Edit: reduced to 1 star after they left my BMW not correctly reassembled then when I did the repair myself and pointed out the warranty sparks plugs blew due to ignition coils not being seated correctly they said I had to pay full parts and labor to replace. Bad business practices. sadly for them I did the $1200 repair myself in under an hour for $400 and I got shiny new tools! I usually do my own repairs, but it was a really hot week. My parents suggested Best-One, who they have used for years. The staff was knowledgeable and polite and I got my truck back on the road in no time. Anything i can't or won't repair on my vehicle is all theirs from now on!

Needed tires for a Prius, which has an odd size. They had them in stock in several brands. Made recommendations as to which fit my needs better. Offered a competitive price. They checked alignment for free, and found it needed one. Offered a coupon for a small discount for this, which was nice. The only negatives were; they were very busy, AND they were renovating half of their bays, so was a little hectic, and parking was limited with the extra axtivity. Assume this is only a temporary situation . Was during the week of 2-4-2019 . They also do not sweep or clean the vehicle as a complementary service. Fortunately we were able to leave the vehicle to be worked on, and picked it up the next day. Car handles very well after service, and the tires appear to be good. Will see how they perform over time.

Such a big fan of this place!! I first discovered them Several years ago when I hit a pothole on Zionsville Road and they were simply the closest place to fix my flat. It was the best flat tire I ever had, haha. The guys who work here, particularly Ron, are awesome and very trustworthy. Recently, a friend of mine unexpectedly lost her husband. Of course, right after, her car began experiencing issues. And of course, he was always the one who handled car issues. I was happy to hear this was the shop they had used, as well. Once I got there, Paul was great getting me checked in and recommending a place for lunch while I waited. In and out pretty quick and a far better price (by $55-120) than two other places I contacted for quotes on 4 new General Altimax tires with alignment. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very helpful and friendly service. We had our Yukon Denali XL in to be serviced for a faulty tire sensor and a tire valve steam that was leaking air. I dropped the truck off the evening before and the crew at Best-One had it finished early the next morning. We had other issues with the truck that they could not address but gave me a lot of information and help on how to fix the issues and where to take the truck for those issues. Very good service at Best-One on W. 86th street!

Had to return the next morning after had tires installed, lug nuts were not properly torqued. Brandon came out and properly torque the lug nuts. Cosmetic wheel skins were not attached properly per the instructions that were left with the vehicle. Parts that attach the wheel skins to the wheel were left off and one of the attachments nuts was found on the mechanics work bench that Brandon found.

Tom and the team at Best One Indy on 86th St. were amazing! Tom helped me find a great looking set of 20’s, at an awesome price. Mounted and balanced included obviously, everyone does that. But, instead of trying to sell me new TPMS and charging me to program them, he moved my originals over as part of the process. And checked the alignment for free. Tom followed up with me to make sure I knew I needed a thin walled socket for the new lugs. He mentioned often times they’re included with the new wheels, however he didn’t see any with mine. When I went to put one of the extra Allen wrenches in the glove box, I saw that someone from his shop had already placed an Allen wrench and thin walled socket in there for me! Recommended to me by a shop I trust in Brownsburg, it was the first time I’ve used Best One and you can believe I’ll be coming back. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Give the a chance to make you a believer as well!

Best One was able to install a battery that met my warranty on my Subaru and beat the Subaru Dealership by 20.00 dollars and included a 25 .00 rebate from Napa and Napa is coast to coast which is better than the dealers. They were able to get me in and out the door in 15 minutes and save me a little cash with the peace of mind of using a NAPA product. I will return for snow tires later this fall

They did a great job. Had my Ford’s oil changed and some diagnostic work on the battery and other electrical systems. My vehicle is 2000 Ford Explorer. They have no problem working on this older vehicle. I am very happy with their prices as well.

I received early notification that there may be a delay due to excessively rusted rear rotors. All work was completed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The guys at Best-One are seriously amazing. I was on a roadtrip in Indianapolis, 400 miles from home and I hit a pothole and blew a tire. The staff at Best-One couldn't have been more helpful. The tire I needed was at a different store. They called and had it rushed in and when it got there they literally rushed to mount it up. They were really busy, but they made time to come out to the parking lot with a floor jack and put it on so I wouldn't have to. Finding service like this is rare, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks again! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any wheel or tire needs.
