Got 4 new tires yesterday. Wow!! The service was amazing. My appointment was for 10am. I was a little early, they took me right in anyway. (I would have waited, I'm always early). I've never been in any shop as clean, fast and friendly as custom tires.( Well only one other) I got an amazing price on my copper tires. Great conversation too upon paying. Matter of fact we were talking so much I almost forgot to pay him eventhough I had it in my hand. Got a price for my daughters tires too while I was there. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Jim is not pushing you into something you don't want or need, he tells you exactly what your tire is good for etc. He'll reccommend a tire, but the bottom line, it's your choice. I respect that, I went with his recommendations. Got a better tire for less money. Thanks James. I will be back!!

Best tires at great prices; staff is helpful. Their shop isn't polished liked the chain stores but the value is top-shelf. Family owned business that has put tires on our RV, luxury sports car, SUV, and economy commuting vehicles. Highest recommendation over the chain stores I used to use.

Found these guys in a pinch while travelling. They only do tire sales, mount and balance, but their customer service is where they shine. Jim, Jim Jr. and the rest of the staff of very knowledgeable professionals in business since the '70s. Honesty is a feather in their cap, as they directed me to a top rated shop in the vicinity to have an alignment performed. Very grateful.

I have been a customer of custom tire for over 20 yrs. the service is excellent Jim Sr. and Jim Jr. go the extra mile literally when my truck or trailer get a flat they are on the road to me usually have me back on the road in less than an hr. If I am to far away they find me the closest to my location and is most times billed through custom tire their prices are very competitive I know I shop and if its a little higher the service and convenience out way the few dollar difference wouldn't change a thing
