Needed new tires fast. Found this place and looked up tires. They had some in stock. Made an appointment and got a call a couple hours later confirming that appointment. Met with Taylor and discussed everything and got my car in quick. Sadly it took awhile but still had great service! Very clean and very professional! My car was ready and Taylor was helping a customer so Thomas called me over. He was very nice! Also Myrone seemed like a nice guy as well. I would definitely go back to get new tires. Sadly I do my own oil change and stuff like that so can't say anything about that. Good pricing here, great discounts (signed up for their text alerts and got $30 off my first purchase so that helped). Also if you are a first responder and military you get 10% off. Very nice place and I hope it continues to be that! Need tires? Belle Tire is the place to go!

I found a screw in my tire after having lost 20 pounds of pressure. Walked in to the store, was greeted promptly, and everyone was wonderful. After taking down my info, I asked how much and how long the repair would take. When I was told it would only take about an hour and it was cost me nothing for the flat tire repair, this shop made a long term customer. As busy as they were (mostly full garage and half full parking lot), they still got me in and out efficiently. Thanks again, Belle Tire.

Taylor got me in quickly when I called about getting tires installed that I bought from Walmart down the road. The Walmart tire and lube workers recommended them. They preformed the service well and in good time. They also found some damage to my car that I have been trying to locate for some time. Even other shops could not find this damage that Belle Tire did with their underbody inspection (which is free!) Very grateful for Taylor, Belle Tire and the entire team.

Made an appointment online, which was very easy. Showed up on time and was greeted promptly and checked in. Everything was nice and clean. The only downside was that i had called previously to check how long it would be for 2 tires and an alignment. They told me it would be done in an hour with an appointment. I waited 3 hours for my car. Everyone was very nice, but it took forever.

Went in to get tires and a alignment done on my dodge ram and was told that they couldn't do the alignment because my rack and pinion was leaking and that I was also in need of a ball joint and inner tie rod on the passenger side front and due to those parts being bad the truck would not keep the alignment if they was to do it without replacing those parts. They quoted me $905 to do the work and then an additional $85 for the alignment. I declined the work and left without the alignment. Decided to take my truck for a second opinion so I went to tire man. I told tire man what belle tire said was wrong with my truck and they said they would take a look. Half hour later my truck has an alignment and I'm on my way home. Tire man says nothing is wrong with your ball joint or tie rod and your rack and pinion is not leaking. I dont like being lied to and something told me that I should get a second opinion. After spending $1500 dollars for tires on my wife's car and my truck at this location I'm left with nice tires and a smooth ride but a super sour taste from the way I almost got an additional $1000 worth of work done that was not needed. I wont be back to belle tire, Tire Man will now get my all my business

those Guys working there are incompetent what happen shortly is I bought A car and went there asking for full inspection and , they checked it , said it needs work worth 885 $ and nothing with safety, I went back to my home , next day went to the belle tire sore next to me in secor rd and did the whole repairs mentioned in the report of the other belle titre store , the guy got a test drive and said every thing is beautiful , it was 5 min before store close but when i'm driving I hear a lot of noise coming with bumps , went back today , and they asked for 1086 $ for sway bars , chaissis and shocks this drive me crazy when I asked the guy here why in the other store didn't tell that in their inspection he said I don know I'm not working , I'm a medical student and if they told me that it need all that from the beginning I wouldn't fix any. but I did a complait report waiting for what will happen

I have taken 2 vehicles here. The first vehicle I took in five times before they finally decided to align my front wheels every other time they told me the front end needed about 1500 dollars in repairs. The second car I took there for an alignment they looked at it for literally 2 minutes after I just put 800 dollars of front suspension work into the car and came out and told me that it was all done incorrectly and needed redone. They also said my tranmission was leaking which I literally checked all fluids before driving in there and all was fine once they drive it out my front tranmission coolant lines are broke in half. Never going to belle tire again.

I found the front desk astonishingly unhelpful. despite having my vehicle present they refused to look for the factory origional tire size currently on my vehicleis. they insisted in looking on a computer system and getting a tire size 1" larger than my wheel. I will definitely be returning to Belle Tire for future services. I needed a rim for my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I called on a Saturday and spoke with someone about ordering it. They said I would have to call back on Monday for pricing and to order it. When I called on Monday, they got me the pricing, ordered the rim, and called me back that same afternoon when it came in. I went in that evening to get it put on. They even put the donut tire back where it was suppose to go, along with all of the other tools I had spread out in my trunk. Had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I went in this morning w/o an appointment to have a tire replaced and mounted. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It took less than 30 minutes to complete and they even went the extra mile and put the service spare back in it's spot. This is the first time that I've used Belle Tire, but it won't be the last. Thank you guys and gal. 12/07/2017 Went in this afternoon to replace another bad tire. As the crew was performing the replacement they discovered a dangerous situation with yet another tire, saving me from a possible highway speed blowout. These guys are on top of their game. The only other recommendation I could make is..... don't buy even supposed new tires on Craigslist. So far 3 of the 5 tires bought have failed. Costing more time and money than if I had simply bought a new set from the guys at Belle Tire. THANKS FOR PULLING MY BUTT OUT OF ANOTHER MESS Gentlemen and Lady. Merry Christmas. One other great big PLUS at Belle Tire is their free air hose. Just select whatever pressure you need and "get'er'done". Save your quarters.

The managers at this store do an excellent job of servicing your vehicle. I was not made aware of an extra charge for freedom insurance on my vehicle when I purchased and had mounted 2 new tires. Once I was aware of the charge after the purchase they were willing to refund what I paid for the insurance that I didn't need since I will be selling my vehicle soon. Overall a good experience. My trunk was a bit messy and the workers could not find my hubcap in it, so I had to put my hubcap on myself. There service is quick and thorough.

Customer service was great. Unsure about prices, I'm not knowledgeable in this matter. I'm clearly an idiot in regards to car stuff, but they didn't treat me like one. The only reason why this is 3 stars, instead of 5, is due to the wait. They said it was tops 2 hours, and it took almost 3 hours. I also made an appointment, yet, I sat there for 2 hours and 15-20 minutes before they even brought my car in to work on. So I'm unsure what the definition of appointment/reservation is now days, but I feel like when I make one, my car should be worked on around that time (Give or take a reasonable amount of time), not nearly 2 1/2 hours later. If you can't get to my car until 7:30, then tell me 7:30, I'm okay with this. Don't make me sit around wasting my time for nearly 3 hours.

I had an opportunity to view many different automotive and tire service shops in my time. This place is clean....the employees are professional and courteous. From the moment I walked into the business I was taken back by how they communicated with each other and they all seemed to be working towards a team goal. I came in for them to mount a LARGE RV tire on a rim for me. The price included mount and balance for $18. I had told them that I could come back and pick it up tomorrow but they insisted I would have it completed in 20 mintues and they were BUSY. I waited and as he had promised my tire was done and back in the bed of my truck. I will be back anytime I need a service they offer....so far best place I have been hands down for service. Do not go here!!! Overpriced beyond what should be normal. $71 regular cost for a synthetic oil change - with an introductory coupon it would be $52. Normally to do self it would be about $40. They say they have 10 bays and can get things done quick. Would have been "an hour and some change". Rear shocks I was quoted $230. If you don't how to take 4 bolts and put back you can do it for $70. Doubling this price maybe be ok, but no way is $230 ok.

I've been here for a new set of tires, two of them kept loosing air. 800$ in tires and they go flat! Today I've come back because of a car issue and they cant even look at my car! I've been sitting here since 4PM. No longer a happy customer! The one time I actually needed you guys, you totally failed me. My tow truck is on the way so we can go to a real mechanic.

I absolutely LOVE this place! All of the staff that I have come in contact with have always known what they are talking about, and have never tried to upsell me. I was in there the first day they opened the new location on the Westside of Indianapolis, and needless to say it was a madhouse. However oh, I had made an appointment and they were waiting for me and I got a good set of tires for a reasonable price. I then got a new car in April oh, and it needed an alignment. Again, I took the car in to be aligned. When I went to pick the car up I was told their computer system was down and they would get in touch with me regarding payment. I never received a call, and forgot about it. 3 days later I ran into the paperwork and realized I had not paid, I called them to pay the bill, they thanked me profusely and gave me a discount for being honest I guess. I didn't expect it I just wanted to pay my bill. Will go back again, as a matter of fact, I am due for an oil change and will be calling them.

I have found THE place for my auto service needs. When things go wrong is when successful businesses really have an opportunity to truly "wow" their clients. The options I was offered and not try to sell you things that you don't need. It took them probably an hour to get everything ready. I was just driving by the Tire store when I decided to have a professional look at my tires. I drive rideshare so have put 52,000 miles on my car in a year. I anticipated needing all 4 tires but after Anthony checked them he said I only needed the 2 front tires. That’s when I noticed my front right headlight was out, so he told me to go on in to the waiting room and he would pull my vehicle in for an inspection. I needed an oil change anyways so I got a new headlight, an oil change and the tires rotated for just a bit more than what it usually cost me just for an oil change! The best part was I was in and out in under an hour’ ! Anthony said he would take care of me and he did a great job, the entire staff was great!

These people are fantastic. They broke a bolt on my rust bucket trying to do my alignment after installing new tires. They bought me a new part and installed it at no charge. I only went here because I could drive to the one in Oregon. I always go to belle tire and have never had an issue with estimate or decent pricing. They charge alot more for labor then the store in Oregon and they refuse to a rough estimate over the phone.. I'm not asking for the exact amount I want to know the average. Customer service here is poor. I will only go here if it is emergency but if I can make it to Oregon that is the place to go.

I had to edit my original review that I gave them five stars for, unfortunately my second visit wasn't as good. The staff are very friendly, but I don't feel they are very knowledgeable. I even called their headquarters about the issue I was having with them, and they weren't any help either. I most likely won't be going back. I'll have to find a tire store that knows what they are talking about.

I scheduled an 11 am appt. and was there promptly at 11. I was getting 4 new tires. I was told at the desk it would be 1 1/2 hrs. - my confirmation e-mail had said 1 hour. It ended up being 3 hours! No explanation as to why. I was apologized to but still . 3 hrs.! I should have gone elsewhere.

Had a tire that was loosing air, but I could not find any nails, screws, or etc. Took it to Belle Tire in Perrysburg for repair. (I buy all my tires from Belle). They determined that the the leak was at the eight year old rim. They removed the tire from the rim, cleaned up the oxidation, applied sealer, remounted and balanced the tire. No charge. Thank you Belle!

I have done business here in the past and have been satisfied, but I will no longer visit belle for any service. I went into the store for a quick oil change, there were 4 employees behind the desk and a couple open bays. I was told it would be a hour to hour and a half till they could get to it. I was in a hurry that day so i asked if i could set up an appointment for the following day. I was told that they don't do appointments in case they have walk-ins. well I was a walk-in and they had the people and the bays to do an oil change. I was piss so i left and went down the road to another place and got an oil change in less than 10 minutes. Belle will never see me again after being turned away for a 10-15 minute job. Also I attempted to submit a review on the company's website and it didn't take it. that could be an error on my end with my internet connection but it could also be that i wasn't giving them a good review.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can't repeat it enough do not go here if you value your time and money. They claimed to fix the issue but it was very apparent that they didn't as the vehicle was driven away. Had to take the vehicle to another shop that had to fix it "again". When they were contacted they were rude and unprofessional. The other shop stated the work was not done correctly or at all in part of the case.

After Indiana's pothole season left me with a internal puncture I needed a new tire! My goal was to get the same exact tire to match the others tread and after searching for a place that would do that a friend told me about Belle Tire and she gave them all the info on the tire and they put an order in the morning and it was installed the same afternoon within about 30 minutes! 2019 Hotrod Power tour

Huge thanks to these guys ! I was on the Hotrod power tour this week. Somehow I lost all the tread on my tires in just a few days ????? Weird?....Called them up and they got me a set the same day. They fit me in and installed them the next morning and worked hard to get me back on the tour asap. All very polite and very professional. Even took extra precautions to not scratch my wheels. What a fabulous staff! Never have I had or seen such wonderful customer service! Drove my ailing vehicle in near closing time, and the staff was so accommodating. They said they would look at it first thing in the morning and they did. They diagnosed the problems due to unbalanced tires. They balanced them at no cost. The manager Amy Jo was so friendly and knowledgeable. If I did not live 4 hours away, this would be the only place I’d go. Do yourself a favor Perrysburg and surrounding areas, give this business a try.

My wife needed an oil change that took 2 hours when they initially said it would take 45 minutes. They also damaged a metal covering underneath the car, didn't bolt it on right, and lost 2 of the bolts. Didn't alert her of this which caused it to fall off as we were driving. Safe to say never coming back.

Didn't check valve stems or do any of the "Tire installation package" I paid for. Had to get another place to do them since they were leaking and they refused to. Front desk staff very rude when car picked up would not stop talking over the person trying to help me. Did not show me the alignment check.

I use to work ar this belle tire but sadly i don't any more i got moved to an other location thats closer to home joe the Mechanic did my Rear main seal on my truck and got my windshield replaced and all the employs are nice i will miss working there but will go back if my cars have any problems thanks belle tire

Got my tires here recently, I made my appointment and was on time. As time went on it was close to closing time and I was told they couldn't do my alignment because my ball joints were bad. Guess what there NOT, they just didn't want to complete the job. But did tell me I could come back to have ball joints fixed if I made another appointment. Needless to say I won't be back here for any service. I'm sure there not all like this place, but steer clear of this place unless you really like to waste money.

Went in for tire rotation, and asked for a price for front brakes...they quoted $145 higher than what I had just been quoted a week earlier from another source. I told Jeff, Thanks, but you're substantially higher than a recent quote. So he went back and spoke with the installer, who said they had quoted a brake line flush also. He dropped that off the quote, and ended up being cheaper than the other estimate. My brakes were in bad shape, pulsating, etc, so I said Let's do it, as I didn't want them to get any worse. The difference was immediate, and totally satisfying. I have dealt with this location for close to 20 years, and although there has been an occurrence or two where I wasn't completely satisfied with a price or particular service done, overall, they have never given me a reason to NOT go back there.

Do not go here. I went here once and it is the only time I will go.. They were very unprofessional and they scratched my rims, ruined my lug nuts, crossthreaded 2 of my studs and tried selling me stuff that I do not need. I was very disappointed. Went there yesterday because my car was riding on a prayer and a spare. The tires i had selected on line where not in stock. I didn't have enough money for the next least expensive tires but they made it happen. Mounted me up with some new tires and reduced the price for me. I was in and out of there in less then an hour. They was not going to have me leave without new tires and my ride is a lot safer now. Thank you Belle Tires and a guy named Jeff there.

Iv only had the 1 visit but my experience was: They had my hard to find tires that I had to order every other place, in stock. The day of my appointment they called me and apologized for bothering me. And said they had a better tire than what I wanted at a better price. :-0 Seriously you can bother me any time. Stopped in without an appointment. First ever visit to any Belle Tire. I was helped right away, even though they were relatively busy. Jeff was very detailed with answers to my questions and gave me the out-the-door price. That was very helpful in deciding which tires to buy. The quoted price was exactly what I paid, nothing more. I was told it would take between an hour and a half and 2 hours. I was out of there in under an hour. I felt my time was valuable to them, and that was much appreciated. There is other work they pointed out on my car that needed attention as a courtesy, but I didn't feel pressured to get it done. I was offered a fair price on the repairs and was even offered a discount on the work. Top notch "guys" you have working there! And now, I have a "guy" at Belle Tire! Thank you!

Be warned that their warehouse is in Michigan and it takes them 2 or 3 days to get tires from it. I needed a tire replaced before a road trip and they could not do it because of the delay. I believe Tireman and Michael Tire have local warehouses and from now on I will be buying my tires from them.

Just horrible service! First they lied and said the oil cap was off and the car was spewing oil, even though it had been driven there from Holland and the oil cap was on when it arrived to Belle Tire. Secondly, they had the car for 24 hours and did absolutely nothing to it and they tried to charge almost $80! Take your car to Midas because this store is a joke!
