I bought a new set of tires for an older vehicle that has not had power steering since I’ve owned it. Driving off Goodyear’s lot, I could have sworn the vehicle had full power steering. The guys at Goodyear always treat me well. They offer courtesy rides if I don't have other transportation while my vehicle is receiving care. They also offer some good financing deals if needed. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them; I get great service and feel they are straight forward and honest with me about what I need and the products they offer. Would recommend.

Had a issue with a minivan that they 'fixed' three times. Each time my bill was $200 to $300, and each time they got it wrong. We were in California when the issue that they failed to diagnose correctly emerged again. The $300 I spent in Petaluma fixed the problem, but not before Boise Tire were able to take several hundred dollars off me without resolution. I'll never go back.

I've been going to this location of Miracle Tire for several years now. They have excellent customer service and most of the employees in the office recognize me when I get there. Yesterday I made an appointment to get my rims and tires put on that I bought outside of them. They gave me a quote, a very fair deal, and then when I got there they had found a way to save me money. Then I didn't have my credit card on me. No problem they were able to look up my account number and take care of it. I bet all the Miracle Tire locations have great people but these guys are awesome!!! I'll keep coming here as long as they're here!! Thanks again!!

I have gotten a few oil changes at this location in the past, went in this time and they said they didn't have time. Both mechanics we're standing around talking when we walked in. Said we needed an appointment. And the first mechanic asked the second one of he wanted to to do it, and he replied that he didn't want to do anymore today and sounded like he was done for the day. Jerry and Christian at Superior Tire are the only guys I trust with my cars. I have 5 cars in my family spread out between me and 4 teenagers, so it seems like I always have something in the shop. Jerry always helps me find the best avenue that is affordable, and doesn't try to make unnecessary repairs. My daughter recently slid in the snow and hit a curb with her Acura TSX and really did some front end damage. At first we thought we'd need new control arms, struts and a very pricey steering part. After they got it all apart they realized it could be aligned without having to replace the steering part or the upper control arm. I really appreciate the honesty, and making sure they are saving me money if possible. I appreciate it guys!!

Such a bunch of con artists. I was quoted nearly $1400 for repairs and they said possibly more once they start working on it because problems that just happen once you just start work on a vechicle. I had transmission leak, engine leak and needed a new time chain. I went to another repair shop and they said I have only a minor minor oil leak. Nothing to actually fixed at the moment. I was so disappointed I even listened to these guys at Miracle tire. Be honest and don't take advantage of women. Ethics people!

I'll say this, watch your work order for any miscellaneous charges that shouldn't be there and ALWAYS get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust before you have any work done here. Tire shops are notoriously shady, and this one is no different. I'll let you know when I find one that I believe cares about their customers lol

My husband and I have taken our cars here for years. The staff is always kind and super helpful and always manage to squeeze us in for a service when we are in a pinch (which, let’s face it, is always). Today I left my credit card at home when I went to go pick up the car. I kind of started to panic and was saying I could leave collateral (I had my puppy with me so at least it would have been good company) so I could go grab it. Update: Months later, I'm still finding more surprises from Miracle Tire. I went to my dealership to get my winter tires mounted to discover that the fine techs at Miracle over torqued a number of my lug nuts to the point of breaking several wheel studs off during removal. They didn't bother to check factory torque specs for my vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SEEKING COMPETENT OR QUALITY SERVICE! I originally took my car here to get tires mounted, balanced and an alignment performed last weekend. Things initially went well when one of the employees at the front desk offered me a ride home while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. Unfortunately, It wasn't long before things went south. I never received a phone call informing me that my car was available for pick up. When I went in at the end of the day the employee working the front desk told me that he had recorded my phone number incorrectly. Somewhat frustrating, but not a huge deal. He then proceeded to tell me that their tech "with over 20 years of alignment experience" was unable to align my car. I was told that I'd need new camber bolts on my car (2015 WRX) to get my lowered vehicle to meet factory spec. This is not the case per spring manufacturer or hundreds of other users whom have been aligned within spec while on the springs. So, even though they were unable to align it, they still charged me a partial alignment fee which I found to be ridiculous. Camber is one of several adjustments made during an alignment so I had expectations for them to take care of all necessary adjustments while the car was up in the air. To my bewilderment and frustration, they didn't even touch the front toe and I'm currently sitting negatively out of spec on both sides which is contributing to increased tire wear and poor straight line driving characteristics. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the unacceptable toe values until I got home and they were closed so I couldn't request to have it corrected that day. I called back on Monday afternoon and was greeted by the same gentlemen that I spoke to at the desk the Saturday prior. I believe his name is Neil. Neil told me that he was sorry they didn't correct the toe values and that he'd speak to his tech about it and get back to me about correcting the issue. I never received a call back on Monday. I called again a few times this morning and was unable to get anyone to answer. To make matters worse, it looks like my wheels sustained some chipping during the mounting or balancing process. The techs also moved adhesive balancing weights around on one of my wheels and failed to cleanup the residual adhesive residue which will be more work for me to correct. In summary, I do not recommend Miracle Tire and Total Car Care to anyone that takes pride in their vehicle, expects techs to perform requested tasks properly and seeks out quality customer service. There's no excuse for ignoring phone calls, offering skimpy service and failing to follow through with your word. I'm extremely disappointed and certainly will not be returning here.

Second, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Christian. He kept me informed the entire time I was waiting, and was super knowledgeable when it came to my questions.

Bottom line: Mileage may vary. If you get a seasoned guy at the counter, you will have a great experience. If you don't, you'll just talk to the air and leave frustrated. I've spent 1000's here (3 sets of tires, a set of rims for just my rig alone plus 2-3 flats). My 1-star is for my most recent visit. I called ahead. I took off work. I drove across town. I needed a tire swap and a spare. I left with the swap (after being incorrectly charged) and no spare. The guy who helped me lacked interest in finding a solution. He handed me estimates that weren't even appropriate to my vehicle. Like handing me real estate estimates for the city I don't live in. I took time off work. Which is really really hard. So I summoned the courage to go back and ask him if he could find me a solution. He said he would once my car was in the shop. After all, a couple months ago, I blew a tire. Unfixable. Worn. And another guy then found a solution to a tread depth problem. It was no biggie. Back in business. But today, it was rocket science and an attempt to convince me I didn't need a spare... So I waited and when I picked up...the guy didn't even have the courtesy to chat with me about what I needed again. Left it to some other new guy at the desk who didn't have a clue. He even saw fit (albeit a very nice person) to break out the "woman phrases" with me. "Well, you have to understand...". The problem here is that I do. I know the issue. I've known the issue for the 11 years I've had this model of vehicles. Ask the more seasoned folks at the counter for help. Tread depth wasn't an issue on the flat you fixed (you found a tire with the right depth). Why waste my time when I took time off work when you could have just said "I don't know how to deal with this...wait...let me look in your record...ooooh...we've solved this before...mmm...let me chat with the guy one computer over who probably helped you with that." I might go back and wait for another tech (Jerry is phenomenal). I might move my business elsewhere. I left work almost 4 hours ago. Mission not complete. Very disappointed.

We had a slow leak in a tire on our RV rental, and this was one of the few tire places open on a Sunday. I was able to get my vehicle looked at within two hours of calling. The manager was very friendly and genuine. After getting the subject tire off, they found that they were not able to repair it (due to the location of the screw/hole in the tire, which they showed me was partially on the side wall. However, they put on my spare tire and charged me nothing for their work and time. I highly recommend.

Superior Tire did an excellent job finding new tires for my husband's truck. They were a rare and expensive model, but the crew there found them for much cheaper (seriously hundreds cheaper) than some of the other tire stores quoted us. In addition, they ordered them quickly and installed them flawlessly, getting my husband back on the road as soon as possible. We will definitely go here for our next set of tires, and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

I got two new rear tires and wanted an alignment because I had just replaced my ball joint myself. They did the tires fine but wouldn't do my alignment even though I told them I was driving to California that same day and didn't want to destroy my new tires. They wouldn't do the work saying that my tie rods, idler arm, and steering box we're all worn out and bad. MY TRUCK DOESNT EVEN HAVE AN IDLER ARM! Lucky me I had to drove to Cali with bad alignment and the next day took it to my local shop who did the alignment no problem and said none of the parts were bad, just rusty. Scammers

The guys here are great. As they were changing my tires the tire sensor broke. Getting a new one that was compatible with my car turned out to be a big hassle. They did everything they could to make it up to me, without a charge for a new sensor. Now I’m here for a tire repair. I called and they were able to get my car in in about 20 minutes. Oh boy, let me tell you about Miracle Tire. I called to get my brakes done. I asked for options on brakes, I was told that I didn't have options those were the only breaks that they sold. When I went to pay, I saw a sign on their wall that said the three different levels of breaks. What Miracle Tire did was they lied and sold me the premium brakes for a very premium price and didn't give me an option for a mid-grade break. Stumbling on their words they told me that they don't advertise the mid-grade and lower grade breaks because people always come back and the brakes are squeaking. In my mind, if a product is bad, they should get something else to offer. The manager gave me a small discount, but still not equal to what I should have paid. When I reached out to corporate, and never heard anything back. This company knew they were dealing with a female that didn't know anything about cars. I put my trust in them to treat me right, and they took advantage. Hide did your girlfriends, your wives, and never shop here because they are liars that take advantage.

Like a lot of us, I check reviews of a business BEFORE I take my business there. The reviews here, were...pretty bad. BUT, because the manager responded (professionally) to each (old) review in the last 7 months explaining the change of business owners, I felt fairly confident to give them my business. Not only were they upfront with the prices on the phone, but all persons I came in contact with were friendly, professional and humerous. I came in with a coupon for a transmission service (filter, etc) for my truck, which they honored and stood by their price without attempting any kind of price additions or back end deals. My truck runs better than ever and I am very pleased with the level of customer service and professionality. I will definately be back. Thank you all.

Made an appointment on a Wednesday for Friday and dropped the car off on time for a parking brake adjustment. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Arrived back 2-1/2 hours later to find that they hadn't even taken the car out of the lot. Their answer of "we got a little backed up" was inadequate. They had a phone number to reach me but they seemed very unconcerned. I believe this to be under new management....hoping that the next new management will come along soon because these guys couldn't operate a fast food counter. Very poor attitude towards customer dissatisfaction.

I came here to get my transmission flushed on my Subaru Forrester and to have them check everything else out before I left on a trip. Took our vehicle in around 2:00 PM for a simple $20 oil change, after being told it would take an hour and a half we made an appointment for 4:30, arriving 10 minutes early, our vehicle wasn’t ready until after 5:50. Longer than the time we were told we could avoid by making an appointment. Staff told us 5 minutes left, and after that, 15 minutes left, still another 30. Won’t be coming here again ... Edit: After a day, the folks over at Goodyear gave us a full refund and were very apologetic. Very glad to be able to leave a positive review :)

Citizens of the internet, lend me your eyes because I NEVER write internet reviews. Who has the time in this day and age? Yet, here I am and here you are reading this. Today, I'm going to lay out a tale of fantastic customer service. You think that you know what customer service is, but you don't because you haven't met Rick at Miracle Tire and Total Car Care specifically on Fairview Ave. I don't know Rick's last name, but that's alright, because I feel like all the coolest people in the world can be known by just one name. This man's one name is Rick. When I called Rick yesterday afternoon, heading into evening, my tire was completely shredded. I'm talking off the rim, had more holes in it than the series "Lost", and about as useless as a reboot would be. I'll be honest, my tires were more bald than what Trump has under that bad toupee so it was only a matter of time before one of them blew. Yesterday was that time. I was driving 50 at the time my tire blew out, so I was sent screaming down the street as the actual tire released from the rim and I wasn't sure which was making the more noise, the screams of terror echoing in my head or the sound of a metal rim scraping down the pavement. Luckily I was able to pull into a parking lot that was completely empty and as far as I know, I'm still alive. So after work, phone in hand, I called Miracle Tire and Total Car Care. I was looking for Goodyear cuz that is what my friend suggested and what can I say, I'm a pushover. What I got was an even better year. Rick at Miracle Tire and Total Car Care. So, I wasn't at my car at the time, so I couldn't tell my man Rick what kind of tires I had. He took it in stride, he was a swell individual, speaking with such a warm and friendly tone, I am sure his voice is made out of a grandma's sweater, but I have no proof. The next day I headed in, now I tend to leave a memorable impression on people (especially regarding the fact I made myself look like an idiot) and lo and behold, Rick remembered me. He smiled and told me he'd get my tire fixed and even checked the rim which had been scraped up by, ya know, being driven on. It was fine (Praise the Lord! SERIOUSLY!). I then waited to get my tire fixed. Now I did have to wait awhile, but that's because there were a few hiccups. I initially went in to buy one tire, but Rick did this thing with his face that parents do when their child is making the wrong decision and told me he suggested me getting two. Now, I'm a baller on a budget trying to pay off my student loans, but I knew it was a good idea. I trusted Rick and said I'd get two. So two it was. There were some other issues, but I feel like you may be getting the idea that Rick is not hardcore, but let me tell you this guy is TOTALLY hardcore. He may have the calming voice that's like putting on grandma's sweater, but he's got sass and uses the power which you only see Dad's use when they are kicking out their daughters scumbag boyfriend. Honestly, if this man isn't a father, I'll print out this review and eat it because oh my gosh, seriously, how could he not be? Someone was trying to get me to buy four tires, which in all fairness is something I should do as soon as possible but isn't needed right now. Rick understood that I was on a tight budget and trying to squeak by (with safety of course) and I won't post what he said to the guy but let me tell you, it was so legit and sassy, that I feel like a chorus of people should have gone "OOOOOOHHHHHH!" behind him. No curse words, no yelling, just one simple amazing statement that you only hear the awesome hero utter before he punches out the lights of the bad guy and saves the day. Not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they work at tire stores. So TL;DR: Rick is awesome, give him a raise or promotion, and my car is back in driving condition. BOOM!

First, I have always stayed loyal to les shwab, and this is my first time at Goodyear cause the new car I purchased has their tires. Came in with a huge nail in my tire, before 4th of July weekend. I have 4 kids and didn't want to risk driving around with a slow leak and knew the shops would be closed for the 3 day weekend. The guy says they don't have time, and tough luck. I was so polite, and pretty much begged him to squeeze me in for a 20 minute fix. He curtly told me no, and he can't help me. I told him les shwab would help me, he responded "we're not les shwab." No, YOURE NOT because after talking to this jerk, I drove to les shwab, and THEY fixed my GOODYEAR TIRE for FREE! Take notes and stop treating people like dirt!

I was recommended here from my dad. I went in February 2015. First the guy at the counter acted like he didn't want to do his job and was not friendly at all. Then he tried to over charge and charge me for things I didn't even need. I went to get my tire fixed and my passenger window didn't roll up once it was down. He bitched about the window being hard to roll up (didn't know you needed to roll a window down to fix a tire) but he was completely rude I ended up leaving and taking my business to Burnell and had a GREAT customer experience

After being made aware after purchasing a car through some family that there was a small leak in the gas line which was causing a gas smell in the car. We took out car to the good year on fairview and five miles, they fit us in last minute and stayed an hour late. They did our diagnostic and come to find out the wrong hose was used and the gas was eating through it, which caused the leak and the excessive gas smell. They IMMEDIATELY called and ordered the parts and had them brought over to fix the issue, they didn't want us leaving until it was fixed because they said in this heat at any moment the car could catch on fire. They not only deducted our diagnostic fee of our bill but cared enough for mine and my family's safety to stay late and fix the issue. Thank you so so much for all your help. Go to good year and ask for Rick Him and his team are amazing We will definitely be referring people and returning in the future!!!

Superior Tire team put their heads together, laid out a plan of top priorities, called several places to find the best deal on parts and executed beautifully! Whether you need tires, an oil change, or major repair work, this is the place to go. I've taken all of my vehicles here for the past ten years, and have never had a problem. Mechanics are top notch, and the service advisors Bob or Rick are great. The manager Jerry is knowledgeable, friendly, and demands that service is done right. They are all great people, and will treat you right, and get the job done!

A day never starts out right when you go to get in your car and a tire is flat. I limped into Superior tire where Jerry and crew quickly fixed the issue and I was off to work on time. They didn't even charge me for the repair. WOW I thought this only happened in the movies!

It's alright, everyone there is super friendly and they're very decently priced when it comes to oil and tire services. If you're there to handle any of those basics this place is for you, outside of that however, and they'll charge quite a hefty amount for a simple consultation. And they will point out every small flaw in your car. I don't have a problem with the people, on the contrary I really like them, I just have a feeling the company Goodyear probably forces them to handle car maintenance in a way that forces the workers to overcharge.. In reality I'd rate this 3.5, but a 3 feels like an insult to the people who work there so I'm giving it a 4. Thank you sincerely for your service.

Took my care in for a basic tire rotation which they said they completed. However, the next day I noticed that the front passenger side tire had a curb rash on it which should have been in the back if they had done the rotation (I accidentally struck a curb the previous week). In other words, they did not rotate my tires but said they did. Guess what guys, you just lost my business. I'm not sure the sales person knew about it but the mechanic should have done the job. I will take my business to places (like Les Schwab or Commercial Tire) I know will actually do the job. I do not recommend this place, as least not for tire work.

Bob and Jerry were great! Super customer service, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Brought our pickup in at just about closing time, but did not feel rushed. Jerry and Bob took the time to connect with us, something that doesn't often happen in this industry. We felt we had started a relationship in the fifteen minutes we spent talking that evening. There was confusion about our scheduled date and time and after driving an hour for our tires the manager went to the warehouse to get our tires today so there was no delay. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service is top notch!

I found a nail in one of my tires and these guys refused to repair it because it was too close to the side-wall. They also told me that they'd have to put 4 new tires on it since it was an all-wheel drive vehicle. Both of these things seemed odd to me since the nail looked far enough away from the sidewall to repair to me and my tires were relatively new, but I'm not a tire expert, so I resigned myself to buying a new set. Luckily, these guys didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, so I went to Discount Tire the next day to purchase four new tires. The guys at Discount Tire took the tire off the wheel for a closer look (something this shop did not do) and found that it was safely repairable. They also told me that, even if this tire wasn't repairable, I wouldn't need to buy 4 new tires, since my tires were within the wear limits for that make/model.

I went here to have a tire warrantied and it took 3 visits to get them to honor my warranty. They discussed and argued with each other in front of me. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Only one person was trying to help me, the rest were fighting his effort for integrity. I think they will let him go soon. Ownership was changing hands so that might have been part of the major survive issue, but, this experience was dreadful.

I had a great experience at this shop!! Robert was very professional and knew his stuff. We came in with no appointment and we thought we’d be waiting for my car for a few days but he got it fixed up by the next day. Not too many people around here who know their stuff like he does. He was very informative and a great guy. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for when I have another issue.

We had our Ford F-250 desiel truck towed to this establishment. They spent a day diagnosing the problem. They couldn't help us and suggested taking it to a desiel specialist. Although they weren't able to take care of the problem they were professional and when it came to the bill, they didn't charge us a dime not even for the labor they put into it!
