customer or my time. If you like getting used tires from a place that STEALS them from other tire shops, then this is the place to go. One of their guys got popped out here in our county for stealing tires they were taking back to sell to the public. Wouldn't trust these guys as far as I could throw them... Dishonest work and shop and would rather commit crimes to get tires.. Have a great day.

Even though this place may not be in the best area they takecare of you. Generally most tire places close at 5-6pm this place is open until about 7-8 have reasonable prices and can get you on and out relatively quick. This is not the place for foreign cars though they generally don't carry the tires needed for those cars. Other then that they do good business.

Took my vehicle to Firestone to have a flat fixed and they said they couldn't fix it and wanted to srll me 2 new tires. I then brought my vehicle to Capital and they took the tire off and found the issue really quick. Capital was able to patch it really quick and had me back on the road. Service is usually very good however, today an attempt to take advantage of me happened and it was not appreciated. One of the technicians pulled a small screw out of his pocket and stuck it in my tire to make me pay for a repair when I only pulled in to get air in the tire. Ladies be aware and watch for unnecessary charges. I pulled the screw out of the tire and complained to the acting manager on site who didn't particularly care. I tipped the person who assisted and seemed to care about customer service.
