I really like F&F, however, I did have one bad experience. I needed a few hydraulic hoses with female fitting ends. So, I called the Montgomery F&F and specifically asked if they had what I needed. After being told, "yes, we have these hoses with female firtings" i then drove the 50+ miles. When I arrived, I found they only had hydraulic hoses with male ends. I then spoke to the same person who I spoke to on the phone and she said "sorry about that."

My husband and I brought our 6 month old puppy in with us. Staff member came over to see her. Very helpful, she pointed out where to find the items on my list. They have a great selection of nuts and bagged candy. Good prices on pet collars and toe nail clippers. Better than a pet store. There are many items that you just can't get anywhere else. I would recommend Farm & Fleet to anyone looking for good products, good prices, friendly people.

This store is huge which is nice...But then again maybe too big with way to much stuff that seems so random. I came here to do a return and didnt have the receipt. After waiting minutes to finally be helped (no there wasnt a line) the young lady told me that I would get back the lowest price for the item since I didn't have the receipt? What the heck! I said okay, and luckily it wasn't on sale so I got most my money back. We then decided to look around but had trouble finding pet stuff and no one decided to stop and ask us for help. Once we found what we wanted we went to checkout, which the two young ladies never stopped their conversation to help us, which then I couldnt wait to get out of there. Its just sad when you go into any business, to give them business and they cant even give good customer service. Maybe next time!

I did a lot of Christmas shopping at farm and fleet. I got presents for my son who's Is harder shop for. Found some accessories for his truck that were really good and priced very competitively. I also got presents for the little ones for like a 3 and 5 year old they love them. There candy and nuts selection is 2nd to none wish you go to the factory. I've been shopping at farm and fleet for many years and will continue to do so.

Well i like the store i even had bought tires at there shop and they installed them but when i was driving one of the wheels almost fell off had it checked elsewhere they told me they did not tighten the wheel nuts and bad accident could of happened of course I went back spoke to the garage manager and he even offered to pay for the cost of the damage I paid for it so I told him kno thank u but I had wanted him to kno what if that was his wife with his children in the car it could of been worse I just wanted him to kno of it so that he can look into the people that are working there he was polite and apologized and said he will take care of the matter but all in all I like Blains farm and fleet .They just have to check and double check their work to cars trust me I was scared my friends told me I should of had them pay at that time that was not my concern I just wanted them to realize the seriousness of their actions

The selection is varied in every category. Lots of tools, GREAT snacks, outdoor/work clothing, etc. The staff is friendly, helping with returns for full price. There is a garage for car repair, but honestly the better service for that is at Bartel's Auto right across the street (better for both customer service and prices). Other than that, this place is great for one stop shopping.

Buy your work clothes at the beginning of the season! They don't seem to restock any of the clothes, and if you wait too long in whatever season! the only sizes they have left (in shorts for example-it is currently last week of August ) are 30" waist or 50+" waist. Nothing in between. But I still love this place and could wander around for hours.

I normally like Farm and Fleet because of the wide variety of tools and sporting goods. Their website says they had the boat plug I needed in stock and so did the scanners from an employee but it was nowhere to be found. So I ordered it from Amazon and it got to my house faster than it would have gotten to this store if I ordered there.

Interesting place, I was looking more for a farm supply store, just like in Oregon. (Dry den, flakes of hay, ect.) This store carries a number of items for the farm, but also has clothes, coats, dog and cat section, lots of other things. I found two coats for here, but some of the other items I wanted they either didn't have, or were way to expensive. I think is you are careful about what you get and look for sales, this place wasn't bad.

I am always pleased with my experiences at Blain's Farm & Fleet. I love that Blain's is pet friendly so I shop with my companion/dog. The service center is great as well. Sometimes the wait times are long but the employee interaction and level of service is always A+ for me. Blain's also carries hard to find items such as Gulf Wax. It is primarily used for canning but I need it for work in an industrial setting. I love the convenience, selection, and employees. I highly recommend this place of business.

They always have what I need. Friendly, helpful, knowledge staff. I needed 25 ft of clear plastic tubing to replace the old tubing on my humidifiers in my basement. Blain's has different diameters of clear plastic tubing on rolls that they will cut to the length you need. Perfect for me. Also they had the Ettore Window Washing Cleaner that I have been looking for all over the place. A little of this product in a bucket of water and your windows shine like new. A terrific product that cuts through dirt & grime and leaves a shine. Looks like a professional job when you are done using the squeegee. Thank you Blain's Farm and Fleet for stocking Ettore products.

For the first time ever I had the worst customer experience ever. I've been going here for 15+years. I remember when this store was new. Their website claimed they had 6 of an item in stock and nothing on the shelf. The guy scanned the tag on where it's supposed to be and confirmed what I had already mentioned to him and didn't even offer to go look for it. He said i don't know. I asked maybe we could do the old fashioned thing and look for it? By the look on his face you'd have thought I just told him he had cancer. Seriously let down

I believe this is my favorite Blains' store for finding just about everything I need. It's worth the ride for me, they carry just about everything you might need that the other big hardware stores used to have but no longer stock. Do you have an older house and garage in need of rebuilding the older garage door? Need to replace one of those 2.5" springs & cables? Here they are & many sizes for both. I even found a collection of heavy duty steel chain 1.5" link so I can pull a tree stump and at a great price compared to having the other store in DuPage "order it" for me. Take a ride & find what you're project needs, it probably here. Great, friendly, helpful people all over this store.

As a huge Milwaukee tool guy it's hard sometimes to find what I need for sale that I can put my hands on. Some of the other big box retailers carry Milwaukee but farm and fleet has an unmatched product line in stock and available. This keeps me coming back to farm and fleet for Milwaukee tools in addition to their footwear and outdoor equipment it's a one stop shop for me!!!

This store has home decor. I was there looking at the Christmas decorations. Very cute. They also carry nice clothes for the whole family, outdoor work clothes, and even nursing scrubs. I only look at half of the store. The other half does have to do with farming & animals. And I don't have either.
