Decent place. 1hr & 1/2 to live load 53ft,& I was 45min behind on appt. Dropped trailer went to grab lunch , came back shortly after i was ready to roll.

Bought a set of tires that were supposed to have a rebate included. Had them installed, mailed in the invoice, details from vendor and receipt the same day. Received a first email saying a rebate will be sent, then a second email saying the rebate was pending because they need proof of purchase. Seems as if they probably send those notices to everybody in hopes their customers will just forget about the rebate and they won't have to pay it out. For help, they ask you to call during their business hours (no phone number provided on email). There is a link that says "Need help?", however, when you click it it pulls up a new screen and email address. When you try to send an email, it bounces back. Thinking this is the first and last time I purchase Falken Tires.
