Diepholz service department quoted me a repair price that was over $1,000.00. At that price, I decided to get a 2nd opinion from my local mechanic. As it turns out, the part that Diepholz said needed replaced had nothing wrong with it. Replacing it would have been unnecessary and a waste of time and money. I am now thankful I wasn't completely ripped off. Won't be back!

I still owed on my old car and the amount was more than the car was worth, due to the fact that I drive ALOT. No one else would help me get a new car. I purchased a used SUV from Diepholz in August 2016. My experience during the purchase was awesome. They were kind and honest and gave me a good deal. Since then, I have had my SUV serviced there and have had a few repairs. The people in their service department are amazing! They are very kind and accommodating. Being a night shifter, I called when they had my vehicle one morning and asked if I could return after sleeping during the day at 3:30 p.m. They waited and called precisely at 3:30 p.m. to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had an appointment at 8 for an oil change. The car was taken to the back immediately, but I didn't get out of there until 9:15. After paying and leaving, smoke started coming from the engine compartment and filled the car. I called the dealership and told them the issue, and I also said I would be back shortly. Upon arrival, they knew the issue, which was caused by spilled oil. Within 5 minutes, they had it cleaned up, and no further issues occurred.

Wisely, I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out it was just a faulty sensor. Fixed it for $45. I can't believe they would try to take advantage of me like that. I will have to say I normally do not having to buy cars. You spend most of your day in the dealership just sitting. However the experience I had with this dealer was amazing. My salesman Marcus Carter went above and beyond what I have ever experienced.
